The House was a perfect Vacation Getaway ; it was Emaculate when we arrived with great Ammenities. The back yard is incredible, The pool & jacuzzi are perfect for rest & relaxation , with great views of Trees & Wildlife & Water Way. The home had everything we could ask for; the TV room was very comfortable for our entire family. The Kitchen was great it had everything like our own home, Pots - Pans - Dishes - Plates- & any kitchen utensils that we needed. The Keurig was a Great relief in the Morning to start our day off right. We really enjoyed the Bikes to ride around the beautiful location in Sea Pines; & enjoyed the views of the Scenery. The Bedrooms were very Spacious & Comfortable, the bedroom Mattresses were perfect for a good night’s sleep; the bathrooms were well done & very clean. What was so important to us was how Spotless the Accommodations were inside & out ; we would definitely rent again at 11 St. Andrews Place. Perfect Home Away From Home. Thank You Lori & Brett Fine.

We have rented multiple properties on Hilton Head Island. And this property (11 St. Andrews place) is absolutely the best thus far! These folks have ALL bases covered. Every detail of family FUN! COMFORT, and COOKING equipment available. Each member of our family commented individually that everything they wanted or needed was provided. Excellent quality construction of home and pool area! Pool area safely fenced next to small pond, we were able to see momma alligator and her babies regularly and safely! Simply FANTASTIC property!!!

We had a group of golfers in for a long weekend and this property was perfect for our event. Everything went well, from scheduling to check in to check out. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck, pool and spa. Watching the football games on the outdoor TV was a bonus! We will definitely use this property again for our next stay.

This home was perfect for our extended family of 9. The pool and patio area was great. Location was just right. We rode bikes to the beach and restaurants. (Even our 5 year old granddaughter.) Pool/beach towels were plush and abundant. The kitchen had everything we needed. Host2Coast was a pleasure to work with.

Everything about this stay was excellent. From checking in to checking out , it could not have been any easier. The description of the house was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood only minutes from dozens of restaurants. My husband and I rented this large home to accomodate our children and grandchildren. There were 10 of us. Beautiful inside and outside. Pool, outdoor TV, several lounge chairs and barbeque were used everyday. If we had designed it ourselves were couldn't have improved upon it. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults, 3 teens and two toddlers and it felt spacious. Pool was great and loved the accessibility to bike paths. Easy ride to Harbor Town and 10 min bike ride to the beach. Very clean and easy checkin. Would recommend and stay again!

Great house! Kitchen had all appliances / pots and pans. We also used the outside grill which worked okay. Views from the den and pool were awesome and furniture was in good condition. Easy bike ride to Harbor Town (5min) but beach was a little farther (15min). I would suggest getting a bike with a trailer to load your beach gear and just ride it out to the beach.

This was a wonderfully spacious and well appointed home. We could spread out when we wanted and then come together for meals or games. The kid's, both young and old, thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
It was an easy walk to the Sea Pines Plaza where you can catch the trolley.
I would definitely consider returning to this house.

There were 9 of us including 4 children. The living spaces were good. Wish the bedroom where all the kids stayed had 4 twins instead of 2 twins and a full. The pool was great. We could not have asked for a better vacation home for the week! We had 7 adults and 4 kiddos, ages 6 and under. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived, and it was easy to settle in and get comfortable. With four young kids we did most of our cooking at the house which was easy to do with such a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had absolutely everything we needed to make great meals, including the outdoor grill. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool almost every day. The close proximity to Harbour Town, the playground, and the Sea Pines Resort Beach club were a bonus! In the evenings, we watched movies and played games with the kids! It was the perfect home to spend quality time together as a family (Grammy/PopPop, Aunts/Uncles, Kids/Cousins)- everyone enjoyed this home immensely. We would absolutely love to rent this home again next year if it is available. Great rental company as well - extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and stay when needed!

Amazing house in a great location. Everything was perfect. We had 2 families with 9 people total and Host2Coast was prompt with extra towels and anything we needed. We biked to the beach, walked to Harbor Town, swam in the pool, watched all sorts of wildlife in the lagoon, and had a great time. Can't wait to come back.

This place was the perfect place to say for our family vacation (7 adults and 4 kids, ages 6 and under). The kids loved the pool and we went on family bike rides during the day. Harbor Town is so close and there's a wonderful playground there. The house's kitchen was incredibly well stocked and there is a grill outside; we did most of our meals at the house for that reason. Having two family rooms with TV's made it perfect to have the kids set up with kid friendly movies in one room and news or sports in the other room for the grownups. Everything was perfectly maintained. We hope we are able to rent this home again in the future.
