There are stunning views of Braddock Cove from many of the rooms in this one of a kind townhome! Terracotta tile flooring, heart pine wood flooring and decorative Mediterranean tile give this home such a unique charm! The main living area is located on the second level and features plenty of comfortable seating and great water views. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and has a slider leading to the deck overlooking the tranquil, serene Braddock Cove. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and is the perfect spot to take in the views while enjoying your morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine. There is a hallway that leads to the den/second living area where there is a queen murphy bed and full bathroom for an additional sleeping area or just a place for the kids to have their own space too!
The primary bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and French doors leading to the exterior steps down to the water. The private bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower and an atrium that lets in tons of natural light. The guest bedroom features a king bed, French doors leading to a huge private brick patio and shares a bath with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and also features French doors that lead out to the water.
The South Beach Marina is a short walk away and offers shopping, dining and entertainment and the famous Salty Dog Café and outdoor bar. Just a short 2-3 minute walk to the Calibogue Sound beach makes this location convenient for all ages.

We've been going to Sea Pines for 25 years now. My husband used to work for the Packet, my best friend's parents used to own a unit on Lands End that we stayed at, etc. It's been crazy watching our four babies grow into adults through our HHI vacation pics. Our now 22 year old daughter even took her first steps there. Unfortunately, it's gotten crowded, and expensive and frustrating. Can't park at the beach anymore, lots of rules and regs and corporation nonsense, and the traffic getting on and off the island and back to Ohio is horrendous. Kids keep wanting to go back though because once we're there it's home. It's almost impossible to find a unit now that fits our adult children (who also like to bring friends now )and this is the unit that works, by far, the best. I'm pretty sure I've looked at ALL of them. The murphy beds are everything and they're nice. Nothing like an uncomfortable pull out couch. I hate the dishwasher, some things need updated, the chair in the living room swallows you, more hooks for towels would be nice, but who cares. It fits our family, it's reasonable, it has good energy, the view to the cove is amazing, we love it. Now don't book it because it's our secret, lol.

My sister and I wanted to take our 83 year old parents to their favorite place, Hilton Head Sea Pines. We decided at the last minute to book with Host2coast and I'm glad we did. This place was beautiful, clean and all the little extra goodies made it special. We walked the beach, rode bikes, was able to enjoy the condo and not be right on top of each other. We love having all the open spaces and being able to sit at the table and look at the beautiful water.

As a busy physician, and mom of 4, I have anticipated our recent vacation to Hilton Head for quite some time… 2 years to be exact. We have not taken a family vacation sense the summer prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say healthcare has not been an easy career for the past two years, so the vacation was much needed. We also purchased our first boat over the past two years, and wanted to make that a centerpiece of our vacation, which made Hilton Head a natural choice for us due to its by-water convenience. 6 Braddock cove was the perfect accommodation for our family! We found the condo to be welcoming, comfortable, and complete with every necessity and convenience for a perfect week away.Date of arrival - July 10, 2022

This is a lovely, spacious and comfortable home with spectacular views. It is located within walking distance to the Salty Dog and a short drive to other great restaurants. There are also miles of walking trails and the beach is just across the street. The kitchen is well equipped if you care to cook, and there is also has a gas grill. The Host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

This is a lovely, spacious and comfortable home, with spectacular views of the Callibogue Sound and the ocean. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill if you care to cook, but wonderful restaurant options are abundant nearby. Hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return!

The home was just beautiful. The big windows and gorgeous views made us feel like we were outside even in the comfort of the home. The master bedroom was unique and wonderfully romantic bringing the outdoors in. We just had a couple issues and the rental agency was quick to respond. Our favorite part of HHI is bike riding and Sea Pines is the best place on the island for this. Something that I didn’t realize is that the south tip of the island is way bigger than it appears when looking at a map. It was a 20-minute bike ride from a beach access with bathrooms. There were however several other beach accesses closer. For our family, on a crowded Labor Day weekend it was a perfect private place to get away. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants a more secluded place to vacation.
