A family or group of 8 will find everything they need to settle in and relax right here in their vacation home away from home. This fully updated kitchen is amazing, they thought of every detail for families who love to cook at home on vacation. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining or family time while preparing meals. In the living room you will find new, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The second floor has one primary bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space and a beautiful view. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bath with a shower/tub and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom is another primary suite with a king size bed and shares the third floor with the loft bedroom. This room would be great for kids, with bunkbeds and a clubhouse hangout feel. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cove, wander a short walk to the beach or head over to the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe and many other island activities. We absolutely love HHI but this was our first time staying in the South Beach Marina area - and our first time bringing our pup. Can't beat the location of this property and it was a wonderful space for our end of September getaway.<br/><br/>My only suggestion would be that the outside space was very cluttered - the area where the garbage and outdoor shower is - and it was very challenging to a) get to the shower and laundry room door due to the stuff b) use the shower. Not sure if it was because it was off season or if that is just how it is, but with two kids and a dog, using that space was a daily must for us and the set up was not ideal. A hose would have been really helpful too.<br/><br/>Otherwise, no complaints, we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at 1614 Port Villas. The location was great...right near the Salty Dog and the South Beach marina. We also loved sitting on the patio watching the birds and fish; we even had some dolphin swim through one evening! Host2coast was excellent to work with. The property was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.

The unit was clean and as described. H2C provides great supplies and a nice quantity of them. Please don’t take the Method soaps and dish detergent that are provided so that all future guests can enjoy them also. It’s really nice to have high quality products. This is a dog friendly unit and our two “girls” loved it. No signs or smells of other dogs upon our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and has high quality appliances. Plenty of towels are provided and the H2C beach towels are great. Easy walk to the beach. So relaxing to just sit out back and watch all the birds. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 2 senior couples along with the other couple’s grown daughter. We had a great stay. Ate at Salty Dog a few times. Cooked at home most of the time. Rented bikes for half the week. The bike trails in Sea Pines are incredible!! So much fun. Daily walks on the beach. Day trip to Savannah was great fun! Great golf. The condo had everything we needed! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had a fantastic stay for two weeks in September. The rental was perfect for my family. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition.We loved the beautiful sunrises over the water in the morning. We enjoyed the patio in the afternoon and evening. We walked to play Pickle ball and to the beach. We rented bikes and rode the trails and on the beach. The rental staff was very responsive to a small maintenance issue, sending someone within an hour to fix the issue. We would love to stay again another time.

Overall the villa is very nice. I was contacted prior to our arrival to let us know there would likely be maintenance being completed. The contractors were there most of the day Saturday, most of the day Tuesday. The balconies were not completed and in my opinion were not safe to use. I am currently waiting on a call back from Molly.

Great location! It is a quick walk to the tennis courts, Salty Dog, pool and the beach. Good to have 3 levels to spend time together or divide up. Beautiful view of the lagoon and enjoyed watching the fishing guides each morning and the tides come in and out. Kitchen and dining area are updated and a great place to gather. Rented bikes but did not use them very much since everything is so close. Wish the kitchen had a Keurig so I could have a quick cup of coffee.

Had a great time exploring a new part of Sea Pines, particularly kayaking! Enjoyed the condo layout and decor. Beautiful views and a convenient walk to the beach. Only minor issue was the difference in temperatures between the first and third floors-had to be very cold downstairs to keep the upstairs bearable.

Our family (two adults and two kids) booked this villa as a base for our 4th of July vacation. Grandparents and aunt/cousin joined us. We appreciated the two king beds, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was really valuable in giving each group their own space. The key draw is definitely proximity to South Beach (an easy walk for us) and to the Salty Dog and shops. Outdoor shower to clean up after the beach was great! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and went exactly as described. The villa was clean and comfortable; we would definitely book it again.
