The address sign was hard to find on the wall. Maybe say next to building number 37. I was alone though and had trouble seeing even though I was right there. Be more specific about pushing # they code to gate. Only had one roll of paper towels and 1 toilet paper per bathroom. Lots of bathroom towels and beach towels. Loved overall.

The condo was clean and perfectly stocked with all the items we needed for our stay! We definitely used the nice orange beach towels left for us. The close proximity to the beach and pool was perfect for our family. The hosts were quick to respond to our need for an additional parking pass and delivered it right to our condo. We would love to return here for another visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location and condo was as described and photographed. The beds were comfortable. The beach was so close and made it easy to go back and forth with a baby. The pool was right off the back porch so my older kids (9-13) could be out at the pool while I was in the condo. The beach was close enough that I allowed my older kids to go play on the sand without me. There were other families here with the same aged kids and they had a blast playing in the (heated!) pool and on the huge, clean beach. We come in April, so having a heated pool is the best way to enjoy the ify outdoor temperatures. I wish we had brought a baby gate for the stairs, and a high chair. If I was coming with a toddler, I might pick a place with a gated balcony or porch so they could be outside while we ate or cooked, but overall it was fine.

Our stay at 10 Ocean Club was perfect. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed, the proximity to the ocean was amazing, and the pool was just outside our door. The condo was very clean and perfectly situated to the pool, the beach and Coligny shopping and dining. Renters need to know that it’s an older property but is in fairly good condition. It would be important to know that both bathrooms are upstairs. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing major. We’d definitely recommend it to others.

10 Ocean Club was exactly as we expected it to be based off of the listing. We had the best time. Everything is in walking distance for the most part. Pool right outside our back door was a plus. And beach access was a very short walk. We walked or rode bikes to coligny almost daily. The Villa is stocked well and very clean. The puzzles, games, boogie boards and chairs are a plus. A few of our favs….Sweet Al’s for coffee and pastries, Tiki Hut & Big Bamboo for live entertainment and great drinks, Flatbread Grill, Charbar, Southern Coney had a killer breakfast, The Bank is a fun concept with a craft bar, great pizzas, food/beer/ice cream trucks etc.. and so much more!!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The beach is wonderful, and the unit is very comfortable. This is really a great place for a family vacation. The only negative to mention was the cleanliness of the master shower, (mold on the track of the shower doors). We bought a bleach cleaner and was able to get a lot of it off ourselves. All in all, well worth the stay.

Coligny area is my perfect spot. Close to everything....walking distance to tiki hut, beach and restaurants. Condo had everything as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Close to beach. The only this missing was a good supply of pots and pans. We ate out mostly, but if I had to cook it would have been difficult...one frying pan....and small at that. Simple fix. Overall a really great experience. The condo was very clean and well maintained and had several amenities and a full kitchen which is appreciated. Loved the pool and the closeness to the beach--it is a couple minute walk from the condo and has a private beach access for the building. Host2Coast was really good about ensuring we had the access codes and anything else necessary for a good stay. I would stay here again.

This place is exactly as advertised! Right next to the beach, only a 3 minute walk away! I didnt walk to any restaurant, but they are only a 4 or 5 minute drive away. I was unable to get the guest shower to work. Im not sure if it was truly broken or just a user error😅. Overall great stay.

You can't beat the location- we did not get in the car once all week. We took advantage of the grocery delivery service so had food there when we arrived. We spent the whole time in the heated pool and the beach which are right outside the door.

The condo was as close to the beach as any condo could be. Located next to Cologny Bay Beach, it was in an area that was not crowded yet offered the flexibility to walk to the Cologny Square area if wanted. The condo very comfortably slept out family group of 5. Having 2 full bathrooms was also a plus! Excellent stay! We will definitely rebook when we are in the area next!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was upsets on the inside. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the gas grill on the patio and used it a few nights. The property is on the beach and so a very short walk to get to the beach. The table and chair outside need attention as one chair is broken. All in all we loved the place and would definitely stay hre again.

I liked how close it was to the pool with only a few steps to get there. The beach is also a very short distance away. We walked up to coligney plaza a few times for food, ice cream and souvenirs. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends! The management company made the stay easy by using an app and keeping in contact via text. They let us know that our property was ready to check in early and though we only had one request from them during our stay it was fixed within minutes!

We loved the location and ability to just walk right onto the beach. Condo included everything we needed and even more; such as, games, beach toys for the kids, etc. We also received a text that the unit was ready early! Nice touch I’ve never received on any rentals in the past. Will definitely recommend and rent this place again!

The property was very clean and updated. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. There was even a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues at all. The hosts contacted us via text weeks before our arrival to confirm our information. They also texted us with the option of early check-in. We received a text once housekeeping was finished indicating that we were able to check-in early. The app used was a great reference for the property information and we used it frequently prior to and during the arrival process. We would stay here again. However, there were a few things that should be noted. The air-conditioning vents upstairs should be evaluated and the routing of the air changed. We had to move few pieces of furniture to improve the airflow. The air-conditioning does work very well though especially during the summer! Another issue is that the pool is very small for the amount of units in the area. It was always packed with people to the point that we couldn't go. We spent most of our time at the beach (a very close walk!) so this wasn't a big issue but our children wanted to play in the pool and there wasn't much space for them. We highly recommend Host2Coast management and this property for your stay. I have no doubt that if we had any issues the management team would have been able to assist us.

We enjoyed our stay. The property met our expectations and was accurate to the listing. We loved the easy access to the beach and we could get to other spots on the island easily. Our only “downsides” was that the complex could be loud later in the evening/night with other guests using the pool and hanging out in the courtyard until 11-12 at night. Somewhat expected during the busy summer season - and didn’t disrupt us too much. Also, some kitchen items could use replacement/updating - but nothing that hindered our stay - and we had all the basics to get through the week just fine! We loved this spot and would be quick to stay here again the next time we come to the island.

This place was perfect! Myself and my two friends rented for a month and worked remotely from here. The unit itself was amazing - close to the beach and restaurants, shops, and activities. Very relaxing stay at this unit. Short walk to beach, parking directly in front of the unit. Unit updated with every thing you need to enjoy your time away from home. Because the Covid, we chose to cook our meals in the unit and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Gas grill on patio was an added bonus. Property Manager, Mark was easy to reach with any questions we had. We will definitely return to this unit.

Perfect location and size for 4 adults for our month long stay in Hilton Head Island. Property Manager - Mark - was easy to contact with any questions and/or concerns we had. Very short walk to the beautiful HHL beach. Townhome was updated and very comfortable with everything we needed to cook our meals "at home" as we were not comfortable eating out. We booked this property last minute for a short getaway. Last year we had stayed at this complex and knew we liked the location. This unit has been remodeled and was fresh and nicely decorated. We felt that it was lacking on some amenities like a grill (propane tank was there but no grill), there also were not any beach accessories like chairs, umbrella, or toys. The unit we stayed in last year had a locked chest on the patio that was full of beach stuff including a wagon. Thankfully we brought our own stuff, however you aren’t allowed to keep it on the patio and we received a call from the management company letting us know we were in violation (we did see other units with beach stuff on their porch). Because we had our bikes stored in the front area we had to wheel our beach wagon into the living room. It would be nice if this unit had the outdoor box to house beach stuff. Overall a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

10 Ocean Club was a great place to stay in Hilton Head. It was just steps to the pool and beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. The villa was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and check in was easy. The pool was perfect - it was clean, the water was the perfect temperature (even in October) and it was steps from the back patio. A few notes for those visiting with young kids - be sure to bring a nightlight. The upstairs hallway is narrow and at night it’s hard to see the steps. Also, the tub does not have a drain plug - so baths are not possible. My husband is very tall and the ceilings are surprisingly low. He had to duck at the bottom of the stair to avoid getting hit. Please note: beach chairs, bikes and umbrellas are not provided- so bring your own or plan to rent them (we were disappointed that there were no beach chairs). Also, the sliding glass patio door didn’t have a working lock. It had a sliding latch that could only be locked from the inside. It became problematic when it was time to leave because we had to choose to take a chance and leave it unlocked or lock it and walk all the way around the building to get to the beach. Other then those very minor issues- we had a lovely stay.

10 Ocean Club was exactly as we expected it to be based off of the listing. We had the best time. Everything is in walking distance for the most part. Pool right outside our back door was a plus. And beach access was a very short walk. We walked or rode bikes to coligny almost daily. The Villa is stocked well and very clean. The puzzles, games, boogie boards and chairs are a plus. A few of our favs….Sweet Al's for coffee and pastries, Tiki Hut & Big Bamboo for live entertainment and great drinks, Flatbread Grill, Charbar, Southern Coney had a killer breakfast, The Bank is a fun concept with a craft bar, great pizzas, food/beer/ice cream trucks etc.. and so much more!!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The property was very clean and updated. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. There was even a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues at all. The hosts contacted us via text weeks before our arrival to confirm our information. They also texted us with the option of early check-in. We received a text once housekeeping was finished indicating that we were able to check-in early. The app used was a great reference for the property information and we used it frequently prior to and during the arrival process. We would stay here again. We loved the location and ability to just walk right onto the beach. Condo included everything we needed and even more; such as, games, beach toys for the kids, etc. We also received a text that the unit was ready early! Nice touch I've never received on any rentals in the past. Will definitely recommend and rent this place again!

You can't beat the location- we did not get in the car once all week. We took advantage of the grocery delivery service so had food there when we arrived. We spent the whole time in the heated pool and the beach which are right outside the door.

Location was perfect. Walk to beach, restaurants, bars and pool outside door - can't beat it. The pool is heated starting in March - big bonus. The grounds are very nice. The condo itself is a little dated, but the beds are comfortable - it has everything you need for a vacation. I didn't see any bugs - the complex does a good job spraying.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The villa was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants made getting around extremely convenient. Our stay was during the peak jellyfish and stingray season (something we knew nothing about) so having access to the community's private pool was a lifesaver! I would definitely rent this villa again and would highly recommend to someone looking to vacation in HHI.
