My husband and I had a lovely stay! The maintenance was a bit of a noise issue, but we were made aware of this prior to the stay, which we appreciated! The parking was odd also, but that could have been because of the scaffolding and maintenance equipment being scattered throughout the parking area. Otherwise the condo was beyond our expectations. We will certainly recommend this rental to friends and family!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this condo again. Here are my thoughts: Pros: amazing location. It’s maybe 3 min walk to the beach (just through the property). The condo has 2 pools a baby pool. One pool goes up to 4ft and the other goes up to 8ft. They also have a hot tub. The pool side bar is awesome! The pool got busy but never so busy you couldn’t find a chair/lounger. Parking is a little chaotic on “move in/out” days but is otherwise a breeze. On the other side of the property are shops and restaurants. This condo is in a very walkable area. The primary suite has its own balcony and the bed is comfortable. The condo comes with starter laundry & dishwasher pods which is helpful. The property manager responds quickly when you use text. Messaging via the VRBO app can cause a delay in communication. Cons: During our stay the washer broke but they had someone come fix it and also paid to have our laundry sent out which was very nice. The secondary bedroom has 2 beds - both mattresses probably need replaced as they aren’t comfortable and dip in the middle. Perhaps even flipping them would help? The secondary bathroom could use some TLC, the shower caddy was rusty and there were black spots (mold?) above it. There was also a hole in the wall and on the baseboard. In the primary closet, there seemed to be mold growing near the baseboards - I notified the property manager so hopefully it’s fixed before your stay! Overall - a nice condo, just needs some TLC

Great location, access to the beach, comfortable furniture and mattress, well stocked kitchen. Host was very accessible and responsive. The water pressure in the primary bath was weak, and figuring out the remotes for the TV was a challenge (we never did...). Overall, a great condo!

This was a great condo rental. We like being able to hustle up two flights rather than wait for the elevator to a higher unit. The location is great and we walked to lunch and dinner half of the time- which is really why we rent in this complex. The unit itself was super clean and had everything you could need. The new shower was huge and had water pressure that blew the sunscreen right off of your body! We only used one bedroom and the king mattress was perfectly comfortable. All in all, a good trip in a lovely condo. We will be back next year.

As long time HHI visitors, staying down in the Coligny/Forest Beach area was actually new to us. The property location is definately walkable to all kinds of local "touristy" spots. the beach view and proximity to the ocean was our favorite part. Pool Bar Jims is a must see. The unit was a bit dated but overall had everything we needed and was spacious. The beach and area was somewhat crowded, so if you're looking for "privacy and quiet", this unit is probably not for you. Enjoyable stay for my family!

The property is within a few minutes walking distance from everything at Coligny Plaza, which meant there was no need to drive somewhere every day. The master bedroom has its own thermostat, which allowed me to keep it a few degrees colder than the rest of the unit. The only real negative here is that it takes about 10 minutes for the water to get hot.

My husband has been visiting Hilton Head Island since 1978 when there was a swing bridge, one flashing traffic light and that’s about it. Of all our stays, this was one of the best thanks to Host2Coast. Attention to detail, communication and the beautiful space made our vacation amazing. Our condo felt like home for a week, yet with an incredible oceanfront view.
If you want to stay on HHI, and are concerned about who to select as your rental company, you can relax and enjoy every minute of vacation with Host2Coast.

We appreciated the ability to rent for less than a full week in March (but wished we had stayed longer!) The condo was extremely spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms and closet spaces were enormous! The condo was a bit dated decor wise, but extremely clean. The view was outstanding--you can easily see the ocean, pool and beautiful grounds/ponds. Kids enjoyed watching them feed the fish/turtles in the coy pond from the balcony. The Orange themed soaps and touches from Host2Coast were perfectly executed. We'd absolutely rent this unit again.

10/10! This condo is spectacular!! First off, the location is perfect. Right on the beach, ocean views, and a quick walk to 2 very large pools, surrounded by impeccably cared for grounds. One pool is 3ft-4ft all the way through so it is GREAT for kids. There is also a baby pool for the littles. The other pool is as shallow as 3 ft but goes much deeper for older kids/adults. It was lovely to have 2 options and know one was more quiet, and one was more kid friendly. There is a marvelous deck with chairs facing the dunes and ocean. Scenes that will take your breath away! SeaCrest is lucky enough to have Pool Bar Jim's onsite. Amazing drinks and great food makes pool time even easier. Jim is beloved on HHI and it is easy to see why. My kids had their first virgin daquiris and asked if they were in heaven! The condo itself is spotless and comes with everything you could think of. The decor is so thoughtful! My mom and I marveled at all the decorations and extra touches. It was clear to see how much care went into it! My parents slept in the master, and I shared the 2nd bedroom with my 2 young sons. Both bathrooms were very large which isn't common! Water pressure and towels were perfect. I really appreciated the salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, dish/hand soap, laundry and dishwashing detergent. We walked to lunch or dinner and rode the bikes I rented everywhere. The beach was a DREAM! We are long time FL goers, but I promise you we will be back to HHI again next trip! We have been converted.

Wonderful place. Clean and kept very well, right on the beach, and walking distance from an amazing marketplace where you get everything. We loved this property and would highly recommend it for 4-6 people groups.

1205 SeaCrest was everything and more for our family vacation. We appreciated the ability to rent for less than a full week in March (but wished we had stayed longer!) The condo was extremely spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms and closet spaces were enormous! The condo was a bit dated decor wise, but extremely clean. The view was outstanding--you can easily see the ocean, pool and beautiful grounds/ponds. Kids enjoyed watching them feed the fish/turtles in the coy pond from the balcony. The Orange themed soaps and touches from Host2Coast were perfectly executed. We'd absolutely rent this unit again.

10/10! This condo is spectacular!! First off, the location is perfect. Right on the beach, ocean views, and a quick walk to 2 very large pools, surrounded by impeccably cared for grounds. One pool is 3ft-4ft all the way through so it is GREAT for kids. There is also a baby pool for the littles. The other pool is as shallow as 3 ft but goes much deeper for older kids/adults. It was lovely to have 2 options and know one was more quiet, and one was more kid friendly. There is a marvelous deck with chairs facing the dunes and ocean. Scenes that will take your breath away! SeaCrest is lucky enough to have Pool Bar Jim's onsite. Amazing drinks and great food makes pool time even easier. Jim is beloved on HHI and it is easy to see why. My kids had their first virgin daquiris and asked if they were in heaven! The condo itself is spotless and comes with everything you could think of. The decor is so thoughtful! My mom and I marveled at all the decorations and extra touches. It was clear to see how much care went into it! My parents slept in the master, and I shared the 2nd bedroom with my 2 young sons. Both bathrooms were very large which isn't common! Water pressure and towels were perfect. I really appreciated the salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, dish/hand soap, laundry and dishwashing detergent. We walked to lunch or dinner and rode the bikes I rented everywhere. The beach was a DREAM! We are long time FL goers, but I promise you we will be back to HHI again next trip! We have been converted.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Sea Creat Resort. The two pool options with Pool Bar Jim's available made it very convenient to chill out and grab a bit to eat, and enjoy cocktails poolside. The beds were comfortable and the condo provided everything that we needed during our stay. The host was quick to communicate. We will be back to visit Sea Crest in the future.

My husband has been visiting Hilton Head Island since 1978 when there was a swing bridge, one flashing traffic light and that's about it. Of all our stays, this was one of the best thanks to Host2Coast. Attention to detail, communication and the beautiful space made our vacation amazing. Our condo felt like home for a week, yet with an incredible oceanfront view. If you want to stay on HHI, and are concerned about who to select as your rental company, you can relax and enjoy every minute of vacation with Host2Coast.

Close to the beach and places to eat. Get out of your car and you don't have to drive anywhere to get good food. Clean and spacious for your entire family.
