Everything was great and what we expected. The Condo was clean and easy access to town and the beach. The welcome items were a nice touch.

host2coast is by far the best property management company I've rented from in Hilton Head. Pre-trip communication was great and the check-in process was super easy. They responded to 2 service requests immediately, fixing each issue within an hour (It was off-season, so I can't speak for high season). We stayed at 169 Beachwalk, which is a comfortable, pet-friendly villa. Although the community was built in the 80s, the unit's beach-themed interior is comfortable and decorated nicely. The bedrooms (really comfy beds) and living room are spacious. The master bath has been upgraded and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and cleaning supplies. The wrap-around porch has a lovely live oak that filters the sunsets nicely. A smart TV made it easy to sign into our streaming apps. Walking to the beach takes less than 10 minutes from the villa to toes in the sand. IMO, Shipyard beach is the nicest on HHI, and I've been coming to the island since 1978. Night walks under a full moon are amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in this unit. This second-floor unit has a great wrap around porch that provides sun/shade options all day long. Some Beachwalk units face parking lots but this one neatly faces trees and a canal (plenty of wildlife) with partial views of the golf course. This unit is very well appointed with plenty of bath towels, two dining tables for 6 people (one indoors, the other on the porch) and every imaginable kitchen supply. The main bedroom is huge with a nice sitting area by the window and the bathrooms are large. Also, Host2Coast supplied ample beach towels plus complimentary drink holders, pens, pads and snack clips. Our only (very minor) issue that could be addressed in the near future is the living room couch. It's a sleeper sofa with weak cushions so it's not particularly comfy and it squeaks when you sit down. Overall, though, this is an excellent unit and hopefully it will be available when we make our annual visit to Hilton Head again next year!

169 Beachwalk was perfect for our family of four. Very easy walk to pool (3 mins) and beach (10 mins). Loved the towels and wagon! Wish the chairs would have been adult size and not yard chairs but we bought some and made it work! The home was clean and kitchen was well stocked! We appreciated the welcome care package and laundry/bthrm/dish soap! Location was the beast w access to beach path and parking if desired to drive and park but didn’t need to! Saw many alligators and deer! We had a great time! Games and comfy blankets were appreciated for rainy evening. Coming home with all clean laundry was a bonus thx to washer:dryer high quality!

First, Host2Coast is super easy to work with: quick to respond and friendly. This condo is a pleasant stay: it has great amenities, spacious, fantastic water pressure in the showers, perfect for a small family wanting to be within walking distance of the pool and ocean. Having a beach wagon, sun umbrella, beach toys, chairs ect. was such an added bonus. Path to the beach is directly across from the parking area and is a nice 10-to-12-minute stroll to the ocean front. Pool was clean and not too far from the unit. This condo complex might be the closest to the beach in Shipyards. You can take about a 25-minute bike ride to Coligny, which is great to not have to drive and find parking. For the resort and condos age it is still well kept. Great summer vacation!

Our stay was short but enjoyed the spacious condo. Loved the deck! The master bed was super comfortable and the room was large. MASTER Bathroom was adequate, the water in shower is slow to drain!. The second bathroom was again adequate, hard to pull shower water on. Having suppies for laundry, dishes, beach towels, gift bag is thoughtful and appreciated! Kitchen stocked well, couple of the cabinet doors are slightly wonke. Walk to beach, not bad. For future renters...maybe tips/map on how to get there and where they can park if walk is too long. Pool was great! Overall super happy with our visit. We love HHI, have been coming for 15 years! See yall soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities of beach chairs and wagon was really nice. Lots of updates to the condo. A few things could still use an update, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment. It fit the bill for what we needed in our stay.

This was a last minute Mother Daughter trip. We thoroughly loved the condo. Very clean with everything needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck overlooking the golf course. The proximity to the beach was within walking distance. The only issues were confusion on the location of the condo. We didn’t have clear instructions on location from the check in office, very confused but we figured it out. The other issue was in the primary bathroom. The water seemed to not drain in the shower. Certainly a simple fix on those issues. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Condo was clean and updated the deck and patio furniture was not cleaned at all deck was a mess with leaves patio set looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Great wraparound upper deck. While the unit was clean it does require some updating which we understand will be done shortly. The bathrooms could use an update. The guest bedroom currently has 2 single beds which are not comfortable for older teenagers or adults. A much better option would be to have at least one double bed in the guest room. The team from Host to Coast were fantastic! A special shout out to Dan who not only responded quickly to our concerns but went over and above to remedy the situation. It was a pleasure chatting and working with him.

Overall we had a great stay here. Property had everything we needed. Great location and layout. Plenty of space for my family - husband and 2 young kids. One small improvement was that the unit wasn’t super clean when we checked in.
