The vacation home was exactly as described. It wax a great house, very clean & had everything we needed for a great week. Host2coast was very easy to work with & answered all our questions.

This home was open, spacious and very practical for our family (2 sr citizens, 4 adults, 2 pre-teens, 1 toddler). The views from inside and outside the house were amazing and the deck was a great place to congregate to watch incoming golfers on the 13th hole, lounge by the pool, eat and swim.Bedrooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable (other than a squeaky master bed which we reported to property manager at checkout). New air fryer, Keurig and regular coffee pot in kitchen and plenty of beach and bath towels. Lots of hooks in the bedrooms and in laundry room to hang wet suits and towels. Beach chairs and some pool toys also available. Minor downside is that the pool is very hard to keep clean bc of the foliage around it. So be prepared to scoop the leaves out regularly. It didn’t stop us from swimming (a pool cover would be ideal). About .25 mile walk/bike to beach access point. Recommend renting bikes. We used Island Life bike rentals but plenty of others around. Baby gear rentals from LowSea Rentals (delivery upon request and 15% off from host). They also do bike rentals but didn’t have e-bikes. Family room could use extra lamp at night (vs bright overhead lights) and the TV is a very old smart TV (recommend bringing a fire stick if you have one). Other than that, VERY happy with our stay and Host2Coast was GREAT to work with. Super responsive in answering emails within 1-2 hours and took care of any issues within 12-24 hrs.

As always, we were extremely happy with the beautiful home, which was close to the beach, had all needed amenities to cook meals and bake and had really comfortable beds. Our week at 14 Port Tack was simply spectacular. We met the owner on our arrival, and he not only helped us get in the front door, he also offered assistance with getting suitcases up the steps! He came back later that day and worked for quite a while to help us get a TV working (after we pushed too many buttons on the remote!). We also had a few "oops" accidents during the week (our fault), and he was incredibly understanding. Now - for the house - it was beyond perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was SPOTLESS, which is so important to us. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you can imagine (we like to cook on vacation). There were so many welcomed extras included with this house - too many to list!! We loved that there were two separate "living" areas, which we used one mostly for a gathering place, and the other for more of a "quiet" place. The furniture and décor was simply gorgeous and the owners have devoted a lot of time and attention to detail to keep it updated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and exchanging hello's with the golfers while we grilled or just sat outside. The hot tub and the pool were very clean, private and enjoyable. We enjoyed the bikes, wagon, and cornhole boards that were in the garage. I could go on and on but will just say that after vacationing at Palmetto Dunes for 20+ years, we were thoroughly impressed with this home and definitely plan to come back! We had a wonderful time. The short walk to the beach was wonderful for all of us. NO steps to navigate which was great for young and old alike. The private pool and hot tub, and the privacy of the back yard was great. Wonderful layout for three families, so many places to separate and have your own space. We loved how close we were to everything, shopping, marinas, bike paths, and gold without leaving your community. Plan to return next year.

This house was a 4 minute walk to the beach and the house itself was ideal for our family of 9! Each family had their own wing so there was plenty of privacy. When we got tired of the beach, we could come back to the house and relax in the pool! Perfection!

This was our first time at HH and it was wonderful. This rental unit has a great location backing up to a green and 5 minutes to the beach. My husband and I rented the unit with our two grown sons and their families. We had six adults and three children under 7 and there was plenty of room to accommodate our needs. The home was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. I would definitely try to rent this unit again the next time we visit HH.

The house was clean and large enough for our family of 8. The property owners were wonderful and responsive. Kids loved the pool and rode bikes to the beach every day. Bike ride to beach took 4 minutes. Fantastic opportunity for family fun!! We will be back

We had a fantastic time at this home! The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer in person. The beach was such a short walk away, and we enjoyed riding our bikes throughout the neighborhood. On the rare occasion we needed something, Mark was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars because 4 stars do not do it justice. The rental company was attentive from the minute that I booked the place all the way through the day of our arrival. Once we arrived, they were still just a simple phone call away if we needed ANYTHING. The house is nice, has two family rooms (perfect for adults and kids), a HUGE kitchen, PLENTY of storage, and even has bikes, a beach wagon, and plenty of beach chairs. It's a five-minute walk to the beach (if that). And, its a quick car ride to the nicest grocery stores on Hilton Head Island (Kroger/Whole Foods) and the liquor store (which has a good wine selection). There's a grill that's easy to use on the porch. The house has a TON of pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils that we usually find lacking in rental properties. Also, it's in the Palmetto Dunes area, which we find to be one of the nicer areas of HHI. The house itself was a great rental property, but I will say a few things that led me to give it 4 stars over 5 stars (I think 5 stars should be HARD to get BTW): - The pool is older, and at some point will need to be resurfaced. it was rough on my kids' feet. Also, one of the steps of the ladder was completely broken, making it harder for my parents to get out of the deep end. Finally, there isn't a railing to enter the pool, which can make it difficult for older folks (my parents are in their 70's) and my youngest son (just turned 2). - There weren't a ton of shutters/blinds/window coverings on the main floor outside of the bedrooms, and because this on the golf course, at times it felt a little less private than we would have liked. - The water pressure was less than desirable in the showers. But the showers themselves were quite nice and spacious. - The fit and finish on everything was good but not great, but this is a rental property, so I didn't expect it to be 5 star worthy. In the end, we would stay here again and hope that maybe they've added window coverings. :-) Enjoy this house on Hilton Head!

We have been discussing the pool with the new owners of the house so it's nice to have a guest's first hand experience to share with them. Fixing the ladder will be a priority for us and is already on our list. Railings are not common in private pools but it is a great suggestion. As far as the window treatments in the downstairs living areas, because the view of the golf course is so spectacular, we didn't want to cover them. All the bedrooms have window treatments but we chose not to treat the living space windows so that the view could be thoroughly enjoyed. We will look into the water pressure issue and again, we appreciate the feedback. Mark and I are very customer service driven so we're thrilled you were happy with your experience in booking with us. The place was fantastic! We as a family were able to get together for the first time in over a year and couldn't have been happier with the house. It was clean, it was large enough to fit us all comfortably and the neighborhoods exclusiveness was perfect for us. We enjoyed walks with our kids, bike rides every day, and it was super close to the beach. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful (as described in VRBO listing) and plenty of room for our family of 9. We spent time at the beach and by the pool. There are floats for the pool and beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach (we added another 6 chairs and an umbrella). Many restaurants in close proximity and a lot of activities for the grand kids.

The house is just as listed. It was spacious and very accommodating to our group of 10. We had a couple questions and they were very fast to respond. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances etc, however there were no pot holders and only two dish towels. The house had plenty of nice towels for the pool. The location is fantastic right off of the golf course. Renting bikes is a must for you can get everywhere on a bike (beach, grocery store, etc.). It is a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. The house has a great location. The house itself is decent. The patio and pool are fantastic! The inside could use a little TLC. The upstairs air conditioning doesn't work very well so the upstairs is very hot. We tried but could not get it cooled very well. The kitchen is well equipped but could use some updating. The can opener is from the 1980's. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Could add some more pool toys in the deck box as everything there was very worn. Thanks, Brandy

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and this was our first time staying in the Palmetto Dunes area. Some of the things we especially loved were the large pool, hot tub, golf course views, and open layout. The walk to be beach was about 5 minutes. We throughly enjoyed our stay. 🌴🌴

We came down for a wedding and the central location on the island was great. Kitchen was big and fully equipped. Beds were comfy. I was disappointed we had to rent beach chairs. $29 a day for 2 with an umbrella. And we needed 6.
Bikes are a great thing to have and they also need to be rented. The 4th br with 2 doubles has to use a bathroom in one of the other bedrooms for showers. Otherwise they can walk downstairs to the powder room toilet.
We all agreed the house worked out really well.

This house was absolutely fantastic for a week away with a large family (plus a baby). The beds were very comfortable - and we are usually quite picky. The backyard pool and hot tub were excellent- we loved shooting baskets in the pool and lying on floats. The house was only a short walk to an immaculate and extremely uncrowded beach- the house supplied us with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas- and even a cart to wheel everything to the beach. We woke up early with our baby and loved seeing the sun rise over the ocean water. Everything in the house was accurately described- very clean- well stocked with kitchen supplies and a Weber outdoor propane grill. We had a magical week- would love to stay again!

View of golf course is awesome and coming up to house when we played the course was very cool. The house met all of our expectations for our stay at HHI. It was clean, well cared for, and in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The pool was larger than we expected, which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the golfers and wildlife. The evening of our arrival my husband noticed that the patio table umbrella was broken. He called the rental company and they delivered a new one the very next morning. I had to call the rental office a couple times prior to our stay and always found them to be professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was everything it said it was. Absolutely a great place to stay. The Palmetto Dunes community is fantastic. We rode bikes everywhere on the island. The beach was a 5 min walk away. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Loved Hilton Head Island. We hope to get back again to play more golf and will definitely try to stay here again.

The property lived up to all the pictures and reviews I found on VRBO. We have been coming to Hilton Head for a few years now and this was our most favorite property. We are six golfers ranging in age from 39 to 65 and utilized every thing the house offered.....pool, hot tub, large dining areas, bikes and beach gear. The expansive kitchen and gas grill allowed us to cook in and save some money and the large sitting area with flat screen TV was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The house was well equipped with bath and beach towels and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be looking to rent this property again.

Everything was great house was great very clean, my only feedback is, the garage door opener did not work very well, had to play with it to get it up and down, and the hot top on and off switch was doing the same, you had to play with it to get it to turn off.

We absolutely LOVED staying here with our family ! Upon entry, the house was spotless and felt very homey. We had a large group with plenty of sleeping/bathroom spaces. Unit is well equipped for large groups with lots of beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc to make the 5 minute walk very easy. It was so fun to be on the 13th green and watch the golfers in the afternoon as we splashed in the pool and hot tub. Palmetto Dunes is a perfect family location with easy grocery/shopping/eating right outside of the resort as it's across from Shelter Cove. My only suggestion would be to bring a beach umbrella as the sun gets really hot on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was fantastic! We as a family were able to get together for the first time in over a year and couldn't have been happier with the house. It was clean, it was large enough to fit us all comfortably and the neighborhoods exclusiveness was perfect for us. We spent a week at 14 Port Tack with our two daughters and their four teenage children and had a wonderful time. The house was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and the location was perfect. The beach a was a quick 4-5 minute walk . The house came with 6 bikes, 6 beach chairs, and a wagon to help easily transport our things to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes on the neighborhood bike paths to the general store and exploring the neighborhood. After a day at the beach, we all came back to the large, private pool. Early mornings were spent drinking coffee and watching the golfers chip and putt on the green behind the house. The owners were available and resolved a few minor issues immediately. We would recommend this property and we hope to return next year.

This was our first time at HH and it was wonderful. This rental unit has a great location backing up to a green and 5 minutes to the beach. My husband and I rented the unit with our two grown sons and their families. We had six adults and three children under 7 and there was plenty of room to accommodate our needs. The home was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. I would definitely try to rent this unit again the next time we visit HH.

We were very blessed that Ron and Karen shared their home with us. This was our second year in this beautiful well kept home with our children and small grandchildren. We couldn't have ask for anything better. The large deck , grill and pool were perfect when we were not at the beach. The beach was close enough that we took the one year olds in a wagon and the 3 and 5 year olds were able to walk. The beach, only a few minutes away was clean, not crowded and spectacular. Our week at 14 Port Tack was simply spectacular. We met the owner, Ron, on our arrival, and he not only helped us get in the front door, he also offered assistance with getting suitcases up the steps! He came back later that day and worked for quite a while to help us get a TV working (after we pushed too many buttons on the remote!). We also had a few "oops" accidents during the week (our fault), and Ron was incredibly understanding. Now - for the house - it was beyond perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was SPOTLESS, which is so important to us. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you can imagine (we like to cook on vacation). There were so many welcomed extras included with this house - too many to list!! We loved that there were two separate "living" areas, which we used one mostly for a gathering place, and the other for more of a "quiet" place. The furniture and décor was simply gorgeous and the owners have devoted a lot of time and attention to detail to keep it updated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and exchanging hello's with the golfers while we grilled or just sat outside. The hot tub and the pool were very clean, private and enjoyable. We enjoyed the bikes, wagon, and cornhole boards that were in the garage. I could go on and on but will just say that after vacationing at Palmetto Dunes for 20+ years, we were thoroughly impressed with this home and definitely plan to come back! We rented this house for our Christmas holiday and it was hands-down the best property we've ever rented! The layout of the house is perfect for a large family (we had 7 people in our party, and it didn't feel crowded at all), and everything was spotless! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of or need - we cooked a full Christmas dinner and enjoyed eating it at the dining room table with beautiful views of the golf course. The beach is truly a five minute walk - we were able to catch wonderful sunrises on two mornings during our vacation. This house has it all! The pictures accurately depict the attention to detail Karen and Ron have put into their home to truly make it feel like a "home away from home" for renters. This is our 2nd time in 3 years staying here. The house is well taken care of, clean, and is in great proximity to the beach (actually IS only a short 5 minute walk to beach!). Kids loved the new furniture and/or bedding in "their rooms." The 8 bikes in the garage were an added bonus this year and something the kids loved to ride to the beach daily; cutting their ride to the beach to minutes. My husband & I just returned from our first 3 night stay @ 14 Port Tack. We were fortunate to meet owners Ron & Karen during Feb. when we rented another home a few doors away. That rental was a mistake (much to our dismay) due to lack of cleanliness & multiple maintenance issues. This is certainly not the case with Ron & Karen's home! They are extremely helpful, accommodating and after staying in their lovely home, we can vouch for the cleanliness and the pride they take in continuous upkeep. The pictures are very accurate, though they really don't capture the true feeling you get when you walk in and see the panoramic views of the golf course and lagoons. We are golfers and enjoy being literally right on the golf course with a birds eye view of the 13th green. We loved this home and location so much we are returning this winter. You will not be disappointed!

We have stayed at several HHI homes in Palmetto Dunes and this was the nicest to date. It was extremely clean and well updated. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area (TV on the deck visible from the pool area) and the golf course views. The beds are comfortable and lots of space for the family to spread out. Our family, along with another family, have been vacationing in HHI together for many years. This beautiful home was set up perfectly for two families. We loved having the two separate living room areas which allowed for the kids and adults to each have space of their own! The kitchen was extremely well equipped with anything you would need. The pool is very large and allowed all of us to enjoy it at the same time along with the jacuzzi outside. The owners were very easy to work with and always responded within minutes to any questions we had pre-booking and even during our stay!! We enjoyed watching the golfers so close to the house. Our family has been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes homes for the last 15 years, and this beautiful home at 14 Port Tack is by far the best one yet. This home was perfect for all of us: grandparents, 3 adult kids, and 2 toddlers. It is set on the scenic 13th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course with gorgeous views of the lagoon, yet only a five minute walk to the beach. The house is not only decorated tastefully, it is clean and well-equipped. The appliances are high-end, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Our family had waffles every morning thanks to the professional grade waffle maker that was provided. There is no need to go out for breakfast. As comfortable as the house was, the outdoors was always calling. We often grilled out for lunch and ate on the deck table and watched the golfers go by. The deck was pristine ( the owners were there power washing it when we arrived), and the pool was large and full of sunshine. Three large umbrellas are supplied for those in need of some shade. And then there was that hot tub, with the flat screen TV. That's a first for us on our vacation! We also thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and wagon that were supplied and kept in the garage. They came in handy to haul the toddler grandkids back and forth to the beach. All of the extra provisions made for a wonderful week in this beautiful home. We felt a little spoiled here, and are already making plans to return here same time next year. Thanks Ron and Karen for a wonderful week and all the attention you give to your renters, especially for mailing my husband's lost beach shoe back to him! We appreciate your kindness!

Another superb golf vacation for six guys was made complete by our lavish housing. The owners maintain this place in immaculate condition; the house is pristine, the pool and hot tub are sparkling, and the large deck overlooks number 13 on the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The two master bedrooms are spacious and brilliantly furnished. The master baths are similarly luxurious. The remaining two bedrooms are also large and airy. The house is so beautiful, that you almost feel guilty for not staying inside more ... but the pool, hot tub, and deck beckon you outside. This year, we grilled an evening meal. The huge kitchen and large grill on the deck made this a snap. If you cook, all the equipment and appliances are top-rate and will please your chef. There is also a small work alcove off the kitchen and a large kitchen table for catching up on email and communicating with the unfortunate souls who are unable to share this paradise with you.

For the third year, we had a great guys golf vacation in this wonderful house. It's always a pleasure dealing with the owners - they are friendly and helpful and respond immediately if something needs to be taken care of. The house has everything - comfort, convenience, amenities, views and room to spread out! The beds are large and comfortable. The convenience of the garage for club storage can't be overstated. The computer desk, the two "master" suites with to-die for showers, the golf course view, beach proximity, ceiling fans everywhere, reclining couches ... the list of things you will appreciate goes on and on. As wonderful as the house is, the deck, pool, and hot tub are so inviting you won't spend much time inside. Between relaxing in the hot tub after a round, sitting on the deck with our favorite beverages watching the golfers, and cooling off in the pool after a beach run or bike ride, we spent most of our time outside. Morning coffee in the hot tub at dawn and evening drinks in the hot tub under the stars are two things you must experience to appreciate fully.

We have just returned from another wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. Our trip was made extra special this year by the decision to rent this home. What a great home!!! The house was very spacious for the 11 of us. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. The flat screen on the deck was an extra bonus. That's what we named our visit to this property! We had stayed in the same place two years ago and loved it. Since then, the owners have made wonderful upgrades and we loved it even more. The house was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. (6 adults and 4 kids). The guys enjoyed watching the golfers from the large deck and the ladies loved the pool. The pool is definitely larger than any pool we have seen from rentals we have stayed in the past which is a PLUS for the kids! We went to the beach a few times as well, only a short 5 minute walk. Night time was spent on the deck or in the hot tub watching TV! Although we used the grill provided almost every night, we did venture over to Shelter Cove one night for dinner/drinks and fireworks. The owners worked with us every step of the way and made our arrival and departure easy. (even answering a couple of texts and phone calls with questions we had). We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

We cannot say enough about the hospitality of Karen and Ron and their immaculate, well equipped and well furnished home in the sought after Mariner section of Palmetto Dunes. We have been travelling to Hilton Head for over 12 years, and have stayed in a variety of accommodations, most of which have adequately met our needs. This property however well exceeded our expectations. The pictures certainly don't do it justice! It is ideally located, minutes from the beach, with a larger than usual private pool and deck, and a fantastic view of the 13th hole of Robert Trent Jones. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the beach, since it is further north of the hotel traffic, is wider and quieter, even though we were there during one of the busiest weeks of the Summer. The full range of our families needs were well satisfied (from grandparents to teenagers). Bonuses included bikes and beach and pool equipment, including chairs, TVs everywhere (so we could keep up with Wimbledon) and working WiFi. We will DEFINITELY be rebooking next year. It was delightful to be able to meet and chat with Ron and Karen and their son. We truly felt like guests treated like VIPs! Well worth the money spent!

We highly recommend this property for your next vacation. From the beginning, the owners were so easy to work with and were always happy to answer all of my questions. I was very nervous since I had never been to Hilton Head before. The house was beautiful with all the upgrades you could want. I love the shower on the outside of the home that you can wash off the beach sand before you dip into the pool. We are not golfers, but had a grea time watching the golfers on the course. Man, do people take golf seriously! The house was very spacious and was plenty of room for all eight of us that went! The beach was only about a 7 minute walk. This beach was so amazing with it's white sand and warm waters! The house had about seven bikes we could choose from to go on bike rides. If I had to pick a negitive, I could not figure out how to work the outside tv that was mounted above the hot tub, but in all honesty, it was probably user error :) I definitly recommend this house and these renters to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation!

This was our second time renting this gorgeous home, and it will not be our last. We visit every year with family and friends and have stayed in many beautiful homes, however we always come back to this particular home. The property is very well maintained, clean, and has everything you could want or need in a vacation home. The pool and deck area get sun all day long, while still providing a very serine atmosphere. It also has spectacular views of the golf course from inside the home and out. You are just just a short walk to the beach, or a very quick bike ride. We enjoy riding the bikes down to the beach and then on the golf course at night, so for us it is a perfect location. The owners are extremely accommodating and truly care about the renters experience in their home. Although we have never had any issues while renting this beautiful home, Ron and Karen have always been extremely helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns. We would recommend this property and location to anyone seeking a wonderful vacation in a luxurious rental... you will not be disappointed!

It was great to have a full master on the first floor for them and another just as great on the second level for us...we usually get the second best room bcs they have difficulty w/stairs. Our second golf vacation in this wonderful home was just as great as the first. We left behind the cold and rain and snow of Iowa to bask in the warm breezes and gentle sunshine on the deck of this fabulous house. Once again we found the house spotless and well maintained. A slight hiccup in the pool and hot tub maintenence was immediately taken care of by the owners and did not diminish our stay in the least. The comfortable reclining couches and lounger were perfect for watching the exciting Masters conclusion this year. Just a great place to stay for a golf vaction!

Our family just returned from our first time in Hilton Head for spring break and we definitely would recommend this home as a rental. The layout inside is so functional and comfortable...great kitchen, master, family room, and storage garage. The outside patio is also a great layout. My sons and I had great times watching golfers golf and ospreys fish while sitting in the hot tub. The home is located in a quiet, private area that is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Also important, the owners were very easy to communicate and work with. Overall we had a great experience!

Your home was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head. We loved the access to TV's in all the different areas. The pool and hot tub was really nice and very clean. The interior of the home was tastefully decorated. My husband enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. I loved all the amenities in the master bedroom suite. My family (including 8 adults, 3 children) enjoyed staying in this beautiful home during our one-week stay in Hilton Head. The house is beautiful inside and out, with a great view of the scenic golf course. The house is clean, up-to-date, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We all had plenty of space to spread out or be together. We LOVED the pool, hot tub, and deck area. The beach is only a 8-10 minute walk or short bike ride away. Perfect space for us! Would definitely reccomend! The only negative was that the home is located very close to a lift station, so there was occassionally a foul smell in the air. This was not constant, and was only noticeable during certain times of the day in front of the house. We never smelled it around the pool. So thankful for a wonderful vacation!

This place is simply amazing! It had everything that our family and friends could have possibly wanted in a vacation home. The pool/jaccuzi was great and there is an outdoor flat screen tv;) You can be at the beach in 3 minutes. All the appliance are brand new and the house had been freshly painted and updated. This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It is very clean and well maintained. The wonderful kitchen is well equipped . . . loved the spigot above stovetop to fill large pots for shrimp boils! Bedrooms are roomy and showers are spa-like. Enjoyed much time on deck and in pool and hot tub. Very easy walk to beach even for grandchildren. Great views of golf course. Owners very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! We have stayed in Hilton Head numerous times and have also owned homes in Palmetto Dunes. 14 Port Tack has be completely renovated and is absolutely the perfect vacation home. The pool is private and the golf course views are stunning. The kitchen may be the best equipped of any home that we've rented anywhere. The walk to the beach is 1/4 of a mile (5 minutes). We plan on renting this home again next summer. The owners are great and truly care about making sure the house is in perfect condition allowing their renters to enjoy their time on Hilton Head.

I have to agree with the previous comments, pictures just do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful. The views of the golf course each morning and the location of the house has it all. We honestly did not need to leave once we got there. It is a mini resort just waiting for you. The pool was very clean as with the hot tub. I can't say enough about this house. It exceeded our expectations and we will for sure be back next year.

We had such a great time at your beautiful house. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub were awesome! We had our 6 month old with us so it was so nice to be able to relax by the pool while she was napping. My husband loved the TV out by the hot tub-he made a comment that he could watch sports in every room in the house. We would definitely come back to this house for another vacation. Thank you!

The conversation when we first entered this house went something like this. "Pictures don't do this house justice". "We're never leaving!" I said, "You know boys, my wife thinks she is the Queen of the World for finding this place for us." They said, "SHE IS!!". You won't find a better place to stay for a golf vacation on Hilton Head. This house has everything - comfort, convenience, amenities, views and room to spread out! The beds are large and comfortable. The kitchen almost tempted us to cook a meal (ok, not really ... 5 guys on an island full of good restaurants - we are not going to cook!) The convenience of the garage for club storage can't be overstated. The computer desk, the two "master" suites with to-die for showers, the golf course view, beach proximity, ceiling fans everywhere ... the list of things you will appreciate goes on and on. As wonderful as the house is, the deck, pool, and hot tub are so inviting you won't spend much time inside. Between relaxing in the hot tub after a round, sitting on the deck with our favorite beverages watching the golfers, and cooling off in the pool after a beach run or bike ride, we spent most of our time outside. Morning coffee in the hot tub at dawn and evening drinks in the hot tub under the stars are two things you must experience to appreciate fully. I'd definitely recommend this property for golf vacations.

It was a sad day when we had to leave after spending five weeks in this beautiful house. The pictures are wonderful but do not do it justice. The golf course setting is perfect, and it is just a short walk to the beach. This was, by far, the cleanest house we have ever rented, and it had every thing we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Before we arrived I asked the owner if there was a crockpot in the house. There wasn't, but he made sure to get one before we arrived. It was so easy to deal with him before and during our stay. We absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a perfect house, and we look forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed our time at Port Tack. House had nice layout for large family and great location. Some issues - the pool was never cleaned during stay (and got quite dirty with landscaping coming thru), the hot tub jets didn't work and we had a bit of runaround on where to get the parking passes prior to trip. Overall, pleasant stay.

Absolutely and will probably go back again.<br/>What activities, attractions and restaurants did you enjoy? We hit Hudson&#x2019;s and totally recommend, but go super early.<br/>Did you have a good overall stay? Stay was amazing and the perfect COVID getaway.<br/>Was the vacation rental in a great location? Location was ideal, the best of all worlds. Close to the beach, right on the 13th hole for some golf enjoyment, easy in and out of the neighborhood, nice open views instead of being surrounded by trees.<br/>Was the home clean and in good shape? Home and grounds were in good shape, no complaints.<br/>Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Super helpful and quick to respond. Management dropped a tank off within 30 minutes of calling.<br/><br/>So, overall amazing property with tons to offer. Totally family friendly and much for all to do. Check in and out was super easy, the house was stocked with beach supplies and towels and was pristinely clean. The property lived up to all the pictures and reviews I found on VRBO. We have been coming to Hilton Head for a few years now and this was our most favorite property. We are six golfers ranging in age from 39 to 65 and utilized every thing the house offered.....pool, hot tub, large dining areas, bikes and beach gear. The expansive kitchen and gas grill allowed us to cook in and save some money and the large sitting area with flat screen TV was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The house was well equipped with bath and beach towels and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be looking to rent this property again.

This was our 2nd time renting this house. Owners changed hands right before our first stay but it didn't negatively impact our vacation. If anything the house was in better condition the first time than this one. Upon arrival, the house was not as clean and well kept as it should have been. The pool was green and clearly hadn't been properly maintained. That said, the management company was terrific in responding to our calls and resolving all issues. Overall, we love the location and amenities that the house has to offer and would stay here again!

Your home is awesome! The layout is perfect and quiet with multiple families. The pool is a definite bonus and a favorite of my grandchildren. And, the golf course activity was fun to watch. First family vacation with grandchildren ages 10 to 3, and hopefully not the last! Everything was great house was great very clean, my only feedback is, the garage door opener did not work very well, had to play with it to get it up and down, and the hot top on and off switch was doing the same, you had to play with it to get it to turn off.

The house met all of our expectations for our stay at HHI. It was clean, well cared for, and in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The pool was larger than we expected, which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the golfers and wildlife. The evening of our arrival my husband noticed that the patio table umbrella was broken. He called the rental company and they delivered a new one the very next morning. I had to call the rental office a couple times prior to our stay and always found them to be professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!Date of arrival - May 28, 2022

This property was everything it said it was. Absolutely a great place to stay. The Palmetto Dunes community is fantastic. We rode bikes everywhere on the island. The beach was a 5 min walk away. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Loved Hilton Head Island. Absolutely the very best location. Golf course views. Beach access nearby. Not crowded with bike traffic or car traffic. Superb area for biking and exploring. Saw deer multiple times. We had such a great week in this unit. It was spotless upon entry and had plenty of space for our group of 8. Well stocked kitchen and garage had a lot of beach bikes, chairs, sand toys, and a wagon making the 5 minute walk to the beach very easy. Only suggestion would be to bring a beach umbrella as the sun gets very hot. We will definitely stay again! Great location to grocery/shopping/restaurants as well with Shelter Cove across from the resort. Be sure to check out Poseidon's and Giuseppis Pizza for dinners out!
