This condo unit is perfectly located on Hilton Head Island! It is steps from the beach, across from Coligny with multiple shops and restaurants (and a grocery), has it's own pool bar/restaurant (one of the only places like that in Hilton Head), two pools, and is ocean side. My only suggestion doesn't have to do with the unit - it is that the building needs new luggage carts! You cannot steer them with luggage loaded on them - it is like steering through concrete. As we were returning our cart, a gentleman asked if he could use it - we told him our situation and he said the one he had just discarded was the same. Overall, great place where we would stay again!

Our family was forced to find a last minute condo after issues with another facility . Not only was 1405 secret gorgeous but it offered an amazing location on the island as well as great amenities . We look forward to booking again asap!

My husband, daughter and I have stayed at SeaCrest on five occasions and always enjoy the property due it's easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The condos we have chosen are always nice, and this unit did not disappoint. It is not as updated as some, but it is well kept and maintained with beautiful decor. The colors were warm and inviting and unit is clean. We loved the bedroom layout with the seating area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the only feedback is they could use some additional glassware, and I am used to having lotion, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash provided, so bring those with you. But they did provide extra items in the kitchen that other units do not provide like pam cooking spray, foil, and salt and pepper, and they had nicer gifts for us as guests, in my opinion. The communication with us throughout was awesome, checking in during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens and bath towels were very white and clean, just like I like them. I would definitely stay at this unit again. It was a positive experience. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time coming to HHI. This is by far the best experience. Internet and cable worked. Washer and dryer functioned properly. The views were beautiful from our condo. We did a lot of cooking and most cookware was present. I only wish they had cookie sheets and 2 or 4 quart cooking pans. They have one pool that goes to 7-8 feet and another that goes to about 4 feet, great for adults who want to cool off and drink. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. With two kids it didn’t feel like a chore to go to the beach and load back up again. Walking distance to the Coligny Beach shopping. So you are right in the action and accessible to everything. We plan to come back again next year and stay at SeaCrest.

Love staying in the condo at 1405 SeaCrest. It was clean, great location with superior views of the beach, short walking distance to the pools and ocean, great parking under the building to keep your vehicle out of the weather and cooler, and a very pretty, comfortable interior. It is also a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. Plus it was managed extremely well. From the initial contact upon renting to checking out, host2coast is providing valuable information to make sure your vacation experience is grand! This has been the best property management team I have worked with and hope they handle my next rental. Thank you host2coast!

The view of the ocean is perfect through the many windows and glass door. The Villa has everything you could need...very well-equipped. It was great to have a full-sized washer and dryer. We decided to stay closer to Coligny, and this was the ultimate spot! The property is beautiful and the condo is spacious and clean with all the amenities. Host2Coast made everything easy. We never needed anything. But if we did, we felt confident in reaching them. Their office is just a few blocks away. I recommend trying the on-site restaurant, Pool Bar Jim's. Great food and awesome drinks! We will be back!

The family spent the 4th of July week at this beautiful property. It was very clean, had all we needed to be comfortable. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. My teen girls met plenty of friends there. Pool Bar Jim’s was on site with a great drink called the ‘Lava Flow’ (yum). We are already talking about our next trip there.

Everything met my expectations except the door on the main patio was broken. This hindered me from enjoying view outside that I paid for. I was told part has been ordered to fix but unfortunately was not in yet. Very disappointing but other than that everything was great.

This was our first time in HHI and it was amazing. The condo offers two pools, pool bar, and quick access to a beautiful beach. On the other side, there are lots of shops and restaurants right in the heart of downtown. The condo was clean and beautiful and the property managers were helpful with questions we had a check in. Will definitely be coming back.

I cannot say enough good things about the condition of the condo and its location to the beach and other amenities, as well as easy shopping and eating across the street. We took advantage of using Lowcountry Grocer to deliver our items before our arrival, which was perfect. Host2Coast communicated quickly to any question raised, and Jackson was so hospitable in making sure we had what we needed prior to the arrival and during our stay. The condo has a magnificent view of the ponds, pool and ocean. The two balconies afford excellent views and privacy. The condo was immaculately clean, and you immediately felt at home. I highly recommend staying here, and I hope our family can return.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The location is great, and the grounds were well maintained. Great beach access and nice bar/grill on site. The only disappointment was that we did not have an ocean view or patio/ deck. My bad though…should have asked.

My husband and I just spent a week in Villa 1405 at Seacrest. I can’t say enough about how lovely and clean it was. The view of the ocean is perfect through the many windows and glass door. The Villa has everything you could need...very well-equipped. It was great to have a full-sized washer and dryer. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. Everything was super clean and fresh. The Host 2 Coast staff are friendly and very helpful. We are already booked for next year!

My wife and I came to Hilton Head in January to escape the cold. The property was everything we wanted, great views, comfortable bedroom and living room and a good place to continue our remote work. Everything for fun, convenience, shopping, restaurants and waves are right there. The condo felt like home with comfy beds, nice kitchen and large awesome bathrooms. All furnishings, linens, kitchenware, appliances, smart TVs, etc were perfect to feel at home for extended time. The wifi is strong so all video conference calls and other remote work needs were seamless.

This condo is PERFECT! It's immaculately clean and updated and literally steps from the beach. The bathrooms and closets are so large and the living area is quite spacious. We loved everything about this place - the size of the condo, the ocean views, steps away from the sand, close to restaurants and shops. We already plan to return!

The condo was perfect. Perfect location on the beach (great view from the unit), short walk or drive to lots of nearby restaurants and shopping right next to Coligny Plaza) and easy drives to almost everywhere. Everything we could have wanted and more! The owners of this property have thought of everything! Loved that there was a Kuerig and a regular coffee maker, beach chairs, towels, etc. The property itself was wonderful w the pool, pool side bar/restaurant and the beach. We had an excellent stay! The villa was exactly as listed. We were very happy with the space which easily fit my family of six. The beach was minutes away. We literally walked out of the building past the coy ponds past the pools to the beach entrance. Very easy!

Everything was exactly as pictured from the view to the amenities in the condo. Very clean. Nice location next to beach, shopping and dining. We came to Hilton Head looking at the area as a possible place for retirement. This is a very busy tourist area and would not want to live here full time especially during the summer. Great things: Beautiful view, location to amenities for convenience, full size washer and dryer, comfortable beds, large closets, huge bathtub for soaking, plenty of hot water, gift basket and bathroom toiletries. Less Great things: Busy, busy busy especially during the weekends; small balconies in the morning sun, wearing a sticker bracelet to get into the pool. Wonderfully updated, comfortable condo. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in the area.During this stay the property was under previous owner or management.

Steps to the beach, pools were great but only one heated enough that the kids would swim in it. The other stayed empty most of the week. Pool bar Jim’s is amazing. Great drinks and food right next to the pool. Beach was beautiful. Foot wash before you come back into the property which was great for feet and sand toys. Condo had everything we needed including pool towels for all 6 of us. When at the pool you MUST wear sandals. Deck is wearing down and we pulled out many splinters this week and a deck screw from our kids feet. Other than that the stay was perfect. Beds were soooo comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The condo is exactly as listed and would stay again.

We had a great stay at this condo. The size was perfect for our family of four to spread out, and the two full bathrooms were really nice. The location of this place could not get any better: Right on the beach and shops and restaurants right outside the building. The pools are great and we enjoyed Pool Bar Jim's for drinks as well.
Check-in and communication was super easy through an app that they have. All of the door codes and other information were in there, so the entire process was super easy.
This was our first stay at Hilton Head, but we will be back and would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The condo is tastefully decorated. Having two swimming pools with a snack bar is a big plus. The location is ideal if you want to be near Cologne shopping because it’s right across the street. It’s a busy area with some noise. The grounds with the lagoons were beautiful. We enjoyed the fish and turtles living there. My only issues were, in my opinion, the unit needed and extra armchair for seating and the AC unit is really pretty loud.

Steps to the beach, pools were great but only one heated enough that the kids would swim in it. The other stayed empty most of the week. Pool bar Jim's is amazing. Great drinks and food right next to the pool. Beach was beautiful. Foot wash before you come back into the property which was great for feet and sand toys. Condo had everything we needed including pool towels for all 6 of us. When at the pool you MUST wear sandals. Deck is wearing down and we pulled out many splinters this week and a deck screw from our kids feet. Other than that the stay was perfect. Beds were soooo comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The condo is exactly as listed and would stay again.

Jamie, 1405 SeaCrest is definitely a lovely villa in a great location! Hope you were able to walk across the street to some of the shops at Coligny. Sorry to hear the kids had issues with splinters from the deck. We will certainly bring that to the attention of the management who handle such maintenance. We really enjoyed our time at Seacrest Villa due to a short walking distance to the beach, local shops, and Villa's own Pool Bar Jim's!! We are definitely looking forward to come back hopefully next summer.

Location cannot be beat. We parked on arrival and didn't need to use the car until we departed vacay. Everything for fun, convenience, shopping, restaurants and waves are right there. The condo felt like home with comfy beds, nice kitchen and large awesome bathrooms. All furnishings, linens, kitchenware, appliances, smart TVs, etc were perfect to feel at home for extended time. The wifi is strong so all video conference calls and other remote work needs were seamless.

We had a blast! Hilton Head is beautiful, and this condo's location was perfect! We enjoyed the beach, pool and were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The family spent the 4th of July week at this beautiful property. It was very clean, had all we needed to be comfortable. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. My teen girls met plenty of friends there. Pool Bar Jim's was on site with a great drink called the ‘Lava Flow' (yum). We are already talking about our next trip there.Date of arrival - July 3, 2022

We have been coming to HHI for the past 15 years. Unfortunately, our original villa sold. We decided to stay closer to Coligny, and this was the ultimate spot! The property is beautiful and the condo is spacious and clean with all the amenities. Host2Coast made everything easy. We never needed anything. But if we did, we felt confident in reaching them. Their office is just a few blocks away. I recommend trying the on-site restaurant, Pool Bar Jim's. Great food and awesome drinks! We will be back!

We rented a very nice two-bedroom unit. The location was great, right on the beach in the middle of the island north to south. The view from our 4th floor unit was super, overlooking the beach, pools, and water features in the landscaped areas. The beach wasn't crowded and was very clean. We enjoyed the live music at Big Bamboo across the street. We had a wonderful time and hope to return. Thank you!

This property was fantastic with great accommodations. The communication throughout the process and the stay was great! This is the third time we've stayed at Seacrest as it's the perfect location to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer.

This was our second time coming to HHI. This is by far the best experience. Internet and cable worked. Washer and dryer functioned properly. The views were beautiful from our condo. We did a lot of cooking and most cookware was present. I only wish they had cookie sheets and 2 or 4 quart cooking pans. They have one pool that goes to 7-8 feet and another that goes to about 4 feet, great for adults who want to cool off and drink. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. With two kids it didn't feel like a chore to go to the beach and load back up again. Walking distance to the Coligny Beach shopping. So you are right in the action and accessible to everything. We plan to come back again next year and stay at SeaCrest.
