1736 Bluff Villas

The overall location was nice but the beach was lacking as far as this property being on the Sound and not actually being the ocean. I didn't remember seeing that conveyed.

Love staying at Bliff Villas in Sea Pines! It’s such a peaceful and quiet part of the island. The villa was very clean and well cared for. We felt like it was a perfect home away from home. This was our 2nd time renting thru Host2Coast and they go over and above to make vacation time perfect in every way!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very spacious, with lovely furnishings and flooring. We loved the privacy and trees in Sea Pines, but were a little disappointed with the small Sound beach and had to travel to get to South Beach. Close to the shops and restaurants of the Village- this is where the pool is located (about a 10 min walk from the villa).
The address provided does not take you to the correct address and the building numbers are small. Our grocery order was delivered to the wrong location late at night due to this.
You must download a third party app to learn that you have to stop at an office nowhere near the villa to pick up a parking pass. The pool is a community pool that costs $85 for the week. The couch folds out to make a bed allowing for more guests. The primary bed and bath were very nice, though the secondary would benefit from adding two full beds and a larger dresser, and updating the shower fixtures. The kitchen has the basics, but needs new pans.

Perfect for a short getaway to the RBC Heritage. Walking distance to South Beach/Salty Dog and the beach of Calibogue Sound, with a tournament trolley stop right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, quiet, clean and had everything we needed! It's right next to the Salty Dog marina area, so kids were able to walk in the evening for ice cream, and everything else was accessible by bike. The AC wasn't working, but Host2Coast got an HVAC person in to replace something, and checked in on us consistently to make sure we were good.

We absolutely loved this villa. Very clean, beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen with all the necessities needed to prepare meals. The open floor plan and comfy furnishings made our time inside extremely enjoyable and relaxing. The location is close to everything we love about the island. The rental was great!<br/><br/>Pros: Excellent location - close to Harbor town, a walk to the beach. In Sea Pines which is a lovely area to stay. Very spacious villa for our family of four. Well equipped. Didn&#x2019;t use kitchen much except for breakfast. <br/>Would definitely use host2coast against; they were great. 1736 Bluff will be a go to for us when we&#x2019;re in HH.<br/><br/>Cons: Not many and these can be easily remedied. Light fixture in master bath - shower area is very dull and makes it difficult to use shower, since you can&#x2019;t see. Some walls need a wiping or quick paint touch up. Coffee mugs are chipped and badly stained, need replacing. These cons are definitely not a deal breaker but if addressed will enhance overall experience.

Location can&#x2019;t be beat - directly across from beach access and next to salty dog shops. Condo was cute, updated and overall clean. Property company was very helpful and included a few of the starter things needed (dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc). We had a great weekend in sea pines! <br/><br/>Suggestion: new blinds in bedrooms and we were surprised there was no outdoor grill.

We just spent the month of February, 2022 in 1736 Bluff Villa. We were very impressed with the various upgrades and the EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS through out.. The kitchen was well stocked, new washer and dryer. The living room has new very comfortable furniture . Internet service and Wifi were strong in the entire villa.<br/>Master bedroom decor was pretty and the mattress was very comfortable. A very enjoyable experience!!<br/>Would love to go back.<br/>

Good location. Well equipped kitchen. Basic functional furnishings. Master bed very comfortable. Twin beds in second bedroom uncomfortable for an adult- only usable for small children. TV only basic cable- ROKU would be a nice addition. Living room furniture very comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay.
