1653 is my favourite condo and I always have an amazing time. The condo itself has everything I could possibly need to entertain friends, and prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen. The patio is so pretty, surrounded by a beautiful magnolia, and comfortable patio furniture to relax in. South Beach is next door and the ocean is right across the street with lots of Dolphin sitings and beautiful sunsets. I’ll look forward to coming back next year to what I refer to as my home away from home.

We had the perfect week hanging out on the beach with the dolphins, biking, walking, fishing, horseback riding, taking the ferry to Daufuskie! We will be back. Best location we have been to in Sea Pines!

This property and the rental company that manages it, go above and beyond on everything! The attention to detail is amazing. They have covered everything you could possibly think of and there is no need to bring anything but yourselves and enjoy the week. I will definitely be staying there again! And, this was my 35th time to Hilton Head!

Condo was well appointed and very clean. Check-in with property manager was very easy and convenient. Issue with internet was resolved immediately. Proximity to Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina was great - 100 yards away. Same with access to beach - two minute walk. All-in-all a great stay.

This is the best location for a family vacation getaway! Our rental unit was clean and cozy. We were greated with a generous gift and kind note. This management company is very professional and friendly! The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Nice outdoor patio for eating breakfast or just reading a book. Our location was fantastic! We were close to the beach entrance and to the Salty Dog and shopping! This is our third year renting here and we love it!

We had a great weekend at Hilton Head. Had a little glitch with our hot water heater but it was resolved with a visit from the general manager and a plumber on a holiday weekend. Check-in was easy and there was a nice welcome gift waiting for us.

1653 Bluff Villas has been my home away from home for several winter vacations. The condo is beautifully appointed decorated with a real beach feel. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could need to make delicious meals. The patio is so pretty with the beautiful magnolia tree and azaleas to enjoy while sitting on a comfortable and colourful patio set. The beach is a short walk across the street as well as South Beach Marina next door with great restaurants and small shops to explore <br/>Perfect spot to relax and make great memories!!!

It was a nice, clean and well equipped unit within walking distance of the beach, pickle ball and tennis courts, and the Salty Dog complex. The community of Sea Pines is gorgeous and offers wonderful walking and cycling paths. Host2coast could not have been better in terms of overall communications, responsiveness to our questions and in quickly resolving one minor issue. Very pleasant to deal with.

The villa was as advertised. We felt very comfortable staying here. Short bike ride to beach #16 in the morning and a very short walk to South Beach in the evening to watch the sunset. Our place was clean and welcoming. The ladies from the rental agency were helpful and kind. We were hesitant being so close to such a popular tourist area, but we actually enjoyed being near The Salty Dog. We did have to walk a little ways down the beach to get to the ocean waves, but it was okay.

Listed as main floor but has 4 steps up from parking lot and 8 steps down into villa door area. Very pleasing stay & would highly recommend.

My small family, 2 adults & 1 child stayed at the villa. It worked out really well as we could rent bikes and lock them up near our villa. We had a great time riding bikes around Hilton Head, walking & playing on the beach. We visited in early April so it was a bit chilly to swim but our 9yr old hopped in the pool for a bit one day. It was pretty crowded by the Salty Dog bar, restaurant & ice cream shop but we strategized when we would go by there. Most people wore masks and so we were able to navigate our outings in a way that felt safe while still having a great time. It was such a great experience that helped reset us during the pandemic. This place worked perfectly for our family of three. The rooms were large, and the bathroom offered plenty of space and storage for all three of us. The condo is well appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We had our friends over for breakfast and there were 8 of us in the space, we still had plenty of room. You can’t beat the location, you are steps away from the rental office, bike rentals, Salty Dog Cafe and the inlet which is perfect for dolphin and bird watching. The staff at the rental office was fantastic and always available for anything we needed. Very easy to work with and accommodating.
