1736 Bluff Villa is a lovely updated two-bedroom two bath villa in South Beach. Situated between the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove, you are just steps from the beach!! This villa has beautiful wood plank tile throughout and a newly updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare snacks for the beach, morning coffee, or a delectable meal to enjoy at the dining table. The sliding doors in the living area let the light in and the open living space has comfy cozy furnishings just perfect for relaxing with a good book or hosting movie or game night! The entryway gives you a nice place to store beach gear out of site, and there's a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
South Beach Marina is nearby for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.
After a day at the beach or exploring the Island, you'll love having comfy cozy sleeping accommodations. We had a very good vacation at 1736 Bluff Villas and like the unit very much. One suggestion would be to replace the glass table in the living room or have the edges marked in such a way as to see it more easily. It is hard to see and is a scratch hazard. But, we would rent this property again.

Comfortable, clean, nicely equipped condo. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels etc. it was nice to be close to the ocean for walks on the beach and lots of dolphins. Would suggest to owner that beach chairs are old and television should be replaced with smart tv. Host2coast was exceptional with check in and communication

We love Bluff Villas due to the proximity to both the Calibogue Sound (surf fishing) and the South Beach Marina. Sure, it's a bit of a drive (or bike ride) to other amenities, but if you want a peaceful spot at the southern point of the island, Bluff Villas is a great option. We have now stayed in Bluff Villas on four occasions, and all have been great! This unit was no exception, and it is obvious that it is well managed by Host2Coast. The only thing missing was a pool, which was available for an extra fee and had limited hours. Other than that, this is a really nice unit in a great spot!

The rental was great!<br/><br/>Pros: Excellent location - close to Harbor town, a walk to the beach. In Sea Pines which is a lovely area to stay. Very spacious villa for our family of four. Well equipped. Didn’t use kitchen much except for breakfast. <br/>Would definitely use host2coast against; they were great. 1736 Bluff will be a go to for us when we’re in HH.<br/><br/>Cons: Not many and these can be easily remedied. Light fixture in master bath - shower area is very dull and makes it difficult to use shower, since you can’t see. Some walls need a wiping or quick paint touch up. Coffee mugs are chipped and badly stained, need replacing. These cons are definitely not a deal breaker but if addressed will enhance overall experience.

Location can’t be beat - directly across from beach access and next to salty dog shops. Condo was cute, updated and overall clean. Property company was very helpful and included a few of the starter things needed (dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc). We had a great weekend in sea pines! <br/><br/>Suggestion: new blinds in bedrooms and we were surprised there was no outdoor grill.
