1653 Bluff Villas

This is the best location for a family vacation getaway! Our rental unit was clean and cozy. We were greated with a generous gift and kind note. This management company is very professional and friendly! The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Nice outdoor patio for eating breakfast or just reading a book. Our location was fantastic! We were close to the beach entrance and to the Salty Dog and shopping! This is our third year renting here and we love it!

We had a great weekend at Hilton Head. Had a little glitch with our hot water heater but it was resolved with a visit from the general manager and a plumber on a holiday weekend. Check-in was easy and there was a nice welcome gift waiting for us.

Great villa for two! The location was close to many things around including the Salty Dog, shops, tennis courts, bike rentals, and the beach! We really enjoyed the villa and appreciated how it came with everything we needed to have to be able to cook!

The condo is fabulous, even better in person! Extremely clean and very well stocked! Great location. We have been coming to HH for 35 years, this is probably one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great for a couple or a single person. We will definitely be staying there again next year!

Condo was well appointed and very clean. Check-in with property manager was very easy and convenient. Issue with internet was resolved immediately. Proximity to Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina was great - 100 yards away. Same with access to beach - two minute walk. All-in-all a great stay.

Check in process and getting parking pass was simple, and everything was as advertised no surprises whatsoever, loved how quiet and secluded location was unlike Coligny Beach which is where you want to go if you want chaos and crowded beach. Super clean place, with even a guest bag and a nice welcome card. Wonderful place to stay would love to return again!

The villa was as advertised. We felt very comfortable staying here. Short bike ride to beach #16 in the morning and a very short walk to South Beach in the evening to watch the sunset. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and pickleball courts. Villa was very clean. We would stay here again!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo recently. We loved our stay. Checkin/out was easy. The condo was clean and super nice with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect with great access to the beach, pool, south beach marina shops and restaurants and bike paths. My husband worked some while we were down there and the patio made a great “office” and Wi-Fi was excellent. We will definitely consider returning especially if it’s just the two of us traveling.

My small family, 2 adults & 1 child stayed at the villa. It worked out really well as we could rent bikes and lock them up near our villa. We had a great time riding bikes around Hilton Head, walking & playing on the beach. We visited in early April so it was a bit chilly to swim but our 9yr old hopped in the pool for a bit one day. It was pretty crowded by the Salty Dog bar, restaurant & ice cream shop but we strategized when we would go by there. Most people wore masks and so we were able to navigate our outings in a way that felt safe while still having a great time. It was such a great experience that helped reset us during the pandemic. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

We have stayed in Bluff Villas several times and this villa is our least favorite of all we have stayed in. I would say it was adequate, it lacked closet space , would prefer a table to eat stand the furniture was not comfortable.

This was our second year renting at bluff villas. We will always rent in this area because of the convenience of beach and activities. We love the calmness of the sound and quietness of the neighborhood. We have young boys and are able to have a wonderful family vacation without even getting in our car!

This place worked perfectly for our family of three. The rooms were large, and the bathroom offered plenty of space and storage for all three of us. The condo is well appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We had our friends over for breakfast and there were 8 of us in the space, we still had plenty of room. You can’t beat the location, you are steps away from the rental office, bike rentals, Salty Dog Cafe and the inlet which is perfect for dolphin and bird watching. The staff at the rental office was fantastic and always available for anything we needed. Very easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!!

1653 is my favourite condo and I always have an amazing time. The condo itself has everything I could possibly need to entertain friends, and prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen. The patio is so pretty, surrounded by a beautiful magnolia, and comfortable patio furniture to relax in. South Beach is next door and the ocean is right across the street with lots of Dolphin sitings and beautiful sunsets. I’ll look forward to coming back next year to what I refer to as my home away from home.
