Great place! Great house and great rooms with lots of space. Phenomenal proximity to the beach and the swimming pool and spa were A+. Host2Coast staff were great!

Host2coast’s home was excellent for our stay. We had a group of eight from 4 yrs to 70 yrs. There was plenty of room for us all spread out in the house for alone time but the tables were big enough for us all to eat dinner together and the our door space was amazing. We loved the pool and the little dock out back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We decided at the last minute to pay to have the hot tub heated and they sent someone out right away to take care of it. The location was 12 out of 10, so close to the beach access and they had wagons and beach toys and chairs for our use. It was close enough for us to ride bikes to the Kroger each day for groceries too. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Absolutely would recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautiful property! The pool and lagoon view were our favorites! Seeing the deer every day was a real treat as well. The house had everything we wanted/needed. The cleaning products and toiletries along with beach towels was unexpected as other properties do not provide. We are hoping to return thus property next year. Very well kept and very relaxing!

It was a beautiful home in a great location. An easy walk to beach and beautiful property that overlooked a lagoon. It had nice seating spaces for our group of6 adults and 1 toddler. The kitchen had plenty of utensils pots pans glassware etc. Salt, pepper and Pam cooking spray were provided. The hosts responded quickly to our check in difficulties. And also remedied a few other items quickly as well. Overall a great stay in a beautiful spot.

Having the huge beach towels was a plus. The house pool was possibly the most fantastic thing! 101 Mooring Buoy is a hidden gem tucked down a long private drive. The views of the lagoon and dock are magnificent. The owners/hosts thought of everything—from their welcome package and eco friendly starter laundry packs to generous supply of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, & great array of toys. The home is immaculate and provided plenty of room for a family of five to spread out and also come together for meals and board games. The beach is just a short walk! All around a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to return next year!

The property, location and management company couldn’t have been better! The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub, backs to a beautiful lagoon (with a great dock that we all enjoyed everyday) and is located so close to the quiet beach (5 min or less walk). This property was perfect for our family of 6 plus infant. The owners have done a great job it’s the property and from what I understand they have more improvements in the works. The management company was very responsive to a few minor issues we had. We hope to be able to spend a week next summer at this home !

The location and surrounding are quiet and peaceful. The house inside is beautiful and well-care for. Host2Coast was quick to respond to the couple issues we had with ants and bees. One thing (that didn’t impact our stay) would be that the outside of the house could use some TLC (paint, clean out gutters, etc). Overall…. Great place to relax and enjoy Hilton Head!

The location of this property is one of the best we’ve gotten in Palmetto Dunes. It is on the wide part of the lagoon and the water views and sitting dock, were one of our favorite, most peaceful spots. The pool and the rest of the outdoor space were great for eating, playing and even doing a little work. The walk to the beach was supper short and the beach was almost empty at both the closest access points. One of the best spots on the Island. Easy bike rides all around and two the general store. The house itself was more than enough room for two families and still had sitting areas and storage to share. Would definitely return to this property.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful property. The house was very nice and well maintained. Beautiful canal view dock with a good size pool and hot tub. The family room was very large with an amazingly comfortable gigantic leather reclining sofa. Two seperate living areas which is nice to have. Extremely short walk to the beach which we went to almost every day. This checked pretty much every box you can think of. I&#039;d highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Thank you to our hosts for the most wonderful week here. Our memories will last forever. This was our first vacation as a family of 4. Our two sons (3 & 4 years) loved the pool and the house so much. Noah even learned how to swim from one side of the pool to the other while holding his breath. Amazing house, and we plan to come back next year. This was my in-laws first time here, too. Thank you for all the memories. We even experienced tropical storm Elsa! Things we saw: starfish, alligators, sand dollars, pelicans, sharks, dolphins, crabs, frogs.

Our family had just gone through two close family member deaths. There were no expectations for this trip except time to be together and rest. 101 Mooring did not disappoint. From the moment we walked into the beautiful home until the day we left everyone felt as if the home wrapped it's arms around us and gave us exactly what we needed to escape the outside world. There was a short walk to the beach for those who wanted to enjoy the sand, a beautiful lagoon and dock for those who wanted to enjoy their coffee or wine watching the sunrise or set, a pool and hot tub for all ages to enjoy and lots of space to gather all together or in smaller groups. There had been some type of power outage in the area before we arrived so we had to call the host company to take care of a couple of problems. They came quickly and resolved all our issues. Everyone we spoke to was so kind. We have visited Hilton Head for many years, but all agreed this was our favorite spot and we hope to come back.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit smaller, though we really enjoyed the spacious downstairs. Loved the pool and outside areas including the chairs on the dock and hammocks! We saw herons, egrets, flying fish, osprey and quietly floating alligators daily in the lake. Beach was literally right across the street and seemed to be a less busy area and even though we heard crowds were bad this year, we didn’t find the beach crowded here at all. Kids enjoyed biking to the general store in Palmetto Dunes and restaurants, mini golf, Shelter Cove Marina (where we booked a boat trip), and shops were all close and convenient right outside Palmetto Dunes. Literally the only thing we could have asked for were just a few more spices (aside from just salt and pepper) and some dish towels. Otherwise, perfect!

Elizabeth, you gave us a spectacular review of 101 Mooring Buoy and made us smile! We have to be careful with leaving spices in a villa or house as they don't retain freshness very well. House was very nice and clean recently remodeled. All the furniture was brand new. Tvs in all rooms. Outside area was very nice with pool and spa. House is not huge but was plenty for 4 adults and 4 kids. 10 minute walk to beach which was not overcrowded at all. No complaints. Would recommend.

I 100% recommended this property! Clean, beautiful, 3 min easy walk to the beach. Because this stretch of beach is all homes, the beach was not at all crowded. Our kids had plenty of room to play volleyball & bocce ball. The backyard of the house is fabulous!! We swam everyday when we got back from the beach. We also sat by the lagoon many mornings for coffee. We loved it!

House was very nice and clean recently remodeled. All the furniture was brand new. Tvs in all rooms. Outside area was very nice with pool and spa. House is not huge but was plenty for 4 adults and 4 kids. 10 minute walk to beach which was not overcrowded at all. No complaints. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit smaller, though we really enjoyed the spacious downstairs. Loved the pool and outside areas including the chairs on the dock and hammocks! We saw herons, egrets, flying fish, osprey and quietly floating alligators daily in the lake. Beach was literally right across the street and seemed to be a less busy area and even though we heard crowds were bad this year, we didn't find the beach crowded here at all. Kids enjoyed biking to the general store in Palmetto Dunes and restaurants, mini golf, Shelter Cove Marina (where we booked a boat trip), and shops were all close and convenient right outside Palmetto Dunes. Literally the only thing we could have asked for were just a few more spices (aside from just salt and pepper) and some dish towels. Otherwise, perfect!

Many of our guests bring their favorite spices from home, or they place an order in advance of their stay with the Low Country Grocery Runner found on our hospitality app. It was a pleasure hosting your stay and we hope you will come back again!

Our family had just gone through two close family member deaths. There were no expectations for this trip except time to be together and rest. 101 Mooring did not disappoint. From the moment we walked into the beautiful home until the day we left everyone felt as if the home wrapped it's arms around us and gave us exactly what we needed to escape the outside world. There was a short walk to the beach for those who wanted to enjoy the sand, a beautiful lagoon and dock for those who wanted to enjoy their coffee or wine watching the sunrise or set, a pool and hot tub for all ages to enjoy and lots of space to gather all together or in smaller groups. There had been some type of power outage in the area before we arrived so we had to call the host company to take care of a couple of problems. They came quickly and resolved all our issues. Everyone we spoke to was so kind. We have visited Hilton Head for many years, but all agreed this was our favorite spot and we hope to come back.

Every morning well before noon, we enjoyed the solitude of the lagoon. A family of deer, quite a brood, roamed the yard looking for food. We swam in the pool, bathed in the sun, rode bike, played golf, and kayaked for fun. Rainy afternoons we played games indoors. When the sun came out, we relaxed at the shore. Seafood dinners and ice cream for dessert, were one of the many HH perks. We hail from Philly and Boston, Mass. We're sorry our stay has come to pass!

Our experience was great all around. The property was near perfect (would love to see carpeting in the bedrooms get updated), the location near the beach and on the gorgeous lagoon can't be beat. Everything we expected and more. The management company was incredibly pleasant to deal with: responsive, kind, quickly solved the couple of issues that could have really impacted our stay. The location of this property is one of the best we've gotten in Palmetto Dunes. It is on the wide part of the lagoon and the water views and sitting dock, were one of our favorite, most peaceful spots. The pool and the rest of the outdoor space were great for eating, playing and even doing a little work. The walk to the beach was supper short and the beach was almost empty at both the closest access points. One of the best spots on the Island. Easy bike rides all around and two the general store. The house itself was more than enough room for two families and still had sitting areas and storage to share. Would definitely return to this property.Date of arrival - May 28, 2022

The location and surrounding are quiet and peaceful. The house inside is beautiful and well-care for. Host2Coast was quick to respond to the couple issues we had with ants and bees. One thing (that didn't impact our stay) would be that the outside of the house could use some TLC (paint, clean out gutters, etc). Overall…. Whether renting as a family or as an adult group getaway, this rental is spacious and true to its description. It's like your own private escape, quiet but close enough to the main road for any forgotten items. In the heat of summer, it's great for rolling out of bed (except if you're in a top bunk) and meandering to the pool or sitting on the dock or deck to enjoy nature or read a book. The beach is a quick walk away. Host2Coast was easy to deal with and quick to respond to some minor needs during our stay. The only minor reason for not giving it 5-stars all around was that the outside of the house could use some sprucing up and gutters have the tiny trees in them removed. Otherwise, this truly was a great escape!

The property, location and management company couldn't have been better! The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub, backs to a beautiful lagoon (with a great dock that we all enjoyed everyday) and is located so close to the quiet beach (5 min or less walk). This property was perfect for our family of 6 plus infant. The owners have done a great job it's the property and from what I understand they have more improvements in the works. The management company was very responsive to a few minor issues we had. We hope to be able to spend a week next summer at this home !
