Our journey began with a simple mission: to elevate the vacation rental experience for homeowners and guests alike. After dedicating over two decades to one of the top vacation rental companies on the island, we felt it was time to take a leap of faith and launch our own boutique rental business. Our success is based on the philosophy that by serving you and your guests well, we serve ourselves in the process.
At host2coast, we believe in honesty and transparency in every aspect of our business, including our fees. Unlike others in the industry, we do not charge an annual operating or miscellaneous items fee for maintenance and on-call service. Moreover, we won't charge you for our labor when making repairs, taking or making deliveries, and similar services.
At every stage, we want you to have a clear understanding of the costs involved. This is your investment, and we respect that. As such, we'll bill you only for the actual costs incurred and nothing more.
We know your time is precious, so we handle everything on your behalf, from day-to-day decisions to guest management. You can trust us to make decisions that are in your best interest and those of your guests.
We provide detailed monthly updates on all expenses incurred, and you will approve any expenditure that exceeds $300 or your preferred limit. This way, you remain in control of your investment while we take care of the rest.

By using Dropps® instead of standard pods, we can all help turn the tide against toxic pollution, plastic waste, and animal cruelty. Compostable packaging helps keep single-use plastic out of the landfill. And all of Dropps® shipments are 100% carbon-neutral.
Method uses plant-based, locally sourced ingredients. To eliminate adding more plastic to the environment, our amenities crew refills & sanitizes all the soap containers. The bar soap we purchase for your tubs and showers is an earth-conscious product free of parabens and never tested on animals. The packaging is recyclable, as well.
We want your guests to enter their homes feeling special and leave with something to remember their vacation with. This is why we provide a Welcome Bag at check-in and give your guests an H2C Beach Tote that they can take home when they leave!
Our welcome bags are made with recycled and compostable material.
We also provide boxed water instead of bottled water. The Boxed Water company supports the Ocean Blue Project, which helps clean our world's ocean of plastics. The Ocean Blue Project extends to working with the National Forest Foundation to plant trees from seeds specially selected based on climate and region where the trees will best grow.
We also provide cookies! The cookies in our welcome bags are purchased from Feed Your Soul. Through purchases such as ours, meals are provided for those who would otherwise go hungry.
