1626 Port Villas

The location was very good easy walking to beach and bike rental. The bed in 2nd floor bedroom was uncomfortable, pillows hard. The games need updating Kitchen was well stocked! Trying to figure out where to get the parking pass was not easy.

Perfectly located villa that offers families all amenities necessary to have a wonderful summer vacation. The villa has three spacious bedrooms with 3.5 baths. The back waterway offer excellent fishing and sightseeing of the diverse marine life. Frequent visitors were dolphins and osprey. We even saw a manatee surface behind the villa. Fishing was excellent for flounder and red fish. Walking distance to salty dog and beach. We will definitely look to rent this villa again in the future.

Our rental had everything we needed for our week at HHI. The unit was very clean and was setup for move and enjoyment when we arrived. Convenient location in South Beach Marina area. And with the rain that was present, we all had plenty of space to relax inside. Definitely would rent again when in HHI.

We’ve been vacationing in Sea Pines for almost 25 years, we have never stayed in a Port Villa before and the accommodations were fantastic! Love the view from the back patio and proximity to everything we love. The last two years we’ve come for the RBC golf outing and it’s the perfect spot to have as a home base for that. Love riding our bikes to the tournament. The townhome itself is well appointed and nicely decorated. We especially liked having en suite bathrooms for every bedroom.

Five of us slept comfortably in this well-equipped and CLEAN Condo. The views are great and the general area was perfect. It rained every day, but we made good use of the condo due to its very well equipped and comfortable layout. Looking forward to next year!

Our stay was fantastic. We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. The unit has fantasic views of the marsh area out back with lots of wildlife. The unit had comfortable beds, wonderful showers, and a bath tub which our daughter absolutely loved! It's a two minute walk to the Salty Dog shops and 4 minutes to the beach! The unit had plenty of utensils and the appliances were excellent. The Host2Coast service was spectacular! We come to HHI every year, and this was by far our favorite unit and stay. This unit was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out! This was the perfect place for two couples or two small families because both rooms had king beds, porches, and a view of the water so neither couple felt like they had the "better room". Walking to Salty Dog was so much fun and we just couldn't get enough of the view! We will 100% be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The property has breath-taking views of the channel out of the living room, master and second bedroom. My husband was able to fish right out back, steps from the property, and be close enough to show us his catches (trout, mullet, croaker) through the back sliding door. I was able to walk to a couple tennis clinics and our two teens, ages 16 and 17, could walk a short distance to the beach or shopping. It was a short 15-minute drive to Harbor Town and Savannah was a little over an hour away for a fun daytrip. We had a lovely time and hope to be back!!

We enjoyed watching the tides ebb and flow, the pelicans, ducks, cormorants, dolphins and sea otters feeding outside our glass doors, and the rich sea air. The restaurants were open and great with views of the bays and sea life from every table. We were disturbed by maintenance on one full day; they have unreliable schedules, not really being done when they tell the props managers they are done. I let them work, though. They need their pay.

This property really exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean, beautifully furnished and had an amazing view. We had 5 people and there it worked perfect for our group of 4 adults and one teenager. We fished from the bank and the dock, easily walked to the beach and restaurants and enjoyed everything else sea pines had to offer. We hope to be back soon!

We have been looking for a rental at the marina we were crazy about for awhile, and this is it! Beautifully decorated, lovely kitchen to cook in, gorgeous views, and the location could not be better. My husband and his friend enjoyed all the great fishing! I did need to buy another larger pot for my cooking needs, and a juicer. I purchased them at Publix and left the items there as a gift. We plan to be repeat renters for sure!

Loved staying at this villa, everything about it was perfect! The space worked very well for our group, plenty of bathrooms- the master shower is amazing. Having a grill and well stocked kitchen really made the trip! We only ate out once. The views are beautiful, wish we had brought our fishing stuff will be returning!

We often stay in South Beach because we love being near the beach, marina, lagoons and shops. The area can be crowded, but this villa is in the perfect spot to feel removed from people with ample parking and room for bikes. Sit on the patio or grass behind the villa and watch wildlife and the most beautiful sunrises reflecting off the water. Having full bathrooms and large, comfortable beds with TVs in each bedroom is a perk, as well as the large windows and screened doors. I especially enjoyed the master bath shower! Thank you for the warm Irish welcome on the front door and clever signs throughout the unit. We didn’t want to leave.

My wife and I made a quick decision to get ahead of the COVID Curve and departed a week early, to our eventual destination/rental in Florida. A difficult drive was rewarded upon entry into our unit on Hilton Head. Everything about our stay was 5 star. We’ve rented many years with VRBO and this property rates among the top places we’ve stayed. I would highly recommend renting this unit

Dolphins visited us every night and my husband caught a few fish behind the villa. We loved the location - very convenient to South Beach Marina. The bathrooms upstairs are a little dated, but we loved the outdoor shower for the kids.

The original listing we chose had to be replaced because the property renovation had not been completed. The property manager found another property with an even better view, and granted us some exceptions, and we are grateful for that. We saw lots of wildlife in the salt marsh - pelicans, dolphins, a sea otter, cormorants, ducks, all of which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, we lost a day to unannounced maintenance on the exterior of our property. Because it was unannounced, we didn't feel comfortable leaving (they might have entered without our permission). But we understand the need for maintenance and that this is the time of year for maintenance. We appreciate what the property managers did to insure everything went relatively well and understand how it is difficult to find and keep quality maintenance workers in a reliable schedule. We will be sure to ask about maintenance before booking a property in the future. (And we would recommend this property to friends).
