This October was our second visit at 101 North Shore Place, and we are sure to be back again! We absolutely love this 2 BDRM condo, the second floor balcony and view, the location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, groceries, and more. After the renovations were completed last year, access to the entrance off the front steps leading down to the street was so convenient. The 4th floor pool deck was so nice, with views of the sunrise and private feeling of a hot tub and pool. Our young but growing family likes being close to some action, other people, shopping, and activities. This unit delivered again this year! Thank you Host 2 Coast for all your help, we had a wonderful experience again this fall!

Great place to stay. Close to beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Roof top pool was nice. Another bonus was guest access to pool across the street that is right on the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

We lived our stay! Property was very clean and family friendly. In walking distance to everything. We stayed 5 days and never had to drive anywhere. Walked to dinner, beach, grocery shops and more. There were towels on property and we learned at the end we had access to the hotel and pool across the street as well. Highly recommend and we will probably stay here again

Property was well equipped and there was not a lack of activity to partake! From walking/bicycling beach and sidewalks to golfing. All within reach. The furnishings are very nice and the place is so beautifully decorated. We had contacted the host for tv issue and there was no delay in responding. The villa at North Shore Place will be added to our vacation menu!

Really enjoyed 101 North Shore Place! The property is well located just across the street from Coligny Plaza and 1 block from the beach. Although the property abuts a cross street, the unit was very quiet. We experienced no noise issues. It was also great that we could access a gym across the street in the SeaCrest Building. Would definitely stay at 101 again!

For two people who only stay at a private beach (Palmetto Dunes) and only oceanfront, we were happy with our stay and our experience trying the Coligny area and being basically a block from the beach. We found the walk to the beach to be short and quick so it wasn’t an issue for us. If you like to be in a convenient location with a lot of things around you, definitely consider North Shore Place. The property management was very responsive and extremely accommodating. When we checked in there was an issue with the master bathroom sink and the front entry door latching, and when we reached out about those, they were immediately fixed. The unit worked for the two of us overall, but could definitely use some improvements. the pictures on the listing make it look newer and more updated than it actually is, but it did not impact our stay. I think something as simple as new paint would make a huge improvement, and a sectional couch in the living area would make it a lot more comfortable for more than two people. Fortunately it was only two of us so it worked, but we do feel if we had four or six of us we wouldn’t be able to comfortably hang out or watch TV, etc. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and secured complex. Right beside a lot of stores and places to eat. A short walk to the beach. Clean condo and decorated very nice. The pictures show rocking chairs but they were not here for our visit. Only item I would change is the mirrors in the bathroom are small and placed high for shorter people. However plenty of mirrors throughout that I was able to use. It was a pleasure to stay here.

This condo is incredibly warm and inviting from the inside and right next to lots of action in location. We stayed here with our 3 elementary aged boys and I was 6 months pregnant. The walk to the beach is just a block away, there are convenient outdoor showers and hoses for getting sand off at the complex. We also were able to walk to lots of shop and restaurants. The piggly wiggly grocery is also walking distance. Heads up: We missed our Vayk rental credit deadline (expires a day after check in) because we booked this place very last minute and missed the email. But we had plenty to do without it! Our only complaints or extra needs in the condo were the comfort of the living room chairs were not great (couch was fine) and we had to get some of our own cleaning supplies for messes we made. We enjoyed the pools but the security personnel was not well identified and would ask specific questions while you were there. They would ask your for your room, name and email which, because they were not well marked or didn’t introduce who they were, made us nervous to give that information out. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Came to Hilton Head with a few family members for the Christmas holiday. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. Stores and bike rentals within a block away. Although the photos show a beach view and it appears the complex is practically on the beach, this complex does not have a water view and it is a block away from the ocean. This was the only issue we encountered during our stay. My husband was not able to get to the beach as we thought he would be able to and that was a bummer. The hot tub and pool on the 4th floor were nice. The complex was mostly spotless. Car and bicycle parking is under the building and the complex provides luggage carts and shopping carts to bring your luggage up the elevator to your units. All in all we would recommend this for a good place to stay.

This was my first stay on Hilton Head Island. I looked at numerous options for location and amenities. This villa was exactly what I was looking for. The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The large deck with rocking chairs provided a nice respite after a day on the beach. With a grocery store, restaurants and shopping right outside the door, there was plenty to do nearby. We did not have a car, which was not an issue. We walked or biked everywhere we went. The unit also had two beach chairs which we used every day. The beach was one block away and easy access for sunrise walks and beach time. I would definitely stay at this exact property again. Checkin was simple with automated codes. The kitchen was not only well stocked with supplies, it was gorgeous. Overall a perfect location and stay. I would highly recommend this property.
