The unit was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The elevator in the building was down the entire stay which was super unfortunate for unloading and loading. Fortunately, the unit is only on the second floor, so daily steps were no big deal for us. There is a nice view from the balcony and there were a few beach chairs in the unit which were not listed, but a pleasant surprise. The couch is worn out. It needs replaced desperately, but the beds were good and that is mostly what we were inside for was sleeping. I was sent an incorrect code to get in the condo. I called the number with host2coast and they were able to give me the correct door code fairly quickly. The walk to the beach isn't bad, around five minutes but there is a golf cart that makes round trips often if you aren't able to walk that far. I like the Singleton beach area as it is much less busy than Coligny. Overall, we had a great time and everything was clean and comfortable.

Great value. Place was close to the beach. Fully outfitted kitchen , there were even beach chairs and beach towels for us to use. We’d stay here again anytime in Hilton Head.

Fabulous View! This unit was fully stocked with everything you could need! We had a little trouble checking in, but that was quickly remedied! Couch could use a slip cover, but overall, this was an excellent unit!
