We really enjoyed our stay at 1650 Bluff Villa. It was an amazing location. It was immediately next to the South Beach marina and beach. We enjoyed the back porch as we could hose off to keep sand out of the unit. The unit was clean and in good condition. We will come back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a perfect location. We did experience a few minor issues (screen door was off its tracks, garbage disposal not working properly, and shower handle not properly secured to wall) that we communicated to property management. Other than those, the apartment was in perfect condition and very well-decorated. We really enjoyed the patio space in particular with our family. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental in S. Beach fit our needs perfectly. 2 nice-sized bedrooms, great & fresh furniture and decor. The property was clean and all appliances in perfect condition. Great patio sitting area leading out to a quiet grassed area. If you want to be in S. Beach, close to beach, and near Salty Dog - can't beat it.

Our condo was absolutely perfect. Everything in the pictures is exactly what you will get when you arrive. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the rental agency as well as our unit. Only issue we found was that there is no pantry to put your groceries in, outside of that it was perfect.

The Braddock Cove condo was perfect for our family of five though it can easily accommodate more. The pictures on line have not been updated as it has been beautifully and professionally decorated. The location is next to Salty Dog but noise was never an issue. The pool is a 2 minute walk and the beach is directly across the street. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. Be sure to book a dolphin cruise with Dolphin explorer. Dockside and Fishcamp are two favorite places to eat but you do have to leave Sea Pines. The trolly was fun for the children. We had a couple of questions for maintenance and the service was amazing. Thank you Alyssa. You will need to bring beach chairs and beach towels. Great location with South Beach in an adjoining parking lot. Shops. and restaurants provided great service and the food at The Salty Dog was unmatched. Accommodations were clean with more than adequate amenities. No ceiling fans since we were on the lowest level, but there were box fans in several bedrooms. Starter supplies were provided. We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is so comfortable, charming and well appointed! It has everything you need for a perfect Hilton Head vacation! We rented bikes and rode along the beach, watched dolphins play and enjoyed magical sunsets. The location is perfect with access to pickleball and a short walk to Salty Dog. If I could give 6 stars I would! We will be back for sure!
