Wonderful stay in a wonderful location! Here for the Heritage Golf tournament. The only negative about location was the noise from the revelers on the yachts, but fortunately they ended their extreme noise by 11:00 pm. The villa is very nice and well-outfitted. Very nice kitchen with a huge pantry. The bathroom could use some updates. Property management company was OUTSTANDING. Excellent communication and provided little extras to make the stay special. Parking was good, even during the tournament. Nice community laundry room at no extra charge. Wifi was a little iffy, so probably not the best place if you want to do much work. But with that view, you shouldn't be focused on work! Easy access by foot to a number of wonderful restaurants and shops. Hope we can return!!

The star of this condo is truly the stunning view of the lighthouse and marina. We found the bed comfortable, not too hard or soft, and the condo was relatively quiet. The hosting company that was hosting the property (Host2Coast) was quick to respond to messages.

I cannot say enough about 1035 lighthouse Lane in Harbor Town. The minute you walk into the unit , you are stunned by the perfect view of Harbor Town lighthouse and the harbor. The beautiful balcony, allowed us to soak in all the comings and goings of the boats , marine life, and the beautiful lights at night. This unit is situated in such a way that you are a short walk away from restaurants, shopping and entertainment; but tucked far enough around the corner that it is peaceful and quiet. The space is updated, spotless and ever so comfortable. It is appointed with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed several other places over the years, but this one was our absolute favorite! If you book this rental, you won't be disappointed!

This is a great place to stay right in Harbor Town with the perfect view of the marina and lighthouse and a nice little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view right on the marina. Good space for 2 people and nice place. A perfect spot if looking to stay in the heart of Harbor Town. Would definitely return.

Very clean! Perfect location, quiet, convenient, easy access. Very well equipped, lots of nice touches from host. No cable TV, only streaming, but that seems to be the norm these days. Very comfortable sofa and love seat (not common). Overall, a great rental

Location was awesome, as we have been to Harbor Town many times we appreciated the short walk to the shops and restaurants.One thing we might suggest is it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and creamer available upon arrival for the first morning. Thought you should know that the bathroom door does not close!

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

Amazing view of the lighthouse and harbor. Easy parking. Well appointed unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery, etc. It even had two different coffee makers, traditional, and Keurig. The team was very responsive to our questions. They also included a very nice welcome gift.

The only issue was our last two days a unit on the same floor (down the hall) had a small dog the owners left in the unit most of the day and it barked/yapped during their absence. Apparently an issue with other unit owners as it was discussed with us. We are outdoor people and found the balcony to be a little congested and could benefit from a ceiling fan and a little less furniture. Great stay overall.

My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the place. It was just perfect for us on our anniversary. We had an awesome view of Harbourtown. It's literally a few steps to the restaurants and shops. The condo was nice and clean. The AC, wifi and elevator were all working good. :) Faith with host2coast was very sweet and friendly. The villa is very nice. It is in a great location with incredible views from the balcony! Great location for Heritage Week (EXCEPT the loud noises from partiers on the yachts) The villa could use some updates, especially the bathroom. The host company is excellent and are very responsive and do nice little touches that are very welcoming . Loved the huge pantry off the kitchen. Kitchen is nice too. If you are a martini drinker, bring your own glasses and shakers. Bring a wine bottle opener too. Other than that, they had most everything you need. Washer and dryer are available on the hall (right across from this villa) and they are very nice and no cost to use.

Everything was great and as expected! The property was clean, incredible, and most importantly with an incredible view of the marina. The only notable thing is how the A/C unit is a bit noisy when it kicks on but I also understand it may be original to the building and not at all the fault of the property owner. Everything was fine. A few recommendations Offer the Golf Channel. HT is a premier golf resort. Get a larger TV in the family room and move current TV to bedroom. Minor expense would have enhanced the stay.

The view is spectacular and there were a couple manatees living in one of the boat slips. It’s walking/biking distance from a lot of fun spots. A communal pool is listed in the amenities but I found out while on the trip that there is no pool access. My only complaint would be the inaccuracy of listing a pool.

Every year after Christmas we like to take a trip somewhere to enjoy our time off from work. We like to say that our "compass points south" so we usually end up on or near the coast. This year we found the condo with an incredible view of the lighthouse at Harbour Town, SC. The condo was everything the description said it was. It was bright and comfortable, and the view of the Yacht Basin with all of the boats was just as the pictures on the website depicted. We have been to HHI several times but had never stayed at Sea Pines so we were excited as we arrived. We decided instead of traveling to other parts of the island to eat and do other activities to instead stay there and see what the area had to offer. The condo was very conveniently located to golf, restaurants, shops, bicycle rentals, water sports and other activities. We would have our coffee each morning on the balcony that overlooked the Yacht Basin where we often saw Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins as well as birds and other wildlife. One evening during cocktail hour we saw a couple of otters visit one of the docks where they played and lounged around. It was just a short drive to the beach and other popular spots. First of all, the condo was spotless !! everything down to the kitchen utensils were spotless!! The view from the balcony/ living room and bedroom was spectacular . Parking outside the building was always available. The elevator made moving in and out a breeze. Their is a great Publix Supermarket just outside the complex. Thanks for a nice weekends. Place was very clean. Laundry and trash shoot were handy. The bedroom TV (tiny YV) was missing it’s remote. Kind of need it to change inputs from HDMI to DVD, etc. it can be done through trial and error on the TV controls, but most won’t know how to do this. Also need the TV remote to change volume or use a sleep timer to turn the TV off or even turn the TV off without having to get up and do so on the TV. The cable box remote battery cover was broken off. It is in the drawer. 🤔 The living room TV still has parts of its swivel mount attached. Just looks sloppy and easy to remove if you care to. 😉 Use room temperature water to make coffee otherwise it tastes burnt......like hotel coffee. A trick we learned at home. 😁 Having a information packet there might be helpful for people arriving with just a cell phone. We had laptops so not a problem for us.🤔 As I mentioned, some of the area event information is wrong. No Greg Russell, for example. The trolley deal to the beach is really annoying, especially when the lot was 1/3 full. You can park after 3:00p there and to go to Coast for dinner. They safe bracket in the closet seems lose or broken. The AC worked great. Forgot about the lighthouse going on at night 🤣

I've rented places in the past which looked better on line than in reality. This beautiful condo, where I spent February, 2020, was better than expected. The view from the deck is the photo you're looking at on vrbo. The Harbour Town location is perfect, with shops and restaurants close by. Because I spent part of the month alone I had wondered about safety but once there my concerns evaporated! The building is quiet and clean. There was plenty of parking, reliable wifi, and a fully functional kitchen with lots of supplies. The furniture seems fairly new and the mattress is super comfortable. The owner provided complete check in instructions and answered questions quickly when I emailed. As other reviews indicate, the condo could use a bathroom update and paint job but it was clean and hot water was always available without problems. The quiet and view are the main draws in this lovely spot!

When you rent this condo, you are paying for the location and view. Both are outstanding! The condo is okay. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Bathroom could use an update, especially the shower. Some wall outlets in bedroom didn’t work, including wall switch. Also, wall switch by front door apparently not connected to any light. 2 of the 3 bathroom lights out with no replacement bulbs available. Only one clothes hanger available—glad I brought some. A great stay overall with a great balcony to enjoy the view. An added plus were two manatees in the harbor. The Sea Pines Resort pool and beach club are available with this rental and were both excellent.

We travel to HHI every year for vacation and this Harbour Town condo was perfect. Great size, large bedroom and living room and the kitchen area had plenty of space. Having so much space for a one bedroom really made our trip so much more enjoyable than expected. Will definitely stay here again.

The property manager was great to work with, I had to make a couple of changes and he replied instantly. Good sized one bedroom overlooking the harbor. Elevator, rare in Hilton Head. Trolley and pool right outside. Free laundry room I. Th hallway. My only complaint was you need to bring a flashlight if your going to cook in the kitchen or read at night, it’s a shame to be so chintzy with a valuable property.

Every year after Christmas we like to take a trip somewhere to enjoy our time off from work. We like to say that our "compass points south" so we usually end up on or near the coast. This year we found the condo with an incredible view of the lighthouse at Harbour Town, SC. The condo was everything the description said it was. It was bright and comfortable, and the view of the Yacht Basin with all of the boats was just as the pictures on the website depicted. We have been to HHI several times but had never stayed at Sea Pines so we were excited as we arrived. We decided instead of traveling to other parts of the island to eat and do other activities to instead stay there and see what the area had to offer. First time to Hilton Head. Came for Golf school and a week’s vacation. We picked this condo because of the view of the Harbour. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and people watch and see the boats coming and going. So close to Harbour Town you can hear the live music on the condo’s balcony. Just a 2 minute walk to the shops and bars. The condo is clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use some serious updating, but the kitchen was very nice. The location makes this a 5+, The Owners communicated well. This was my first time on VRBO and I would rent again.

Ok, maybe its not Alaska....we got 'stuck' on the island during winter storm Grayson, and Doug was very accommodating and quick to return emails when we needed a little help. It's a million dollar view with all the needed amenities. In fact, the washer/dryer are closer to the unit then they are to my bedroom in my own house! We utilized the kitchen a lot, since all the restaurants were closed during the storm. Made some good meals and stayed nice and cozy in Caravel court. I've stayed in about 35 different units on Hilton Head Island over the years and this unit ranks up there with the best.

This is a lovely little condo. The view is spectacular. I've been coming to HHI for 5 years and haven't seen anything like it. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect, steps to everything in Harbor Town. I was here alone for working vacation, but it would also be perfect for a romantic getaway - very cozy. I found everything to be super clean and in excellent working order. Nothing is luxurious - I would liken it to staying at a Holiday Inn or a Hampton. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. But not fancy/trendy or boutique-like. I could sit on the balcony with a glass of wine for the rest of my life though. Even though it was chilly this weekend, I pretty much lived out there. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions. I think this condo is an excellent value for the location and you will not be disappointed with the view.

Picture of the lighthouse does not lie. You are looking right at the harbor with no obstructions. Unit is clean and functional - a bit dated and could use an upgrade in the kitchen and bath but no issues. Bed (a king) was very comfortable. We went on the boat trip for the day to savannah which was well worth doing and caught the trolley bus tour of savannah . Which was very informative .loved sea pines and hardly used the car at all as everything is on your doorstep within the resort . The view is spectacular and there were a couple manatees living in one of the boat slips. It's walking/biking distance from a lot of fun spots. A communal pool is listed in the amenities but I found out while on the trip that there is no pool access. My only complaint would be the inaccuracy of listing a pool.

Pool access is given with this rental and the Harbour Town Pool is just down the street next to the Sea Pines Racquet Club. There is a Pool Pass for our guests that is found on a hook in the kitchen. Everything was great and as expected! The property was clean, incredible, and most importantly with an incredible view of the marina. The only notable thing is how the A/C unit is a bit noisy when it kicks on but I also understand it may be original to the building and not at all the fault of the property owner. Overall, we'll be back in the future to this property!
