Villa was well stocked with essentials. Dishwasher and washing machine detergent was missing but one call to Host2Coast took care of the problem.Balcony provided a great view of sunset sky and wildlife.Floors could use a good scrubbing -not just mopping.Villa is a little dated and could use some sprucing up Otherwise, great location. Host2Coast are terrific property managers, too

The view of the sound, the close proximity of the beach, the food and nightlife of South Beach and Harbortown make the location ourstanding. No convenience or detail was spared in the outfitting of the unit from comfortable furnishings to kitchen tools and appliances to puzzles and playing cards. Loved!!

We loved the villa. It was a great location to the trolley and had a beautiful view. The villa was well equipped and the Hostess bag was the best!!! My only drawback was the mattress in the master. It was very hard and not comfortable. I guess I’m just use to a pillow top mattress. Otherwise we loved everything else about it!!!!!

We loved the villa. It was a great location to the trolley and had a beautiful view. The villa was well equipped and the Hostess bag was the best!!! My only drawback was the mattress in the master. Host2coast has to be one of the best property management companies we have dealt with in coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years. Villa was well - appointed; had everything we needed and more The only comments were there were no tissues and the top of the refrigerator needed a good cleaning (I am very tall 🙂). Great place for a couple to get away from it all. Balcony provided a great water and sunset view.

This property was in an amazing location and very clean. I could walk to the Salty Dog Cafe in 2 minutes and the beach in 2-3 minutes as well. I could even see the ocean from my room…I highly recommend staying here

My daughter and I spent several days at Bluff Villas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The villa was well-furnished, clean and comfortable. There were a lot of jellyfish on the shore which made it challenging when taking a walk on the beach. My only suggestion is to upgrade the tv so that streaming is available. Hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay! The Location was good both close to pool and beach. Updated nicely but not with the best products but still nice. We did feel like the cleaning crew missed a few things especially the floor, I had to re sweep. Agency was slow to respond on a few things but did respond quickly when our toilet was broken.. Please note that the use of the pool is not included. This was clear on the description but since the pool was listed as an amenity when doing a search and an amenity fee was charged in the total price, I do feel that it should have been included in the total cost. We would stay here again but without expecting to go to the pool.

We had a wonderful stay here! We loved being in the Sea Pines community. It was beautiful and definitely had a resort feel that just made you feel relaxed. The condo was just as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean through the pines. It was a quick walk to the beach and wow what a spot on the beach it was. This side of the island doesn’t have the large open shoreline but it had warmer waters and we saw dolphins every day while at the beach. In the condo we had plenty of room for our family of 4. It had all the amenities we needed. It was missing a few kitchen items such as a measuring cup and a baking sheet but we got creative and made it work. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed on Hilton Head many times before and several times in various Bluff Villa units. The view from this unit was breathtaking overlooking the path to the ocean and being able to see the ocean in the distance. The unit was the perfect size for two. Kitchen layout was unique and spacious. It was a fabulous visit. We would stay again!

This property is way better than the photos! The location was perfect. We were a walk away from Salty Dog cafe and the beach cove to watch the sunset. We rented bikes and rode them to beach marker 15 to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. The cleanliness of the property was amazing. I was amazed how great this place was. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!!

The property was super clean (and I’m a clean freak). Even the balcony was immaculate. We very much loved the area - directly across street from beach where I could walk and ride my bike every morning and then enjoy the afternoons/evenings there as well. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants. We Weill definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location. Wife and I enjoyed a babymoon here. WALK to beach, WALK to Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. Beautiful sunsets from balcony OR beach. Clean property, easy parking. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a great spot to hang. The villa is clean and the kitchen is fairly well stocked. South Beach has a lot to offer. . . easy access to the beach (great for bike riding and star gazing at night!)

We loved the property, it is so close to everything you need! We had breakfast every day at the Salty Dog Café, we rode bikes to the beach. We spent a little while at the pool, the property was everything we hoped! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our week .. short walk to the beach. Very clean condo., well stocked kitchen (but no pasta strainer) , comfortable reclining chairs in the living room . Intermittent internet , last 2 days it didn’t function. We will stay here again!

The view from the balcony is beautiful. The area is quiet. This section of the condos is our favorite area to stay in. Close to beach.

We loved our stay in South Beach. We hit spring break traffic along the way and Linda was more than accommodating with our late check-in. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was comfy. Can't beat that balcony view! Thanks, too, for the pool passes and discount for a bike rental. We'd love to come back again next year.

This property is way better than the photos! The location was perfect. We were a walk away from Salty Dog cafe and the beach cove to watch the sunset. We rented bikes and rode them to beach marker 15 to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. The cleanliness of the property was amazing. I was amazed how great this place was. Can't wait to come back! Very pleased with Host2coast. We were pleasantly surprised with welcome package, environmentally conscious supplies and overall experience. We've been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and have to say that this has been the best property management company we have dealt with. <br/>Bluff Villas is a great location -away from the craziness of the main Sea Pines Beach club.<br/>Plenty to do, see and grab chill out time.

Very nice area. The island is so beautiful. There is so much to do and explore. A little confusing if you haven't vacationed on Hilton Head Island …. We had a wonderful stay here! We loved being in the Sea Pines community. It was beautiful and definitely had a resort feel that just made you feel relaxed. The condo was just as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean through the pines. It was a quick walk to the beach and wow what a spot on the beach it was. This side of the island doesn't have the large open shoreline but it had warmer waters and we saw dolphins every day while at the beach. In the condo we had plenty of room for our family of 4. It had all the amenities we needed. It was missing a few kitchen items such as a measuring cup and a baking sheet but we got creative and made it work. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again Date of arrival - June 3, 2022

We have stayed here twice before. Perfect for us! The only thing I need to mention is that the shower drain is slow. I did try to plunge it but didn't seem to make a difference. It would be nice if that was corrected before we return next year.

We love it here and everything is wonderful (especially the view!) Of the 3 times we have stayed here we only have one complaint and it was just this last visit. The mattress cover and fitted sheet do not fit this mattress (or the elastic is shot) and every time we rolled over we would have a lump of bedding. We'll be back but this needs correction. Thanks host2coact!
