Our family stayed here for two nights. It’s the best location within Shipyard for both beach access and pool. Overall it’s clean, newly remodeled and well kept. We had a few issues with the keypad (hard to open) during check in. Definitely need bug spray if you’re planing to sit on the backyard deck. Overall I’d give it 4 of 5 stars.

This villa was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The pool and beach were both very close which was nice when carrying all your beach gear. The bedrooms were bright, comfortable and had lots of storage places for all our things. I highly recommend this unit for your next Hilton Head vacation!

This unit gets an A+ for so many reasons! The beautiful Shipyard Beach is an easy 10 minute walk; the unit has a well-appointed kitchen with plentiful dishes, pots and pans; the deck looks out over a lagoon and golf course fairway with wonderful sunsets. We spent a lot of time in the afternoons on the deck while the weather was perfect. There’s PLENTY of room for 4-6 adults. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. We’ve been to Hilton Head Island a number of times and find Shipyard to be a great place to call home base. It’s easy to get to the island golf courses, shopping, Pinckney Island Preserve, restaurants and so much more. As mentioned in another review, the bedrooms could use black out curtains to block the light from all night street lamps. It would be an improvement if the unit came with beach chairs and an umbrella. The gas grill worked fine and could use new flavorizer bars.

We enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely unit. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of bath and beach towels and all appliances were in excellent condition. The unit was very spacious and had lots of dining and living room seating. The beach was a ten minute walk and the pool only two minutes away which was nice. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return.

We enjoyed an excellent stay. The decor and furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils, pans, and dish ware. The staff was excellent and most responsive to our calls. The view across the golf course from the dinning area table was wonderful. One of the best features was the condo’s proximity to the beach and pool. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, well appointed and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The location was very convenient to the beach and the bike/walking paths were wonderful.We only have a few recommendations. The master bedroom needs blackout curtains over the blinds. The exterior light from the street lights and porch lights forced us to sleep in the guest bedroom. Also the master bed mattress was excessively firm. The addition of a cushioned mattress pad would resolve the issue. It was unfortunate that the parking lots in our section and throughout Beachwalk were in the process of being paved during our stay. It was inconvenient for about 3 days not being able to park in our lot and maneuvering the paving crew almost every day.Other than the above, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed all the amenities and activities of Hilton Head Island and hope to return again in the future.

Restaurants, beaches, shopping all accessible by bike. Hosts provide several conveniences…large beach towels, book of recommendations. We had to reach out with a few questions and they were very responsive.

We needed a place close to the tennis courts since we had entered into a tennis tournament at Van Da Meer. This place is very close to the courts and the pictures looked very good. It was very clean and matched the pictures when we got there. Parking was a little tight but wasn't a problem. Overall location is pretty good as there are many restaurants just minutes away by car. If you're also into the beach stuff it is only a short walk away as well via a paved walking path. There's also some fun boardgames and puzzles to do there if you're just in the mood to stay in.
Host2Coast was very helpful with timely email reminders and instructions for check-in and check-out. Everyone was very nice & helpful. Would definitely book through them again.

This was our third trip to Hilton Head and our favorite stay so far. We loved that the unit was all on one floor. It was spacious, open, clean, updated, and cozy. The deck was spacious too and we loved to sit out there and watch the golfers and birds. The location is tough to beat with the condo complex across the street from the Shipyard beach access (about a 5 minute walk). As a family, we enjoy staying in Shipyard in general because we like the private neighborhood feel but we like that it's easy access to Coligny and the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. We would love to stay here again.

Our experience was overall good, as this condo complex has definitely showed its age. Yes, the condo has been remodeled throughout and was just what we needed, however be aware that the quality of work is in question. Outlet junction boxes that are loosely in the wall, new flooring pops up when you walk on the uneven floors as parts of the unit must have settled with its age, nail popping up through new flooring, tile grout in the shower chipped away, large dent in the fridge. The photos really sell this place. As far as how clean the unit was, it appeared to have been quickly wiped down, but the return air vent was just loaded with dirt and dust and the baseboards were dirty and dusty as well. Contacted Host 2 Coast about the findings and they were quick to respond and offered to come clean and repair some of the issues the next day or offered to attend to them after we departed. We cleaned the vent ourselves and elected to have them address the condo once we departed. Past that, the unit was everything we needed, amenities, perfect size, nice location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Be aware parking at this complex is a bit disjointed. Host 2 Coast was easy to communicate and work with. We would rent from them again.

A 15 minute walk to the beach, comfortable space for 2 couples although 1 double bed quite short. Could have used an extra quilt on the bed. The kitchen was well equipped with quality pots & pans and lots of dishes. The Host2coast rep was very helpful on arrival, when I had a package delivered to their office & looking for Pickleball courts. There was a leak under the sink which I reported on Friday and no one came to check on it by the time we left Monday. All and all great location and comfortable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 168 Beachwalk. It was nicely renovated and clean with a great deck to sit on morning and evening. It is a short walk to the beach and the walking/biking trails throughout Shipyard and all of HHI are great for active people like us.
We would happily return to this unit again. I have only two negative comments for consideration. First is that the drain pipes from the second floor unit are very loud in the master bedroom and could use some sound attenuation. Second is that a portable leaf blower would be very welcome to clear the daily accumulation of leaves and pollen from the surrounding trees. The outdoor furniture is covered daily with detritus.
All in all, minor flaws in an otherwise great venue! Thanks Host2coast.
