This fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 bath house provides an almost magical setting with splashes of cheery interior colors, lovely and comfortable furnishings, and gorgeous landscaping decorating the outside. Swaying palm trees are nature's music, softly punctuated by the sound of everyone playing in your private pool with new system that will heat or cool (Heated or cooled for an additional fee). Plan your adventures, big or small, around the dining table that seats 8. The outside dining area around the pool is ideal for enjoying fresh-brewed coffee and breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Grab an afternoon snack at the breakfast bar seating 3. The generous living space is perfect for hosting a game or movie night for family and friends, so don't forget to pack the popcorn!

Do you like to fish? Bring the rods and reels and fish off your private dock! Launch the kayaks (2 are provided) off the dock and navigate the endless waterways. You'll see a lot of people biking in the Sea Pines area, another great way to explore the island. With all 17 Baynard Cove has to offer, you may never want to leave! But, if you can tear yourself away from this amazing setting, you'll want to take a 7-minute walk, accessing Sea Pines Beach Path #23, to the warm, white sands on the beach where hypnotic sounds of ocean waves lapping against the seashore will soothe you. We could not have enjoyed a property more. The pool was wonderful with shaded sections throughout the day. The walk to the beach wasn’t long. There were multiple seating options in the living area and we loved that the dining table seated 10. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, as we cook all 3 meals every day. We especially enjoyed the griddle and the prep area with its own sink. The air conditioning worked well and we made good use of the 2nd refrigerator. The house was well supplied with soaps, cleaner, and paper products. Laundry detergent was a nice bonus. Thanks so much for all these supplies. 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add a dish drainer. Overall: great property and outstanding management company.

Wonderful location for families

Kids loved pool and tidewater river. Fishing and two kayaks were big hit with teens. Half mile walk to lovely beach. House smaller than pictured but adequate for five adults, two little kids and two teens. Most time spent in pool and around large dock. Resident alligator fun to watch.

Review<br/><br/>This house was exactly everything our large family was wanting from a beach rental- and so much more!!! The living room/kitchen area was large and spacious, the perfect area for everyone to hang out, cook dinner, and have 4 children play without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space and the closet in the master bedroom was even able to fit 2 pack and plays perfectly for a great baby sleep area. We all enjoyed the 2 kayaks provided, the pool was a wonderful size for both kids and adults to enjoy, and we enjoyed hours of fishing straight off the dock. The house is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and right on the amazing bike trails. We definitely would return again

Grandparents, adult children and 2 grandchildren had a great stay at this home! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The family area was perfect - kitchen, double living area and dining room all in one area. The pool and dock to fish on provided constant entertainment for everyone. Short walk to beach - even little ones did it! Golfing (miniature for kids and beautiful courses for adult!) biking, pirate adventure, lighthouse, restaurants! So much to do! The host2coast company was excellent to work with. They provided a welcome gift upon our arrival!

We really enjoyed the vacation and the accommodation. The pool was nice and we rented bikes, which was so much fun with all the nice bike paths. The house was clean and no major issues. The door locks could be tightened up with a screwdriver.

Fabulous Family Find!

This was an amazing find for our first family vacation. Three sets of adults and one toddler met here for a week, and were thoroughly delighted with the house and the setting. The online pictures acurately captured the beauty of the house and the yard, but could not possibly convey the spaciousness and sense of privacy we felt while staying here. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was an important feature for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and could accommodate several cooks. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus for beverages and big leftovers. The living area had room enough for reading, conversations, and an active toddler with toys. The neighborhood provided plenty of calm roadways for stroller and walking, the beach was just a quick walk away, and the pool and water views were relaxing. Amenities were handy, including groceries, restaurants, and ice cream, and a local plaza had a small but fun farmer / craft market one day. The whole process, from booking to arrival, was thoughtful, communication was thorough, and we felt supported and welcomed. Fun addition was the guest portal with information and communication capabilities. The few times we needed to contact our host we could do so quickly and we received a prompt response. The VRBO bar was set very high with this host and property and if we return to this area I would book this house again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Loved the rental! House was clean and beautiful! This was the first time staying off the beach and we loved the dock and waterway in the back. We kayaked and fished from the dock daily. It&#x2019;s about a ten minute walk to the beach- we rented a beach wagon to help. Host2Coast was responsive to any message and made the process of renting very easy. Definitely will rent with them again.

The location of this property was perfect! We could easily walk or bike to the beach. A quick bike ride to Harbor Town and Salty Dog. The back yard overlooks an inlet. We didn&#x2019;t use the kayaks available because the tide was in and out which made the water level fluctuate constantly throughout the day. It&#x2019;s not a complaint but next time we wouldn&#x2019;t need to be on an inlet. The pool, patio space and grill were perfect. The house was VERY clean when we arrived. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 3 small kids.

This was a great experience with the host. They were very engaged and made sure we felt comfortable. The home was nice and great for a family get together. The backyard was incredible and idyllic, a great place to have coffee. Make sure to bring bug spray! We had a wonderful vacation. The house and pool were great. The location was great and the property management company was excellent. There are a couple of things I would like to make you aware of. The outside shower did not work. It would be wonderful to wash off after the beach before going ino the home. Also, there were not enough pans to be able to cook dinner for our group on the induction cooktop. Adding a few more pans to the kitchen would be very helpful to able to cook dinner and not eat out every night (baking sheets and frying pans). We loved the home and would love to rent again next year.

I rented this house after being a long time renter from beach vacations on Hilton Head. I switched over to Host 2 Coast as Beach Vacations was becoming more like Air B n B. They would not go the extra mile or foot to make things happen. Host 2 Coast was a refreshing change. I loved everyone I spoke to from the booking agent to the maintenance guy. They were all so nice. I wonder if I booked this house for six months I would get nicer? Even the guy cutting the lawn paused and smiled at me with a big wave. The windows overlooking the pool and the creek are incredible. The grill worked, everything was spot on. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, two types of coffee makers. It is maybe 5 minute walk to the beach, not bad at all. This place was a great price and an even better than expected home. Our family had the best time.<br/>Thank you so much to the owner and the people at Host 2 Coast.

The house was perfect for our family. We have 8 adults and 1 infant. We had plenty of room inside and outside. The home is exactly how it appears online. It is beautiful. We spent our mornings and afternoons at the beach and the evenings on the bike trails. Tropical Storm "Elsa" hit us late on Wednesday night, by 10 am on Thursday morning the Coast 2 Coast personnel were cleaning up the property. Our family would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.

Host2Coast is by far the best rental company we have dealt with since we started coming to HHI 21 years ago. They are friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. The house we rented was beautiful! The decor was fresh and so peaceful and welcoming. They bent over backwards to help us in any and every way possible. The pool was great and we fished from the back dock!

The rental home was spotless and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured on the website. The hosts were extraordinarily helpful, even arranging for rides to the airport for 2 stranded renters. We had a great time with family. Easy to cook and store food. Spacious enough so everyone felt comfortable all the time. Beach not too far that a short bike ride or walk didn’t fix. The property was maintained well. Had a couple small issues but Susan was extremely responsive.

It’s actually a 6 minutes walk to the beach if you’re in a little hurry :-) The house is very comfortable, fully equipped with a beautiful view on the baynard cove canal. Very nice pool and patio area (which requires daily maintenance due to trees and leaves). Mark and Sarah have been super responsive and helpful. Just wish a couple of (minor) details had been proactively addressed ahead of our arrival. All in all, it’s been a fantastic experience on a gem of an island.

Great Vacation Home!

This house was a fantastic getaway for three couples and 3 children. The location was amazing, right on Baynard Cove and such an easy/short walk to the beach. The pool was also great and we used it every day - the kids loved it! I would recommend this house highly to anyone looking for a great beach getaway to Hilton Head!

House was open and plenty of room to spread out and overall great property. Location on Baynard Cove with dock and kayaks was fantastic. Very peaceful and easy bike ride to everywhere on island, including beach. Had amazing weather. Mark and Susan were super responsive and easy to work with when we had minor issues with a TV and the pool. Two couples and three kids never felt crowded and kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of storage options. Dock will accommodate small boat or jet ski, but be sure to check with Sea Pines about getting thru gate with a boat and also keep a close eye on tides. It's about a 15 minute ride w/ no wake out to the sound. Tons of birds and of course dolphins out on Calibogue. Can't wait to go back.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our group of 4 adults and 3 small children. The dock was an added bonus and provided hours of crabbing and fishing fun.
