1618 Port Villas

We recently had the pleasure of staying again at this villa. The villa is spacious and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and the bedrooms are cozy. Moreover, the stunning views of the lagoon just outside the back patio provide a peaceful backdrop while enjoying the various shore birds and other wildlife that call the lagoon home. The property also had access to walking paths and fishing, so we could easily explore the surrounding area and take in more of Hilton Head's natural beauty on South Beach. Overall, this is an ideal spot to relax and recharge. We can’t wait to return!

The house was in a great location and everybody loved there was the water in the backyard. Kids were enjoying crabbing and fishing there. The rooms were clean and beautiful water views were enjoyable. We will definately back.

The Good: Plenty of extras in the kitchen like K-Pods, sugar, etc. Very Clean*, Nice out of the way location, Quiet, Great view, 2 Master suites were excellent, comfortable. The Not-So-Good: Carpet was stained and needs a good cleaning. NO TV TO WATCH SPORTS OR GOLF. Had we known we would have only had the Samsung TV channels we could have done something else. The 4th BR upstairs on the 3rd floor is NOT a BR. My buddy hit his head so many times on the angled ceiling that he became more stupid than when he got there. The 3rd BR has blinds that are missing which leaves yourself exposed to anyone who may be walking by as they would be able to look into the BR and see everything. It is a little outdated but it was Very clean except the stained carpet.

We had the perfect stay at this wonderful townhome! The accommodations were well kept, clean, and the kitchen well stocked! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. Beautiful views, a short walk to the beach and Salty Dog. Would definitely book again!

The booking process with Host2coast was simple! We arrived to our rental after hours and the directions given to pick up passes was spot on. The house location was perfection for our family. The house exceeded our expectations with layout and sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with all that would be needed for a week’s stay. The house was very, very clean! The little extras with laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, beach towels and even fresh flowers was really nice. Check out on line made leaving a snap. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins in the canal behind the house one morning and were woken by a pod of them feasting one evening! It was a great week!

This is our second stay at this condo. It is in a great location. The condo is well furnished. New window coverings in the family room was a nice surprise. The family loves being on the lagoon for fishing and close to the beach for the sand, sun, and course the ocean!!!

It's in South Beach and extremely close to The Salty Dog, activities (bike & paddleboard rentals), a playground, and the beach. The condo has lots of little touches that make the stay more comfortable - including beach supplies, books, and board games. It's also located on the water and has a nice, relaxing patio. We even saw dolphins swimming in the cove a couple times.We were very comfortable during our stay and would stay here again!

Ideal location for a family vacation. The villa has tons of room, updated, and spotless. We had a wonderful long weekend stay, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy Hiilton Head. The amenities were all within a short walk and the fishing was an even shorter walk. I can't wait to come back again.

We stayed at this villa for a month and a half this past winter and it was wonderful. The communications with the property management company were seamless and the checkin and out processes were simple and accessible. When we entered the villa, we were greeted by a lovely welcome package from Host2Coast. The villa was very clean and as presented in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped making it easy for me prepare meals at the villa. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Salty Dog. <br/>Not only would I recommend renting through Host2Coast, I did recommend them to the next door neighbors who were not happy with the management company they rented with.<br/>Loved having coffee on the patio each morning and watching the multitude of wildlife activity on the lagoon.

The service is great and the communication is efficient and smooth. The location is perfect. And this is a great villa for couple of families with young kids to spend some time together. They have many books and table games, which we do like. And it’s also a wonderful villa for the fishing lover. We fished every morning right in the backyard.
The only thing is the third floor is hot during the daytime. The room has the air conditioner outlets, but seems the it isn’t powerful enough to blow up the cool air to this height. But we don’t have any trouble in the night as the temperature went down a lot after sunset.

The condo was very clean and the view is stunning. It was a short walk to the salty dog , bike rentals, and the beach and a quick bike ride to many places including harbor town. The condo is also nicely decorated. I would definitely come back to stay again. Also a great place for fishing right off the back of the condo!

Property is nicely located if you enjoy Harbor Town, Salty Dog, South Beach area, etc. Easy access to shops, restaurants, beach, pool, etc. Some confusion with Sea Pines pass. On arrival, guy at the gate was not helpful. If you're renting in Sea Pines, you should have passes in your rental place and the gate should be aware of your stay. $9.00 per day for entry is a bit steep especially if you plan on leaving Sea Pines everyday.

We were extremely pleased with the property from the location to the decor to the cleanliness. The view from the patio overlooking the water was restful. The villa was well cared for and well supplied. We had one very minor issue which was addressed immediately by South Beach inn. A top notch stay!!!

This is a phenomenal vacation home. The rental description is accurate. It’s nicely arranged with high quality furniture, refreshing ocean-themed artwork and overall a warm and welcoming tone. We appreciated the attention to details that made our stay easy, including the well-outfitted kitchen, a great selection of books, family games and puzzles, great wifi, and complete beach supplies. The sunrise and moonrise over the bay was enjoyed many times from the living room, bedrooms, balconies, and patio. The handrails (to the second and third floors) and chairs (dinning room and patio) are very sturdy. The outdoor patio and grill is very enjoyable. The location is lovely, with respectful and quiet neighbors, and no through traffic. Fishing opportunities only 30’ from the patio, as well as from the community dock. The villa is located next to the tennis courts and bike rentals, just around the corner from the Salty Dog, and a couple minutes from the beach by foot or bike. We received great service from property management (South Beach Inn and Vacation Rentals) throughout our extended stay. As a family of six, we stayed here over a month and could have easily stayed longer. Given the opportunity we hope to stay here again in the future.

The very first morning we were there, we had an issue. Pretty major issue. I contacted H2C and it took some time but the issue was resolved. I won't go into what happened, just that there was a break down in communication between them, the property owner and the HOA. It did get resolved. After that there were no problems, H2C made sure we felt welcome. The home was immaculate and comfortable. Really nice. The location was superb. The amenities fantastic. We had so much fun we stayed an extra day, with no trouble at all. I would recommend H2C to anyone. You don't know how good a company is until you see them solve a problem. They did very well.
