Fantastic location!! Super close to beach, bars, restaurants, and grocery store. Very responsive host. We didn’t have any issues on-site but he was great during lead-up and provided lots of info. He even let us check-in early. The complex pool is very sunny and great if you don’t feel like dealing with the sand. Everything about the unit was as pictured.

We are locals who needed a place to stay for a few weeks while a leak in our kitchen got fixed. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. The condo is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The location is amazing with restaurants, beach, activities and grocery store all within a five minute walk. Would highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend. The home is very spacious for all of us. All beds were comfortable. Great location for church, shopping, beach, and bike rentals. Easy check in / out. We are very pleased with this rental. Definitely would rent again.

We have a great time at the property. Very clean, nice pool just outside our condo, 1/2 mile walk to beach. Spacious, great and easy contact with owner when needed. We will stay here again. Very nice place and close walk to shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the property. 10 min or less super easy walk to the beach, plenty of room, comfy beds, easy communication and check-in, priced very competitively. Located next to Coligny shopping. The beach is very well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a place you don’t need a rental car this is your place. It had plenty of room for us all and you could walk to grocery, bars, restaurants, the beach, and anything else you’d need. Owner was easy to work with. There’s specific instructions for check out which is helpful when using someone else’s property. Pool and grill were great for our first day after traveling all day. I’d recommend calling the local cab company instead of Uber. Cab company was half the cost every time.

Awesome location, beach, park, bike path, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. A+ The 3 story unit was large to accommodate our family of 10. Very comfortable bedding . Kitchen well appointed and open .Great patio and pool. Living room furniture very clean with enough seating for the family. Large TV with cable in several rooms. OVerall a great place for a family to enjoy what HHI has to offer. A+

The easy of getting in was fantastic. The location we loved , close to Coligny Shipping Area and Beach 🏖! The 3 story condo is as spacious for 9 and age ranged from 1 year old to 56.

My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and an awesome pool is just steps out the back. There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. Mario is quick to respond if you have a question and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacays.

We had a great time in HH. The Villa was perfect for our family. Most of it was very comfortable. We were happy to be so close to all the shops and stores at Coligny. I would rent this Villa again if we make it back to HH in 2021.

The location of this townhome was awesome. We loved being within walking distance from Coligny Plaza as well the beach (and Bi-Lo!!). It is awesome not having to use your car and just being able to walk everywhere you need to. The interior was very clean and inviting. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The villa was clean and well appointed. Having 2 king bedrooms was a plus. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Savannah.

This condo accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location to the beach, to shops, to restaurants was perfect. We parked the car and walked to most places. The pool area was literally out the back door. We had a wonderful time and plan on going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This townhouse is conveniently located and was very comfortable and furnished nicely. Only a 5 minute walk to/from the beach. With Coligny Plaza restaurants and stores only a 2-minute walk we rarely used our car. The pool is nice and we were in it each evening after a busy day at the ocean.The owner is extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!

Our family just spent a fantastic long weekend together in this great villa. Everything is within walking distance so just park your car. Restaurants, grocery store (best steamed shrimp), ice cream shops, candy stores, movie theater, "THE BEACH", and all kinds of other stores are within a couple minutes walk. (check out Coligny Plaza's website) What is a must is staying at a place that is comfortable, clean and the property manager giving helpful information. Plus getting a very quick response to questions is very important. Thank you......

The location could not be better. Short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. House also backs out to the complex's pool which is also great. House is nicely furnished and has all the necessities. The property manager is great to deal with too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had 5 guys for a 3-day golf trip. Was perfect location for what we liked to do. Golf all and get to Frosty Frogs for the evening. Each guy had a bed and plenty of space for themselves. There are 4 rooms. We didn't hit the pool but it was a nice one. The owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Gets back to you quickly with detailed info. The place was clean and just what we needed to make our quick trip perfect.

We enjoyed having Jon's group as our guests at the Beach villa. We found it easy to communicate with them. Everything was left in a clean condition and we would love to have them back to stay with us another time. We definitely recommend them as responsible guests.

This is an excellent location in Hilton Head. You can arrive and leave your car parked for your entire stay. The property was neat, clean and comfortable for a party of four adults and two children. It will be on the top of our list when we come back next year!

Love Hilton Head and have stayed at various locations, but this particular location was close to everything from dining out to grocery shopping or strolling to the beach! The townhome itself is quite comfortable and clean. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party with plenty of room. The owners went the extra mile for their guests comfort as the kitchen was very well equipped, and extra air conditioners on the third floor.

Our family vacation included four couples and one four-year old, and this townhouse held all of us very well with plenty of room to gather for meals, movies, and games. The location was perfect for us with the swimming pool out the patio door and the beach a few blocks away. Coligny Plaza is so close with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even live music in the evenings. Once we rented bikes, we were either biking on trails or to the beach. Our visit included the fourth of July, and there were plenty of fireworks being set off on the beach. We just found a spot and enjoyed the show. The townhouse was very clean & equipped with plenty of dishes & even pantry items. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun vacation.

This is a nice townhouse that is centrally located. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and restaurants at coligny plaza. Once we rented bikes we barely used the car, which was a huge plus. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and worked very well for our family (including two small kids).

I rented the townhouse for a girl's weekend and it was perfect! It is located close to everything, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. The decor was perfect and tastefully done. We had no issues even with 8 girls getting ready at the same time. It was close to the pool but never was an issue with noise. I highly recommend this unit and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place for a family vacation! The rooms are spacious, and the layout of this Townhome facilitates both plenty of rest & relaxation plus lots of fun and action! Easy access to Beach, Restaurants, and Shops. I was particularly impressed with the Management because there was an issue with sanitation and cleanliness upon arrival which was quickly and efficiently resolved! The owner made us feel that our vacation and satisfaction was a priority!

Im Dezember 2013 besuchten wir die USA und verbrachten eine Woche mit 4 Personen im Ferienhaus in Hilton Head. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefuehlt. Es fehlte an Nichts. Das Haus liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und viele Gegenstaende sind auch kleine Kunstwerke. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir vieles bequem zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen, wie z.B den Supermarkt und den Strand. Wir wuerden hier jederzeit erneut unseren Urlaub verbringen.

We stayed here April end. We booked the place because it was close to Coligny plaza and Coligny park. The villa is awesome! Clean, comfortable, well decorated and it has pretty much anything you need. We just got some basic groceries because the place had everything else(sugar, salt/pepper, condiments, soap, etc). We came with 3 small kids and the proximity to the beach/plaza was perfect. They also enjoyed the pool at Coligny villas. The owners were very friendly and answered all questions promptly. This place was great and I would recommend it.

We absolutely LOVED the villa….it was designer-decorated, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home …even fans! Each of our kids had their own room, which was nice and we truly enjoyed the outside patio and pool. The location is ideal as we frequent Coligny plaza and allowed our teenagers to come-and-go as desired to Coligny plaza and beach.

I have used this condo a number a times and am always impressed by the cleanliness and continuing updates. This unit is great for 2-3 couples although it will handle more people. Very private sleeping arrangements. The patio is a great place in the afternoon for those pre-dinner cocktails. I really like the quietness of area. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need to prepare eat-in meals. It is very handy to Coligny Plaza with its varied Shopping and Dining Facilities. Don't miss the Ice Cream Parlor in the evening. It is a two block walk to an un-crowded beach and there are bicycles rentals one block away. Don't forget the golf clubs. When I go to HHI I look nowhere else.
