love this unit and Seacrest we have 3 members in our family in wheel chairs and there is not one step to overcome-even to the beach it is super easy for the handicapped I have personally sent info on this unit to 6 other families we will be back

A well appointed unit. My only complaint would be to replace area rugs. The bedroom room in particular was disgusting. Had to roll it up out of the way around the bed. Also, perhaps instruct cleaning staff to clean inside of wash machine.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. It was very nice, clean and a great location. Host2Coast is a great management company and are very nice. The only downside to our stay is we chose this location among about 3 other choices based on the amenities. We knew it was going to be a little cold. So, we were looking forward to the fitness facility, indoor pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. Unfortunately, none of these were open and available. The listing never mentioned any unavailability, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere. It wasn't the end of the for us, but I would recommend reaching out to the management/lister directly to ensure their listing is up to date and you get the amenities you're wanting.

It was great beautiful villa perfect for the two of us. We arrived early and were able to check into our villa early. Surprised at the little gift that was waiting for us. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants that were close to us. We did a lot of bike riding also.

The rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient. <br/><br/>The only suggestions that we would make to make our stay even more pleasant would be as follows:<br/><br/>1. Replace the worn rug in the bedroom as it is a bit frayed and tattered... it could easily be a tripping hazard.<br/>2. Replace the extremely soft bed pillows with more firm pillows.<br/><br/>

It is a beautiful place. Very comfortable and super easy to get around. The location is great. You walk out the door and your right at Front Entrance. You can go to Coligny or to the shops next door. Seacrest is always a great place to stay because of pools and restaurant. The workout room is right down the hall.

Loved the location! Walk to Coligny Plaza which is right across the street for food and the beach is just a few steps away as well. Cleaning was a little meh. We found bugs in the couch - may have been from sitting a day or two before us arriving. Other than that it was amazing.

Our unit was available for early check-in which is a big plus. More time on Hilton Head Island. We are big Hilton Head fans as it is a short drive from Mt. Pleasant SC. We often come down and spend time riding bikes and going to shops and restaurants. We spent our 52nd wedding anniversary at your condo. As others have reviewed, the window situation is a pain, as the entry to the property is right outside all the windows, so keeping the shades closed is a must. There were several renovations going on at the property including the installation of a sprinkler system in the garage area and the man made ponds were under repair as well. But overall this property met and exceeded our expectations!

We both agree the condo was beautiful, well appointed and in a great location. We walked almost daily to Coligny Plaza. Our main problem with the property was that daily we woke at 7 am to the sounds of leaf blowers as maintenance started early to clean the common areas. Our stay was interrupted three days in a row for the testing of the fire alarm in our condo. There was no advance warning. Both Host to Coast and the condo management responded quickly to our calls. Yet the testing was done not at the specific time we had agreed upon to vacate the condo. Each testing lasted at least 20 minutes and required us to either leave or close the bedroom door and grin and bear it. We also had jackhammering for almost one whole week while the bricks at the front entrance were taken out where they had been uprooted. The cleaning of those bricks also took place right on the other side of the wall so we had tapping and hammering daily. This property is not for people who want sunlight coming in. Because of its location all blinds remained closed throughout our stay. The weather combined with no sunlight made the condo very cold both day and night.

If you rent for 4, I would recommend that the other 2 people be people within your own family. I think that sharing one bathroom with different doorway entrances would be difficult.* The kitchen was perfectly laid out and it was very well stocked with cooking utensils, flatware, dinnerware, pots/pans, bowls, and storage containers.* The condo was very clean and well stocked with the amenities listed.* Like someone else mentioned, you will have to get use to the banging of the outside foyer door where a lot of people enter but after a couple of times you get use to it.* The room was meticulously detailed.* One of the best things is this condo is very close to a lot of nice restaurants. I would suggest making reservations using "opentable" or "/" or just call the restaurant directly to see if they take reservations. * I would definitely rent this room, again.

This villa is unlike the vast majority of short term rentals b/c it was clearly renovated by a professional interior designer. Beautifully appointed space, very comfortable and perfectly located — this resort is on the beach and also across the street from shops/restaurants. There was easy, free parking underneath and around the resort. The included, daily beach service was quick and efficient in setting up our lounge chairs and umbrella. The company that runs this particular rental villa left a gift for us upon our arrival: a high quality beach tote, cuzzies, and more. The kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses, pots, pans, blender etc that you would ever need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is located at the very back of the resort so you have to walk a couple minutes to reach the beach but we didn’t care. TWO cons: (1) the front loading washing machine is infested with mildew, stinks like rotten eggs, and can not be used under any circumstances. The only way to rectify this problem is to hire a repair shop to disassemble the major components and soak them in pure bleach. Otherwise the washer is truly unusable. If you don’t plan on washing any towels or laundry while your on vacation, this problem won’t apply to you. (Alternatively you could hand wash small laundry in the sink then use the dryer — it works well and there’s no bad smell in it). (2) All the windows look out onto very busy walkways so you MUST keep the blinds fully closed at all times.

The appointments of the condo were really well done. Beautiful detail of the trim work and really nice furniture. The bathroom was really well laid out and high end. The location was great, everything was in walking distance and the beach is fantastic. This condo does not have a beach view but it is really nice inside which really made for a great stay. Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two kids that can sleep on the sleeper sofa. We really enjoyed our time here.

Perfect location to enjoy the Coligny area including beach, shopping, and dining. We stayed there for almost 5 weeks. The condo’s layout is perfect for a couple or if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. You can enter the bathroom from the bedroom or the living room which is great if one person is sleeping in or staying up late. Both the kitchen and bathroom are updated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook some nice meals. The bed was comfortable too. The management company is terrific and very responsive. Overall it was a great experience! Other reviews said the closet with the washer/dryer smelled badly and unfortunately, that was still the case when we stayed there. The only other negative is that the condo lacks natural light as its windows face a shaded entry way and you need to keep the blinds closed to avoid living in a fishbowl. However, with the beach right behind the building, it’s easy enough to find some sunshine!

My wife and I enjoyed a Labor Day weekend escape. The condo was splendidly appointed in the heart of Coligny Beach area. The kitchen had updated appliances and was the perfect size for two. The bedroom with king size bed was firm and comfortable, while the bathroom with shower and separate toilet was spacious. We had a minor delay in checking in as the door lock battery was dead, but a quick call to the polite/courteous staff and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Location to the beach and Coligny Plaza Shopping Center is perfect. Main drawback was hall noise as the unit is located near the main entrance. Also, while the unit has numerous windows, the location near the entrance and sidewalks prevented us from opening the blinds due to privacy concerns. Also, there was no bathtub, but the large/modern shower was ideal. All in all, a great unit and wonderful experience. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

This is a very nice villa within walking and biking distance to great restaurants on Hilton Head. If you book, know you will not have an ocean view however the property is on the beach and you can be there in minutes. The villa is right at the entrance of SeaCrest so at times you can hear entry and exit noise from other guests. However, we never really noticed it being a problem except at the beginning and end of the week when groups were packing up. The villa is very comfortable and tastefully appointed. This is perfect for a couple and could probably remain comfortable with one child in addition to a couple. Communication was also great with the owners and the check in/out process was easy and seamless. It was a great experience overall.

Out stay at 102 Seacrest was just what the doctor ordered…rest and relaxation!! Condo is beautiful and so convenient to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and loved the pool bar. We plan to be back!!

Room was great and spacious with many upgrades. Location was perfect, close to shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. The beach was easily accessible and the pools onsite were well kept.

It is a beautiful place. Very comfortable and super easy to get around. The location is great. You walk out the door and your right at Front Entrance. You can go to Coligny or to the shops next door. Seacrest is always a great place to stay because of pools and restaurant. The workout room is right down the hall.

* The condo was very well laid out for 2 people. If you rent for 4, I would recommend that the other 2 people be people within your own family. I think that sharing one bathroom with different doorway entrances would be difficult.<br/><br/>* The kitchen was perfectly laid out and it was very well stocked with cooking utensils, flatware, dinnerware, pots/pans, bowls, and storage containers.<br/><br/>* The condo was very clean and well stocked with the amenities listed.<br/><br/>* Like someone else mentioned, you will have to get use to the banging of the outside foyer door where a lot of people enter but after a couple of times you get use to it.<br/><br/>* The room was meticulously detailed.<br/><br/>* One of the best things is this condo is very close to a lot of nice restaurants. I would suggest making reservations using "opentable" or "/" or just call the restaurant directly to see if they take reservations. <br/><br/>* I would definitely rent this room, again.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The apartment is wonderfully decorated and spacious. My boyfriend and I stayed for the month of January and worked remote from there. The WiFi was great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and more. A comfortable place to stay! The bedroom and bathroom are well done. We got settled immediately. Susan is wonderful and responds almost instantly. The location is great and walkable to outdoor restaurants and shops. The beach is easily accessible as well. The negative is that the living room windows look out on the entry into the building, which is covered. Because of this, there is no natural light in the living room. The windows are thin so every Monday when there is a leaf blower, it's very loud.Compliments: Thoughtful touches, Quick responses, Stylish space

Rental had all the amenities... very clean .. only problem is it had no view or balcony ..... also thermostat turned off overnight on the first day and would not start . Was very cold to sleep . Was fixed next day .

This was the first time traveling with our newborn son. The property was very clean, newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. Ground floor on the front of the building was ideal for getting in/out with stroller, etc. The unit was spacious and perfect for our needs. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very nice villa within walking and biking distance to great restaurants on Hilton Head. If you book, know you will not have an ocean view however the property is on the beach and you can be there in minutes. The villa is right at the entrance of SeaCrest so at times you can hear entry and exit noise from other guests. However, we never really noticed it being a problem except at the beginning and end of the week when groups were packing up. The villa is very comfortable and tastefully appointed. This is perfect for a couple and could probably remain comfortable with one child in addition to a couple. Communication was also great with the owners and the check in/out process was easy and seamless. It was a great experience overall.

Had one problem first night , the heat turned off and was unable to restart it . Got very cold overnight . Heat was restored the next day.

First, we have stayed at SeaCrest at least half a dozen times. We normally love it. We knew room 102 was not oceanfront, but didn't realize it would be totally cut off from the resort. You could not see what it was like outside, without going outside. But what really disappointed us, was the fact that the fountains were broken since winter. The water was a disgusting dark green with what looked like black mold. No one told this to us, so we were quite surprised on Sat, Sept 14th when we arrived and saw the mess it was. I just don't think they are keeping up the grounds the way they used to. It'll take a lot for me to stay at Sea Crest again. I am very sad.
