6 Sweet Gum - Welcome to your next vacation home away from home. This updated 3-bedroom and 2-bath home is centrally located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines and can comfortably accommodate your group of 6. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful, wooded views from the expansive back deck or get your grill on with plenty of seating for family cookouts! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for putting together a picnic basket for the beach or a delicious meal to serve at the dining table. The spacious open plan is fitted with comfy furnishings that make it so easy to curl up with a good book or host a family movie or game night. This home also features a bonus den off the kitchen to enjoy the outdoors even on those not-so-nice days!
The bedrooms will please everyone. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. This room also has a desk for remote work and a fold-out sleeper bed for one. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, and two twin beds complete the 3rd bedroom. These bedrooms share a hallway bath with shower/tub combo. A community recreation area featuring pool, tennis and playground is only a block away. Don't forget to rent some bicycles and enjoy the safe, dedicated bike paths all throughout Sea Pines and beyond.
From this home base you have easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. (Bonus! Less than 5-minute walk to the golf course for the PGA tour event from your front door making this a great location for the Heritage Golf Tournament. Your home also features access to a designated walking path to the Sea Pines Center, which has restaurants, shopping, a fitness center, and a convenience store.). The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island, is not much more than a stroll away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music. A Sea Pines Trolley stop is located in Sea Pines Center, only a 3-minute walk, with transportation between the Beach Club, Harbour Town and South Beach Marina Village, a fun way to see the sights and leave your car behind, all free!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home close to a pool and tennis/pickleball courts as well as shopping and dining. The area is thick with lovely mossy trees and crepe myrtle. <br/>There is a shuttle nearby to take you to the beach.<br/>Inside the home: The kitchen was big and clean with everything we needed. The master bedroom is huge with a comfortable king bed and large bathroom with a shower, separate tub, long double sink area, and big walk-in closet. It also has a futon available for an extra person.<br/>The living room was large and seating is plentiful, perfect for catching a movie after a long busy day. <br/>A quick stop to pick up gate passes and a door code made it easy to get into. I would definitely stay here again.here again.
