1 Bedroom in Historic Downtown Bluffton

We had a wonderful stay at the one bedroom apartment in Old Town Bluffton! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and so convenient to all the shops, restaurants and sights in Bluffton and Hilton Head. We have stayed here before and have always been very happy. We will return soon!

We needed a place close to the National RV Park where our friends stayed - it was about a 5 min. drive - the place was clean and neat. Be sure to bring your own Keurig cups and shampoo and conditioner. Overall - great stay!

Great one bedroom in the Promenade so great walking location to restaurants and shops.
Note parking can be a challenge depending on when you arrive back to the unit and had to park down the street at night.
Also, unit looks down on the industrial trash compactor so expect noise of restaurants dumping their trash and bottles into the unit throughout the night.

It was a great location, centrally located in the middle of old town Bluffton, but still quiet enough to enjoy. All the amenities and more. Having the washer and drier was an added convenience. Such a cute, well furnished and perfectly located spot of historic Bluffton. The bed was comfortable and the whole unit felt bright, airy and open with all the windows and light. When I arrived, the showerhead was broken, which I reported. The management came in the very next day to start the process of fixing it so the showerhead is brand new and the water pressure is excellent.

Parking is sometimes a problem, but if you’re creative, you can find spots. My few complaints were handled immediately by the host and the only suggestion I might make is that some sort of a rubber-non slip mat in the shower would be beneficial to elderly guests. Hot water sometimes takes awhile to get up to temperature, but when it does there is plenty of it.

This little hideaway was in the perfect location for exploring all of old town Bluffton on foot. We had no problems parking or locating the property, and inside it was clean and well-cared for. The perfect spot for me and my husband. We encountered one very minor issue with the toilet seat, but it was fixed right away after checking with us on a convenient time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the area and it’s proximity to all the places we wanted to visit (Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort). The town could not have been cuter, and had great restaurants and shops right outside our door. The rental unit was super clean, it was comfortable and was sufficiently supplied to cook in. I would not hesitate to stay in it again.

We loved the little apartment, the proximity to shopping, dining, walking out to the bluff, and the ease of access to the Island, Beaufort, Savannah, etc. We'll definitely keep this place on our list!

Love staying here, you have 15 great restaurants all within walking distance. Parking either in front or back was always accessible. Pillows were very comfy, kitchen was stocked with plenty of items if you needed to cook and clean. Very quiet, very easy to sleep well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The central heating/a/c unit worked perfectly and quietly throughout our stay. The other apartments were rarely a source of any disturbance to us.We prefer to cook and eat at home and had nearly everything we needed to accomplish this — even a Keureg!There were some minor issues with our month-long stay that may be unimportant for those staying for a week or a week-end. The staff were willing to come in and evaluate and repair, but we chose to live with the problems. Bluffton is a lovely town and we spent a great deal of time walking around, it is very pedestrian friendly. We also took a quick trip to the beach which is just minutes away by car.We really enjoyed our stay. This place is well run and we felt very welcomed when we arrived. They had many nice welcoming touches. The property managers are doing a superb job.There is an abundance of towels and linens! I was extremely happy with my trip to Bluffton. It's an adorable little town with a lot to do, and nearby Hilton Head and Savannah are worth a day trip as well! The apartment was cute and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location was central to everything - we were able to walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. The local farmers market is worth a visit, and bring a good appetite! Everyone we met was kind and welcoming and the town itself is very charming. This apartment is not "quiet" but for me that is an easy trade-off since the location is so central to everything. It was still very peaceful.
