For a single person or couple, this is the perfect place. The unit is well appointed, a short walk across the street and you're on the beach. Harris Teeter and good restaurants a five minute drive away.<br/><br/>The Host2Coast folks are terrific as well. Easy to book through, responsive to questions and you arrive to a very clean condo.

This property was perfect for my stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The management company provided many items most rentals do not provide. Salt, pepper, foil, cooking spray, bottled water, cookies, boxed popcorn, fresh flowers, washer detergent dish detergent along with a packaged sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues, kitchen garbage bags, bathroom soap dispenser. Plenty of bathroom towels and two very nice beach towels. The washer was perfect. The dryer was a bit small-did not use this. Wall hair dryer not so great. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. Sofa very comfortable and clean. There is a utility closet with several beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys. There is a nice patio with a small table and chairs that overlooks a lagoon. Did not see any alligators. There is a gas grill on the patio. There are two pools in the complex. One is behind the building directly across from the condo. You have to look for the entrance, was not easy to find. The other pool is several buildings away. Both pools very nice and clean. Lots of beach chairs around the pool, I did not sea any umbrellas or tables. The beach is a short walk across S. Forrest Beach Dr. There is a walking path and the building is very close to the path. There was a beach chair/umbrella set up company on the beach. The path is sandwiched in between two ocean front resorts. All parking requires passes, there is no public beach access. The beach was not crowded at all yet in walking distance to Coligney which was extremely crowded with all public parking lots full. Great location if you don’t like crowds. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great condo and centrally located. My wife and I enjoyed walking to Coligny Park everyday. Great restaurants and shops. Beach access was just a short walk. Beach was perfect.

I cannot begin to emphasize what a great property this is. The location is literally a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Harris Teeter and nice restaurants. The property itself is well appointed. Comfy sofa and bed, nice bathroom, easy to use TV and modern galley kitchen. Also included is a washer/dryer and gas grille making this an awesome place. The grille saved me hundreds of dollars in restaurant bill, much of which I reinvested in the Tiki Hut, a great beach bar a short walk from the property. Highly recommend this place for a single or couple.

My husband and I just visited HHI for the first time. Our accommodations were very nice! This a beautifully decorated condo and has just about everything you need! When we arrived we were pleased with everything that was provided for our stay. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, pods for laundry, a couple containers of water, & beach towels! Everything to start our vacation! I would definitely stay here again. There are multiple pools nearby & it is only a short walk across the street to go to the beach!Date of arrival - May 1, 2022

Close to everything and nice clean “beachy” condo....had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. 2 minute drive to the grocery store. Tons of restaurants with wide variety 5- 10 minute drive away. Good golf courses ~ 15 minutes away as well as a community centre with pickleball courts costing $5 pp per day.. property management was very prompt in fixing our only issue, a small tv problem

My wonderful girlfriend and I had an awesome weekend here. Plenty of space on the interior. Very clean and obviously very recently renovated. Great balcony view over the lagoon area. Great location. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and right on the main walking/bike path. Would stay here again for sure.

If you require only a one bedroom condo in Hilton Head, this is a great option, although the sleep chairs can extend the occupancy if needed. It's a great choice for a couple looking for a get away to HHI, as we were doing on this trip. The condo was recently renovated, is well supplied with amenities including all kitchen equipment, pots/pans/utensils, dishes, etc., as well as washer/dryer and even beach chairs , toys and a wagon for hauling items. The pool is very nice size and pool area is very clean. The property is in a really great location within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and its many shops and restaurants as well as nearby beach bars at the Marriot Beach Club across the Street and the Holiday Inn Beach House just a short walk up the road. Sea Pines Plantation's gate is just a 1/2 mile or so down the road by car so places like Salty Dog and Harbor Town are only a short drive away. In short, we'll be back!

If you want the ultimate getaway- this is the place. Located below the crowds at Coligny, beautiful surroundings from the deck with pool and beach a walk away along with a convenient beach bar at the Marriott. We were working during our 2 week stay but could easily return for a true vacation! Host2Coast was amazing customer service I highly recommend!

We were extremely impressed with all of the finishing touches on this condo! Loved the decor!! Very much appreciated all of the storage in the bedroom and the USB outlets everywhere. The only thing i recommend be updated is the bed. The platform bed was awesome but the mattress could use to be replaced. I highly recommend a bed in the box mattress from Amazon. They are inexpensive but so comfortable. We will definitely book this one again, though. It was our favorite at this resort so far and we have been coming for years.
