101 Fairway Lane Villas

The sunroom is a great place to have coffee and watch golfing. Whole property is very comfortable. Bedrooms are great size. Attentive property managers. Very clean! Very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. Master bathroom is kind of small but efficient.

My sisters and I enjoyed a fantastic girls' weekend at 101 Fairway Lane Villas. The house was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We loved its close proximity to the beach, making it easy to come and go from the beach and enjoy both morning and evening walks, and a couple of swims during the day. The bike path was right outside the door and our scenic bike rides were a highlight—one leading to the Coligny area, and returning on the beach, and another to Harbour Town, where we stopped for coffee and freshly baked goods. Mornings in the sunroom were lovely, as we sipped our coffee while overlooking the peaceful, open golf course. It was the perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! It was quiet, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We have several young children, and we particularly appreciated the books and games the owners supplied, as well as the comfortable and abundant seating. But most of all, the location is almost unbeatable! There is a private beach path right across the street from the villa, and it only took us a few minutes to walk to the sand (which is great with kids because you always have gear, and you always forget something!). We really enjoyed the proximity to the Sea Pines bike path as well, which was quite close. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

The condo is spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare our own meals. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the outdoor patio and visits from the great blue heron. There are multiple indoor seating areas with large windows to enjoy the views of the wildlife around the lagoon and the lush golf course. Its convenient location provided an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as direct access to bike paths. All the beach walking and exploring the area on bikes made for tired bodies that were grateful for comfortable beds and quiet, restful nights. We can’t wait to return to Sea Pines!

Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Walk to the beach is really just 4 mins. and with no hotels nearby the beach was so private & perfect with dolphins every day! View out the back windows with the cozy chairs to sit in was everything we had hoped & more. There were several alligators in the ponds so beware! Unfortunately the mosquitos got really bad towards the end of the week (there were ten or more just sitting on the front door) and there is no place to hang towels or swim suits and not enough places to hang bath towels in the bathrooms. Didn’t want to damage their furniture by putting wet stuff on it so we did way more loads of laundry than we needed to because it was the only way I could get the clothes/towels dry. The laundry room was REALLY helpful—a big washer & great dryer. The master has an amazing showerhead. There’s a Bosch dishwasher & great knives. There were neighbors but we never heard a sound and still felt very private. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

The listing was exactly as we imagined. I have been staying in Sea Pines since I was 13 and this was one of the better locations I have rented. Would definitely rent here again.
