Easy check in and out. Great location, easy access to beach and pool. Property well maintained and clean! Appreciate the full size dish and hand soaps in bathrooms, ample beach towels. We rented beach stuff from South Beach Racquet Club which is walkable and has great pickleball! Kids loved trolley (runs every 30 min to Harbor Town) and Salty Dog Cafe for ice cream. Note - beach umbrella in bin is very broken but not big deal.

That space was my 31-year-old daughter's "bedroom," and she loved it. Unlike some places I've stayed at, there were plenty of blankets to keep us comfortable. All four bathrooms were also gorgeous and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, glasses, etc. to "eat in" if you are so inclined. The place was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Checking in was easy and went smoothly. The views from the balcony at sunset are stunning.

Hard to decide what we liked better: The very short walk to the beach, the view of the water from the balcony, or the super clean conditions of the villa. Our family (eight adults and two 1-year-olds) loved how close we were to the beach, especially when you consider all of the extras that accompany any trip with little ones. If you felt like a stroll along the shore, you just walked out the door and 30 yards later, you were catching glimpses of dolphins. We loved the cleanliness of the villa, as well as the soft bathroom towels, the available beach towels and chairs, the patio deck with new BBQ, and that relaxing view from the balcony. Since there are three main floors to this unit, plan to bring some gates or other obstacles if you have toddlers. The two upstairs bedrooms are large enough for portable cribs, but not the bedroom behind the kitchen: that room contains two Queen beds. We used the Murphy bed on the bottom floor and it worked out well. There’s not a great amount of privacy in that room since it’s the main way to get to the beach and patio deck. But the room has its own bathroom so it worked well for us. The villa was just a 5-minute walk to pickleball courts and the Salty Dog restaurant and shops. This is the far end of the island, and it seems a bit quieter than other areas. But you are about 15 minutes or more from a grocery store, so it’s not a quick trip for that gallon of milk. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back to HHI.

What a fantastic property. Perfect location..perfect. Modern and spacious. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Large tv’s throughout. We brought our fire stick for the kids and they enjoyed that. We loved the location right on the beach ! Lots of dolphins swimming by , gorgeous sunsets , immaculate condition , so nice ! Our guests enjoyed two separate living areas , bathrooms for every bedroom and five big screen TV’s, to enjoy . Also the kitchen is well equipped and spotless . Two minute walk to the world famous Salty Dog Marina , restaurants , convenience store and gift shops too . You can take a sunset dolphin cruise from there and rent a variety of water sports equipment ( (kayaks , pontoon boats ,etc , even charter a boat and go deep sea fishing . Highly recommend , we will come again .

This was a beautiful home in a nice quiet area way back in Sea Pines. It did take some time to get out of the development but as a result it was far less busy. Easy walking distance to a local restaurant and some shops were a nice bonus. The property is well maintained and did not have any signs of a rental unit. You can see the unit is well cared for. The layout was spectacular and the lower level room was a family favorite for watching movies and playing games in the evening. The beach is steps from the back door and we spent plenty of time on the sparsely populated beach. All in all we would stay here again and recommend this property.

This condo was beautiful and practical. We were a family of 10 and fit very comfortably. The beach was right out the back door and Salty Dog was a short walk across the parking lot and street. We had everything we needed and everything was very clean. We walked across the street to rent bikes and enjoyed all the bike trails in Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is divided between 3 floors which provided plenty of space for adults and kids. A very nice location for a family vaca. Right on the beach and within steps to the pool. The town home had everything that was needed for all ages and the kitchen was well stocked. Because of Covid, we cooked most meals and had take out, which was excellent. The kids enjoyed the games that were there. Overall perfect for the grown ups and grands!

My family and I booked this trip to get away after having cabin fever. We were a bit apprehensive about crowds and having our space. This property was amazing from this standpoint. Beach was only steps away and perfect for the kids to swim, build sandcastles, play football, etc. and there was no crowding whatsoever. The property was probably the cleanest we have ever seen and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms aplenty, and rooms had privacy. Having coffee on the deck watching the water and having deer come right in front of the property was great. It was nice preparing several cooked meals in the kitchen but having The Salty Dog within easy walking distance was a bonus. We enjoyed using the beach chairs as it cut down on our clutter to bring. Also note that beach towels are provided (in description and reviews we weren't sure so brought our own). We loved the rental and will be back. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at the property with our two young sons (5 and 3) and my in-laws. There was more than enough space for the six of us to be extremely comfortable. The beach and the pool are SO close. We saw tons of wildlife through out the week too which the kiddos loved - deer in the backyard each night and morning plus a hawk, dolphin, crabs etc. at the beach. Very short walk to Salty Dog and other restaurants, plus a trolley stop to ride around the island. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved the view, the location, and the indoor space. It definitely lived up to our expectations! The beach at the sound is lovely (though very small at high tide, it grows six-fold at low tide). We were thankful for the six beach chairs and three boogie boards which we used at the sound and at Alder Lane Beach. We loved having the beautiful pool so close. It was also fun to be able to walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and to South Beach Rentals. We made several meals in the villa, so we were thankful for the equipped kitchen and a table with enough chairs for all of us. Hilton Head Island has such a beautiful, natural setting, and should we return, we would definitely choose this property and use Turnkey again.

Our group loved our time in this property! It was great for a group as there were a lot of places for individuals, couples and families to have time away or alone, but also great communal spaces for everyone to gather, too. We especially loved gathering around the kitchen table and the couch area, and loved the back porch for the water views and the sunsets. And, the kitchen was one of the most well-stocked of many HHI properties we have stayed at over the years in terms of cookware and serving ware. The basement bedroom and mudroom hallway was great for a family with children, as it allowed fast beach access in early morning hours without disturbing the rest of the family upstairs. The Beach Club is the nearest public access beach on the Atlantic side, and while it requires a bit of early morning logistics with dropping off a car ahead of members at the Club with beach supplies (tents, chairs, umbrellas), the rest of the group can come/go as they please via the HHI trolleys during the day from there. We'd recommend a cheat sheet or tips somewhere in the booking info or at the unit, to help with ideas of how to make that process the easiest if a guest prefers the Atlantic coast side with waves and the Club. There are three parking spots with the rental, but you can also put a fourth car in the driveway if your cars are small- to mid-sized. Beds were comfortable; we'd recommend bringing an extra pillow or two as the unit has just enough for beds and not any extras for kids/air beds (especially in the basement where there is room for both a pack-n-play and a child's air bed, which is great!). The bottom back porch was also great for casual outdoor dining, and for hosing off beach gear at the end of the day. The beach behind the unit is quiet and lovely; a great change of pace for a quiet day near the home. The currents are quick, so definitely pay attention to the signage of "enter at your own risk" if you have smaller kids or adults who are not as strong swimmers. All in all, we really enjoyed this spot and would recommend it to others!

This was a well-maintained property with a gorgeous view, steps from the beach. Great layout for large family groups like ours. Very comfortable with nice furniture and very appealing. decor We had an issue with fans not working as soon as got there but we think it was due to an electrical storm that came thru. The issue was resolved immediately the next day by the Turnkey staff! The only other negative is that the toaster in the kitchen needs replacing...it doesn't work right...all in all, a terrific location with nice amenities. We are fussy renters and like nice properties, this one is a "10"! The Harrisons

Wonderful location right on the beach, beautiful townhouse with plenty of beds and adjoining bathrooms. This place is beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with amenities. We travel to Sea Pines every year for a Thanksgiving celebration with family. This year was our first in this gorgeous villa, right on the beach and across the street from the Salty Dog (South Beach), but I can tell you it will definitely not be the last! It is beautifully furnished, and has a very well equipped kitchen. The unit is very well laid out, with the view from the master bedroom overlooking the beach, and a very spacious lower level that opens out onto a great patio with a grassy area adjoining the beach. There is a private community pool which we didn't get to use in the fall, but it is very nice and easily accessible. The balcony on the second level gets awesome afternoon sun, is great for watching the dolphins play and feed every day, and enjoying a cocktail at sunset. Each room has a large screen tv, so everyone can be happy! This villa was super clean, has a garage to keep our bikes and beach chairs, and the location is so convenient to all we love about the area. I can't say enough about it!
