The house was exactly as pictured—very clean, beautifully organized, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed: plates, glasses, pots, pans, containers, and more. Beach towels were large and soft, and the showers were amazing. Beds were super comfy, and access to the beach through the clubhouse was so convenient—no need to leave the complex. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly environment where we truly felt at home. The only downside was arriving at night—the area is poorly lit and the house numbers aren’t illuminated, which made it hard to find. Also, the AC was off when we arrived, and the thermostat read 88°F inside. It took most of the night to cool down. Still, the host responded quickly and kindly, and we appreciated the support. Highly recommended.

This place exceeded our expectations. The space had everything we needed for our week long stay. Clean and well decorated (minimal) which I love. It feels like you’re tucked away but everything is conveniently nearby. Pool is steps away and beach is about a 15 minute walk. Coligny Plaza is less than a 10 min drive. We rented bicycles, which were dropped off and picked up right outside. I would definitely rent this exact place again.

The condo was beautifully refinished, with a modern kitchen, LVP flooring, nice furniture, and many new fixtures/fresh paint. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything from cutting boards to pots and pans. The entire home was extremely clean, and arrival/check-in was pretty easy (though did require stopping at a separate office about 1.5 miles away before going to the unit itself). The location was awesome, being a 15 minute walk from the beach and in the heart of Shipyard, with close access to all of the best restaurants/activities. Host2Coast was responsive and helpful with the few issues we had! The only main negative was that the temperature control was a bit wonky. A couple of the upstairs bedrooms had old windows that were extremely leaky, and keeping them cool during the day required adjusting most of the registers in the condo. That said, the A/C worked extremely well once the registers were adjusted.

The property was great. The location was perfect for us, and the unit was in excellent condition. We rented bikes and a flatbed bike trailer, and it was just a 5-minute ride to the beach club. The only minor issue was that the AC struggled to keep the upstairs as cool as the downstairs. It worked, but it could use a bit more power. That said, it wouldn't prevent me from renting the same unit again! I also want to acknowledge the property management company, Host2Cost. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. My daughter left a necklace, and they tracked it down for us on July 4th. It was very much appreciated.

Our group of 5 had a nice time here. The place was more spacious than we expected, great location (less than a minute to pool, less than 5 min drive to beach or 20 min walk), and the welcome bag was a nice touch.

It is a beautiful condo with lovely furnishings and amenities. The view out of the sliding doors was a very pretty green space. A short walk took us to the heated pool, while small it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
