We have stayed in Sea Pines for many years and this is one of our best experiences. The house is everything you need and was, hands-down, the best stocked property, featuring plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and more. The property management could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Nicely remodeled and centrally located, we will absolutely stay here, again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and the layout worked well for our family. The welcome bag was a nice unexpected touch and access to nice beach towels, chairs, and toys was so convenient. We rented bikes that were waiting for us in the driveway upon arrival and we loved the location of this house- we biked everywhere! To the beach, playground/pool/pickleball courts, dinner, coffee, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

This was a really nice rental. Just like the pictures. Very clean and has everything that you need. The pool was a good size and others staying in the area using the pool were family oriented and pleasant. Good location we were able to bike to the beach, Harbor town, and the salty dog with our family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space for our family of five. The outdoor space and grill were great compared to where we have stayed previously. The hosts were easy to work with and Responsive. Would recommend, we were very satisfied.

This is a beautiful and well furnished house located on a quiet street in the Sea Pines area. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked for a family stay. There is also a community playground and pool within walking distance and there is also easy walking access to a shopping center that houses good restaurants and markets. 5/5 stars and would absolutely stay again.

We love Sea Pines and Greenwood Forest and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in. The home was light and bright and very clean. The newly renovated home and floorplan was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents. The bonus room off of the kids bedroom was great for them and the location is perfect to access the Beach club, Harbor Town, and Sea Pines Center. Great place!

My family and I loved staying here! We can’t wait to come back! Staying in Sea Pines is awesome and this house is in a great location. The house is very comfortable, updated and clean. We were able to easily bike to the beach club for beach access, harbor town, and the pickle ball courts. I would definitely rent bikes for your stay and for the island experience (you get a discount from Peddling Pelican by staying with Host2coast). They provide pool towels (for the neighborhood pool), and there are some games, two things we appreciated. We had a great experience! Definitely staying here again!

The house was great and pretty much as described. Newly renovated and stocked with anything you could need - towels, beach chairs, games, coffee station, etc. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. The house felt airy and beachy with the décor. We were two adults only so had plenty of space - but the house and layout would be great for two families. I also had to work a bit while there and the wi-fi worked well for video calls (as did Netflix, etc. ) The location within Sea Pines was really convenient. It was a short drive (5 minutes) to the beach club, but you could also bike. There is a small pool in walking distance to the house as well. It was quite close to the shopping and restaurants in the community. My mom and I rented bikes for the week and were able to bike on the great trails in the neighborhood, including to Harbour Town and the Marina. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with throughout. They provided a wealth of info about the house and community and Hilton Head island, and we had no issues during our stay. I looked at many of the Sea Pines options when researching our trip and was not quite sure at first since the cost of this house was a little higher - but I do think it was worth it in the end given the extra touches and newly renovated space. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great stay.

This property is great! Clean with nice appliances and and plenty of room for the five of us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for meals. Showers had skylights which were a neat feature. Rented bikes all week and had a 7min ride to the beach on very nice bike trails. Beach club was a bit crowded. Opted to use one of the private beach access in stead. Sea Pines Center is right behind with a couple Great places to eat. Trolley also picks up there. Overall, would definitely stay again!

This was our favorite beach rental! We appreciated the extras that were available, the beach chairs and towels, garbage bags, spices, toiletries, etc. You don’t often have that with other rentals and that made for an ease of stay. We had everything we needed, the house was comfortable and very clean! Kris and Mike were the best hosts we’ve ever had. If we come back to Sea Pines, this is where we’ll stay! What a comfortable place. Spotlessly clean. Easy to get around for older family. Kitchen and appliances was very nicely appointed and very comfortable to just hang out in in the morning over coffee. The modern TVs were very much appreciated and the large family room was great for viewing together. Beds were comfy. My teens loved the bunks and the adjoining back TV room. Overall location was very convenient. We loved the bike rides in general and to and from the beach. Owner was very responsive to a missing carafe for the drip coffee maker. Problem solved by next day. We’d gladly stay there again

The house was very comfortable- felt like home away from home. Everyone’s beds were comfortable! It was enough room for two families (4 adults/4kids). It had all amenities- laundry, large fridge, and fully stocked- TP, towels, linens, dish detergent, etc.. The house also had boogie boards, chairs, etc, that could be used for the beach. It was a centrally located house- literally 1-3 miles to anywhere in Sea Pines- bike rentals are a must!! The community pool was okay- it was in the shade after 3 pm each day. There were usually hardly any people there. The beach was a bike ride away (so we had to load things into our backs- so a bit of a logistical haul). Other than that we appreciated the stay- the hosts are great!

This was our 2nd trip to HHI, and again we chose the Greenwood Forest neighborhood since the location can not be beat. Peaceful and serene, yet close to everything. Hilton Heaven is exactly that! The owners have provided everything you’ll need, so just stop for groceries and rent bikes and you are set. Such a clean and well laid out home! There were only 3 of us this trip, but it would comfortably accommodate many more. The bunk room and attached Carolina room would give kids there own space, and having 2 king masters is wonderful. Look no further!

The house had everything we needed including a very well stocked kitchen for the meals we cooked several evenings and a large table to gather around for dinner. The beds were so comfortable! The short walk to the golf course was perfect for coming and going each day of the tournament. The owners were so very responsive and made the arrival and check out extremely easy. We had a fantastic time at Hilton Heaven. The property is in a quiet location with easy access to everything - shops and restaurants, beach, and bike trails. Inside the home is just as nice as the pictures portray. The layout is great for families to hang out and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone slept great! The owners of this property have thought of everything and made the stay so easy. This was our first visit to Hilton Head. I am really glad I rented bikes in advance. We had them delivered to and picked up from property which I highly recommend. It was really fun for the whole family to bike to and from the beach. Even though my teens all have their drivers licenses, they eagerly hopped on the bikes all week. The house was super clean. We played games, grilled out and enjoyed the many restaurants. There really is something for everyone of all ages.

We had a great stay in this very clean, nicely decorated and equipped house in Sea Pines. The neighborhood is right off the bike trails to easily connect you to the beach, Sea Pines shopping center, South Beach or Harbortown. We loved the back trail to the shopping center right next to a nice-sized neighborhood pool, tennis courts and basketball court. (Morning coffee walks to C'est Bon are a must!) Kitchen is well-quipped which we appreciated as a family who likes to cook some meals on vacation, and has a really nice Weber grill. The owners also have beach towels and beach chairs available for your use. We would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to come back to HHI next year!

We really enjoyed our week in Sea Pines at this property. The house was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Sea Pines is great and we loved the ability to bike around the area. It was about a 7 minute bike ride to the beach which was an enjoyable bike ride for us and our two kids (13 & 16 years old). The pool area in this community was a nice bonus that also includes a basketball hoop, playground, and tennis court. We would definitely stay here again!

What a comfortable place. Spotlessly clean. Easy to get around for older family. Kitchen and appliances was very nicely appointed and very comfortable to just hang out in in the morning over coffee. The modern TVs were very much appreciated and the large family room was great for viewing together. Beds were comfy. My teens loved the bunks and the adjoining back TV room. Overall location was very convenient. We loved the bike rides in general and to and from the beach. Owner was very responsive to a missing carafe for the drip coffee maker. Problem solved by next day. We’d gladly stay there again.

The house is amazing and very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need! Location is perfect! Close to the beach, Harbor Town, South Beach, Sea Pine center. Renting was so easy! Mike and Ken are great hosts! They will answer any question immediately! We highly recommend this house and location! Had the Best vacation ever!!

This was a really nice rental. Just like the pictures. Very clean and has everything that you need. The pool was a good size and others staying in the area using the pool were family oriented and pleasant. Good location we were able to bike to the beach, Harbor town, and the salty dog with our family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space for our family of five. The outdoor space and grill were great compared to where we have stayed previously. The hosts were easy to work with and Responsive. Would recommend, we were very satisfied.

I couldn’t agree more with all of the other 5 star reviews. The house and the amenities provided were top notch. The owners were very responsive to all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated. I have stayed at other rentals on HHI and would definitely recommend this one over the others. We look forward to coming back for another stay!!

First part of our visit to Hilton Head was spent at Sonesta resort and was very refreshing last few days here at Sea Pines. It was easily accessible and very quiet area due to the passes being required to access area of Island. My wife and I rented bikes throughout entire stay and really enjoyed getting around this way. The house was very well equipped and hosts provided great information prior to arrival and throughout stay.

Loved the house and the area. It was our first time to Hilton Head, and we will be back again. The one floor layout was great for my mom who has knee issues, and the bunk (and sun) rooms were loved by the kids. We saw lots of wildlife with deer passing the back patio everyday and baby alligators sunning themselves on the banks of nearby ponds. The bike trails were spectacular and easy access. And, the tennis court and playground were both a quick walk away.

This is a beautiful and well furnished house located on a quiet street in the Sea Pines area. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked for a family stay. There is also a community playground and pool within walking distance and there is also easy walking access to a shopping center that houses good restaurants and markets. 5/5 stars and would absolutely stay again.

Out of the world gorgeous and clean. Perfect set up- plenty of kitchen supplies and gadgets. Bedding/ towels perfect. Home was ample for 5 of us with natural light and lovely backyard. Great walk to park and close to all attractions. Rent a bike and go in town. Will be back. Host is outstanding and went out of her way to welcome us.

We love Sea Pines and Greenwood Forest and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in. The home was light and bright and very clean. The newly renovated home and floorplan was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents. The bonus room off of the kids bedroom was great for them and the location is perfect to access the Beach club, Harbor Town, and Sea Pines Center. Great place!

This house is in Greenwood Forest, which is a nice interior Sea Pines neighborhood. The house is beautiful and has recently been remodeled. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and provided good recommendations including our favorite, Fishcamp restaurant. The house is 1.7 miles from the Sea Pines Beach Club. The only hassle was parking and drop off for beach access within Sea Pines. If you arrive by 7:30 or so, you can stage a car at the club with your gear. After that, gate attendants do not let you drive in, even for a drop off. The have a trolly, but it's not great if you have large umbrellas, etc. We ended up staging a car at the beach club early each morning with our gear, coming back for breakfast and dropping everyone off in the golf course parking lot with the other car afterward. The drop off car would go back to the house and the driver would bike back to the beach. It was actually nice to have a bike at the beach as it's easy to ride on. None of this is any reflection on the place, which was wonderful. Just want you to be aware of beach access within Sea Pines. Access to the public beach at Caligny is pretty easy.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare food for a family. Beds were comfortable, sheets very soft, with plenty of towels and supplies for laundry and dishwasher. Very thoughtful hosts, provided what is needed to be comfortable. Room darkening drapes for the bunk room was an added plus. Hosts were very responsive to questions and to the one small need we had.

Hilton Heaven is one of the most well-equipped rentals we have ever experienced. Everything we needed and more was provided to make our trip easy and restful! The Cognacs were quick to answer questions and meet any needs we had. The neighborhood was peaceful - tennis courts, basketball goal, and pool are so close. Loved riding bikes on the bike path right at the entrance to the neighborhood. I would recommend backpack chairs and biking to the beach if you prefer a quieter location than the beach club in the summer. This is a great family rental!

This was our favorite beach rental! We appreciated the extras that were available, the beach chairs and towels, garbage bags, spices, toiletries, etc. You don’t often have that with other rentals and that made for an ease of stay. We had everything we needed, the house was comfortable and very clean! Kris and Mike were the best hosts we’ve ever had. If we come back to Sea Pines, this is where we’ll stay! This property is great! Clean with nice appliances and and plenty of room for the five of us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for meals. Showers had skylights which were a neat feature. Rented bikes all week and had a 7min ride to the beach on very nice bike trails. Beach club was a bit crowded. Opted to use one of the private beach access in stead. Sea Pines Center is right behind with a couple Great places to eat. Trolley also picks up there. Overall, would definitely stay again!

The house was great and pretty much as described. Newly renovated and stocked with anything you could need - towels, beach chairs, games, coffee station, etc. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. The house felt airy and beachy with the decor. We were two adults only so had plenty of space - but the house and layout would be great for two families. I also had to work a bit while there and the wi-fi worked well for video calls (as did netflix, etc. ) The location within Sea Pines was really convenient. It was a short drive (5 minutes) to the beach club, but you could also bike. There is a small pool in walking distance to the house as well. It was quite close to the shopping and restaurants in the community. My mom and I rented bikes for the week and were able to bike on the great trails in the neighborhood, including to Harbour Town and the Marina. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with throughout. They provided a wealth of info about the house and community and Hilton Head island, and we had no issues during our stay. I looked at many of the Sea Pines options when researching our trip and was not quite sure at first since the cost of this house was a little higher - but I do think it was worth it in the end given the extra touches and newly renovated space. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great stay.
