Can't say enough about this beautiful property. Stunning neighborhood and property. Beautifully decorated; gorgeous little pops of local art were really special. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, lots of cozy blankets and pillows throughout the house. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. We cooked several times and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The pool is perfect and private. It's completely surrounded by beautiful trees. Great patio furniture and a grill make the patio even more inviting. Host2Coast was fantastic...they literally respond to every question within a few minutes and made the whole process so easy. We will definitely use them again, and we will very likely rent this house again and again.

Excellent emplacement. Belle villa avec un mobilier adapté. Propre et bien décorée.Piscine un peu petite, mais très agréable. Equipement conforme à la liste. Une théière nous a manqué!A signaler aux propriétaires le risque qu'ils aient un souci dans l'avenir car l'eau des toilettes se remplit souvent alors que personne n'a actionné la chasse. Le seul regret est que les propriétaires n'acceptent pas les animaux.

Very nice place . Clean and roomie. Great location. Definitely recommend staying there. Never did figure out how to turn the vent hood on over the stove. Other than that, it was great.

Beautify house with ample space. Loved the ‘lap’ pool! Everything as written is what we experienced. Great location too. Hot water heater could have been turned up and the water pressure pretty slow. Hate the last people left pool skimmer down in the dirt but it did t give my husband the task of cleaning it without a problem. Rooms very spacious. Thank you for allowing your house to be ours for a week

We were very impressed with the home and with the mgmt company overall. The home was clean and well organized. Upon arrival we had clear instructions and we found the cleaning products provided and beach towels to be a pleasant surprise! The house was so well outfitted! We had everything we needed. At one point, I thought the only thing that was missing was a broom . . . then I found that in the closet! We had every possible item we needed for the stay: fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and plenty of beach towels. The pool was amazing and the new pool chairs/patio chairs were great! Overall we were very impressed!!! THANKS!

Our family loved this house! Everything was perfect - the rooms were big, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the pool was the perfect size for my 4 year old niece, and the furniture and home was clean and updated. We spent so much time in the back porch area - the landscape was so well kept and all you could hear are the birds chirping.My only suggestion would be to provide beach chairs/umbrellas for guests. We ended up having to rent umbrellas and chairs every time we went to the beach and it ended up being pricey since they only charge day rates. Other than that, our stay was amazing! Thank you for hosting our family.

Wonderful location! Situated between beach and pickleball. Easy 10 minute bike ride to each. House was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful kitchen that was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Showers always had hot water. Furnishings were all very nice. Pool was nice but would benefit from having an automatic cleaner as there was always leaves in pool. One day the pool was discolored but I called and the pool cleaner arrived and it was fixed easily. Appreciated the quick response. Will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful property. There are little touches by Host2coast that are great. They provide beach towels, soaps and detergents. The pool does get dirty from the canvas of trees, but the trees provide great privacy, so it’s worth it.

Great property. 3 Very large bedrooms. Accommodated 6 of us easily with room to spare. Recently renovated. Beautiful job. Cooked many of our meals in using the large kitchen and propane grill. Pool was a nice addition. Difficult keeping the pool clean under the tree canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

When all of the home's systems are in working order the home will meet the expectations of its guests and allow guests to really enjoy their time at HHI - without having calls to the property management. Ultimately the sr. manager reached out after our stay and we were able to come to a conclusion that satisfied both parties.
