* Sea Pines is a gated community, and all vehicles must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation. If additional passes are needed, please request the exact number in advance so they can be prepared prior to arrival. Each additional pass is $35 and must be picked up at the Host2Coast office before entering Sea Pines.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after booking confirmation. We kindly ask that heating requests are made in advance of your stay. Please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, the pool heater may not function optimally and the desired temperature may not be reached. Refunds are not available in the event the heater cannot maintain temperature due to weather conditions.
