The sunrise views from the deck were spectacular, and the villa was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the 3 1/2 baths were perfect for our 3 couples on the trip. Check-in was simple, and having a key coded door made for one less thing we had to keep up with. Will definitely book here again!" Or, maybe this is more your style - "Having the water views with dolphins and pelicans out the back door was beautiful. A 1-2 min walk to Salty Dog's, General store for last minute items, tennis courts, bike rental and a few other shops. We walked to the beach every day, maybe 5-minute easy walk. Beach area was never too busy at pier 11."

This spacious 3.5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Port Villa townhome has spectacular views of Braddock Cove and comfortably accommodates up to 8 on 3 levels. The first level is completely upgraded with a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, along with a lovely living room, dining room and half bath. The 2nd level has two beautiful bedrooms, including a primary suite equipped with a king-size bed with an updated en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and a full bathroom attached. Located on the third level is the second primary suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom shared with a delightful alcove furnished with twin bunk beds. There is a boat dock available for your boat, kayak, or wave runner. This villa is a stroll away from the South Beach Marina Village, where you will find great restaurants, shops, biking, tennis, and water activities. Enjoy seasonal live entertainment at the famous Salty Dog. This 3.5-bedroom vacation rental in Hilton Head Island allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $200. ($100 for each additional pet).

Our favorite spot in Sea Pines, Port Villas did not disappoint. This property is exactly as described, and comfortably accommodated we 6 adults. We never tired of watching the wildlife in the lagoon, heading to the marina or the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

1616 Port Villas was the best decision we made as our vacation spot this year! We were a family of 5 adults and a couple of dogs.!! It never felt crowded at all. Everyone had their own cozy bedroom to chill. Bedrooms were roomy. Nicely decorated. Did I mention comfy? All of which had on-suites and balconies. Not to mention the views! Gorgeous! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for making family meals. We cooked everyday at least one meal. We had the best weather there and the breezes were divine. We started our days having coffee outside. I came back home relaxed and refreshed. And the pups loved the house too! Loved it! It was our home away from home. Would love to rent for next year

This place is a gem! The home was thoughtfully designed with great common space for cooking and watching movies or playing games, but also had nice sized bedrooms for quiet time and reading. As an inter generational group of 7, we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom (the top two bedrooms share a bath). The location is amazing—a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants, a general store etc were even closer. We saw some amazing sunrises over the water while having coffee on the patio. And the owner/host2coast were great to work with. They responded quickly when we had an issue with trash pickup and gave great suggestions on things to do on the island. We would definitely come back!

Booked this unit previously and wanted to rent it again. New rental company staff was accommodating and easy to work with. Nice new touched in the unit by the rental company. We were there over Christmas and there were pretty Christmas touches in the unit to give it that holiday feel. All we had to do was to put up our tree and decorate it. Plenty of space in the unit for preparing holiday meals. Beds are comfortable and unit was very clean. Though it was below freezing for much of our stay, we were still glad to walk over to the beach every day with our dog. Had a little trouble finding the rental company to pick up our Sea Pines pass—no signage—pay attention to suite number to find them.

Three generations spent a week at this wonderful home. Location is fantastic - walk to the pool, the beach, tennis courts or the Salty Dog Cafe…just a short ride to the bike path. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved sitting outside looking at the lagoon and beautiful sunrises. This rental is in a great location. Right on Braddock Cove for fishing, paddle boarding, etc. just a short walk to The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. Tennis just out the door! Interior of the villa was clean and well furnished. The only exception was the third floor bed is in great need of new mattresses. We are planning on booking it for our winter stay!

This property was perfect for our family. Very pet friendly and a close walk to the beach and the marina for drinks at the Salty Dog. Everyone had their own space, which was amazing. The views of the marsh were lovely with birds, bats, sunsets and even an occasional (not too close) gator. If you have pets there is an amazing side yard space to walk them away from traffic. Really cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely stay again if it is available.Date of arrival - June 25, 2022

The staffing at host2coast was wonderful and very helpful. They stayed in communication with updates on pertinent info prior to arrival and checked in during stay to make sure we didn't need anything. The villa was clean and accommodated 5 adults and a teenager well. South Beach within walking distance, pool,tennis courts across and Salty dog right across parking lot. Wasn't able to hear neighbors and they stated they couldn't hear us either. Host2coast was a good company to work with for our vacation and would highly recommend them. Side note it does have 2 box fans in closet, but wasn't always necessary as was pretty comfortable up there.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation! The villa's location on the cove was beautiful. We were within walking distance of The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. Although the weather was rather chilly, it certainly was better than the weather in the Poconos.

Our family celebrated the New Year and beginning of a new decade at a perfectly decorated and well appointed villa. Beautiful and comfortable, the views of the marina came with all kinds of wildlife (including dolphins) as well as being right near South Beach where we ate, shopped and played tennis. Quick bike ride and we were on the beach for every sunset. Spacious and with every item you might need, we will rent here again! And the welcome gift was so generous and appreciated!

We couldn’t have been happier with this rental! Gorgeous, peaceful location and impeccably clean townhome. Fully stocked kitchen. So many little details that made us feel like we were at home! Great sunrise views from the patio and balcony and even the occasional dolphin sightings! We loved it so much we already booked our next stay!!!
