Your home was great. Better than the pictures. We were very pleased with accommodation. The weather wasn’t as cooperative for us but had no problems staying in and enjoying ourselves. It was just what we needed for our family. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Very nice. Fantastic pool….though it should be noted that there is not much shallow space. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had some trouble with the stove, but that could have been user error. The Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There were PLENTY beach chairs and beach toys available. Very very nice.

Great property! This house is in an excellent location. The living/dining area is huge and exactly like the photos. Pool and outdoor area is great. One thing I will mention is that for large groups, the kitchen lacks for a number of basic things: stemware, r glasses, non stick pans, measuring cups, paper products, scissors, and several other basics I would expect a place to have for the price. Overall, an excellent spot.

We could not have enjoyed a property more. The pool was wonderful with shaded sections throughout the day. The walk to the beach wasn’t long. There were multiple seating options in the living area and we loved that the dining table seated 10. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, as we cook all 3 meals every day. We especially enjoyed the griddle and the prep area with its own sink. The air conditioning worked well and we made good use of the 2nd refrigerator. The house was well supplied with soaps, cleaner, and paper products. Laundry detergent was a nice bonus. Thanks so much for all these supplies. 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add a dish drainer. Overall: great property and outstanding management company.

Kids loved pool and tidewater river. Fishing and two kayaks were big hit with teens. Half mile walk to lovely beach. House smaller than pictured but adequate for five adults, two little kids and two teens. Most time spent in pool and around large dock. Resident alligator fun to watch.

This was an amazing find for our first family vacation. Three sets of adults and one toddler met here for a week, and were thoroughly delighted with the house and the setting. The online pictures acurately captured the beauty of the house and the yard, but could not possibly convey the spaciousness and sense of privacy we felt while staying here. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was an important feature for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and could accommodate several cooks. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus for beverages and big leftovers. The living area had room enough for reading, conversations, and an active toddler with toys. The neighborhood provided plenty of calm roadways for stroller and walking, the beach was just a quick walk away, and the pool and water views were relaxing. Amenities were handy, including groceries, restaurants, and ice cream, and a local plaza had a small but fun farmer / craft market one day. The whole process, from booking to arrival, was thoughtful, communication was thorough, and we felt supported and welcomed. Fun addition was the guest portal with information and communication capabilities. The few times we needed to contact our host we could do so quickly and we received a prompt response. The VRBO bar was set very high with this host and property and if we return to this area I would book this house again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We really enjoyed the vacation and the accommodation. The pool was nice and we rented bikes, which was so much fun with all the nice bike paths. The house was clean and no major issues. The door locks could be tightened up with a screwdriver.

This was a perfect house for our trip. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and in nearby ponds. The walk to the beach was short and there is a wagon provided, which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This vacation house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under age 4. Ranch style house made no worries about stairs with the kids. The house was very clean upon arrival. The open floor plan and pool were perfect. Beach towels were much appreciated! We didn’t use the boats/dock. The inlet water level fluctuates a lot so we wouldn’t need that next time but it did not negatively effect our stay.

The location of this property was perfect! We could easily walk or bike to the beach. A quick bike ride to Harbor Town and Salty Dog. The back yard overlooks an inlet. We didn&#x2019;t use the kayaks available because the tide was in and out which made the water level fluctuate constantly throughout the day. It&#x2019;s not a complaint but next time we wouldn&#x2019;t need to be on an inlet. The pool, patio space and grill were perfect. The house was VERY clean when we arrived. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 3 small kids.

This was a great experience with the host. They were very engaged and made sure we felt comfortable. The home was nice and great for a family get together. The backyard was incredible and idyllic, a great place to have coffee. Make sure to bring bug spray! It was a little bit of a trek to the beach with toddlers, but other than that, it was a wonderful home!

There are a couple of things I would like to make you aware of. The outside shower did not work. It would be wonderful to wash off after the beach before going ino the home. Also, there were not enough pans to be able to cook dinner for our group on the induction cooktop. Adding a few more pans to the kitchen would be very helpful to able to cook dinner and not eat out every night (baking sheets and frying pans). We loved the home and would love to rent again next year.

The house was so beautiful, and the back yard was perfect. They supply two kayaks and life vests to enjoy the bay, and we absolutely loved it. I rented this house after being a long time renter from beach vacations on Hilton Head. I switched over to Host 2 Coast as Beach Vacations was becoming more like Air B n B. They would not go the extra mile or foot to make things happen. Host 2 Coast was a refreshing change. I loved everyone I spoke to from the booking agent to the maintenance guy. They were all so nice. I wonder if I booked this house for six months I would get nicer? Even the guy cutting the lawn paused and smiled at me with a big wave. The windows overlooking the pool and the creek are incredible. The grill worked, everything was spot on. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, two types of coffee makers. It is maybe 5 minute walk to the beach, not bad at all. This place was a great price and an even better than expected home. Our family had the best time.<br/>Thank you so much to the owner and the people at Host 2 Coast.

The house was perfect for our family. We have 8 adults and 1 infant. We had plenty of room inside and outside. The home is exactly how it appears online. It is beautiful. We spent our mornings and afternoons at the beach and the evenings on the bike trails. Tropical Storm "Elsa" hit us late on Wednesday night, by 10 am on Thursday morning the Coast 2 Coast personnel were cleaning up the property. Our family would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.

We had a great time with family. Easy to cook and store food. Spacious enough so everyone felt comfortable all the time. Beach not too far that a short bike ride or walk didn’t fix. The property was maintained well. Had a couple small issues but Susan was extremely responsive.

The rental home was spotless and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured on the website. The hosts were extraordinarily helpful, even arranging for rides to the airport for 2 stranded renters. We will be renting from Host2Coast for the next 20 years-by far the best location and customer service I&#x2019;ve ever had in over 20 years coming to Hilton Head Island.

It’s actually a 6 minutes walk to the beach if you’re in a little hurry :-) The house is very comfortable, fully equipped with a beautiful view on the baynard cove canal. Very nice pool and patio area (which requires daily maintenance due to trees and leaves). Mark and Sarah have been super responsive and helpful. Just wish a couple of (minor) details had been proactively addressed ahead of our arrival. All in all, it’s been a fantastic experience on a gem of an island.

Yes, the tree debris this time of year is near to impossible to keep up with and we had just blown off the pool deck before your arrival. This house was a fantastic getaway for three couples and 3 children. The location was amazing, right on Baynard Cove and such an easy/short walk to the beach. The pool was also great and we used it every day - the kids loved it! I would recommend this house highly to anyone looking for a great beach getaway to Hilton Head!

4/5 Stayed Apr 2021The house is lovely and tastefully decorated. The rooms, bathrooms and common area were comfortable and laid out well. The location is great - even though it's a pretty populated neighborhood and area, it feels super private with all the trees and having your own dock on the inlet. We rarely saw another person if we were in the house or yard. The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk away and the beach was quiet and huge - especially during low tide. Perfect for bocci ball! The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star rating is the cleaners were still finishing up at 5:00 when we arrived (check in was at 4:00) and the pool heater didn't work. We were refunded, but it made the pool largely unusable unless you wanted to have a really cold swim. The kitchen was stocked sparsely so we bought and left a few items for future renters. A knife sharpener would be a good addition too! Lastly, something to be aware of: with the tide coming in and out, the water reaches the dock about 50% of the time at most, so a paddle or boat ride needs to be timed carefully! All in all it was a great place to stay - we'd definitely return.

The house was perfect for our family. We have 8 adults and 1 infant. We had plenty of room inside and outside. The home is exactly how it appears online. It is beautiful. We spent our mornings and afternoons at the beach and the evenings on the bike trails. Tropical Storm "Elsa" hit us late on Wednesday night, by 10 am on Thursday morning the Coast 2 Coast personnel were cleaning up the property. Our family would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.
