1657 Bluff Villas

The condo was older but nice. And it was in an amazing location. Very short walk to the beach where dolphins frequently play. Enjoyed being here and would go back again

We found the condo to be very clean and inviting. Furnishings were all in good condition and surroundings were quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day. Traffic was minimal. Will definitely return to this condo and recommend to friends and family.

1657 villa was a delight. We enjoyed being so close to South Beach! Food, entertainment and music were all just outside. We saw too many dolphins to count and enjoyed the closeness of the beach. We would love to stay there again! Thanks for your attention to details!

Wonderful location and communication with management company. Very nice welcome gift upon arrival. The unit had all of the necessities and plenty of towels and paper products. The air conditioning unit absolutely needs to be replaced. It turned on and off too frequently and the bedrooms never really got that cool. There was a big temperature difference between the main living space and the bedrooms. Renters are told to not touch the thermostat or it may shutdown the unit. Overall, the rental experience was great. Would have just liked to be a bit cooler in this summer heat.

Weather was awesome and our stay was exactly what we needed! The beach is a short walk but quite narrow. We drove to the east side of the Island for shell hunting. Overall the villa was very nice and had everything we wanted!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark’s South Beach Condo. The condo is very well equipped and so comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog. We enjoyed using the South Beach pool which is just next door. We love riding bikes in Sea Pines and shopping on the Island. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! We will definitely stay at Mark’s Condo again soon!

Husband and I stayed here for the long Labor Day weekend with our daughter and her boyfriend. Superb little condo that has more upgrades than your typical rental. Property company offered an easy leasing and check in process, and left us a nice little gift that we discovered on arrival. Super quiet and right next to South Beach marina and all the lovely beach access points we've come to love over the years. Very enjoyable, including watching a gentle rain from under the covered porch.

Very close to the beach and Salty Dog. Spent 5 wonderful days biking through Sea Pines and relaxing on the beach dreaming of day when I can retire and enjoy it full time. The condo was very clean and we very much appreciated the beach chairs. Great location to the beach access and Salty Dog dining and activities. The special touches were the beach towels, tote bag and easy checkin and out. The only draw back was the king bed sinks in the middle.

The villa was exactly as advertised and our family had a fantastic vacation! We are a family of four and had plenty of space. The twin beds were pretty small but worked well for the kids. The master bedroom was very large and had a nice King bed. Internet worked great and A/C kept the unit cool. The beach access point was less than a 5 minute walk and the pool that you could pay to use was very close as well. The house was fully stocked with all necessary essentials and the check in process was very smooth. We would definitely go back!

great location in lovely sea pines resort. Miles and miles of shady bike / running paths. Property had adequate supplies to get started but you'll need to run to Harris teeter to get you through the week. Check in was excellent. Pass to the resort mailed ahead of time (no delays at gate) and MEMORABLE key code. Thanks! Passes to nearby pool. Very busy though. Words to the wise, if you've never been to Hilton Head, There is almost no public parking available for the beaches especially on a busy weekend. Thankfully there are two great beaches near the condo. The one across the street was small but lovely for sunsets. That is entrance number 4. Entrance number 11 had a much bigger bleach but it's just at the junction of the sound and the ocean. The beaches with bigger waves are farther into Hilton Head, worth it if you are into that. We were very happy with the beaches by the condo. A reasonable walk, if you want to bring a deep chair, or an easier bike trip to get there. The condo is simple yet reasonably priced and the description matches, hence the five stars. There are a number of restaurants within seapine. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Salty Dog Cafe. other than that, I hope we will be back.

A Keurig, a blender, and all the gadgets needed in the kitchen. Those are some of the "hard facts," and the "soft facts" are that the minute I walked in the door I could feel Covid and the news and the stress of just everything start to lift. I felt so welcome. Later I walked under tall pines for about a block to reach the water, and then left my footprints and all the world's problems in the wet sand along the waves. The Old Blue Chair Villa is place apart and a time apart -- one of the loveliest vacation spots I have ever been to.

We had a fantastic week staying at Mark's Bluff Villa. Its a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and the South Beach Pool. The condo was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner supplies hand soap pumps, kitchen spices, beach umbrella and so many things one might forget to bring. We look forward to our next stay at Mark's Bluff Villa. This was the perfect little villa to stay for a wedding weekend. It's in Sea Pines and so close to everything and everywhere I needed to be. Management was very organized, friendly, and extra helpful. It's a quiet location and villa. It as very clean as well. No issues for me and I will for sure rent from this group again.
