1753 Bluff Villas

Great location, well stocked and comfy condo. Probably our favorite place we've stayed in HHI! We had a ball even if the weather didn't cooperate, and would stay here again!

Condo was great. Great location. King bed was a bit firm, so we ended up sleeping in the twin size beds. Owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant, beach toys, towels, chairs,shade and cooler were all provided. I would suggest perhaps reuseable ice packs for the cooler to keep drinks cold. We don't have anything negative to say at all. It was great.

This villa was the perfect setting for the RBC golf tournament. When not spectating at the course, I had a spectacular view of Harbor Town and the lighthouse from the patio.The villa is quite nice. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. And the owners have left plenty of extras to enjoy while you’re relaxing at the villa.

We loved this condo and it was perfect for me and my two sisters. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and well stocked and the looked new. We had trouble figuring our washer and dryer but we are all seniors citizens. We loved that it was on the ground level. We would love to stay here again😊

I wanted special time with my granddaughter and her classmate. The condo was clean, extremely well stocked and the sleeping arrangements exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property to small groups of no more than 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped for any needs. LOVED IT!

To keep it short and sweet, it was a fantastic trip to HHI and my first time staying in Sea Pines.My only complaint is the and this has nothing to do with the property/owner but the community pool could use some work and some cleaning. The villa was great and they have thought of everything for you. We will definitely be back next year!!! The location is great.

We loved everything from the 2 minute walk to the beach and Salty Dog to the tub of beach toys, including a beach wagon! Everything was so clean and better than expected!

The villa at 1753 was perfect for our needs; close to the wedding events, lovely view, and very quiet. While we largely used the kitchen for morning coffee, it was quite well stocked. And having already spent some days in Savannah, it was nice to have the washer/dryer for our use. I highly recommend this villa.

Everything was absolutely perfect — from the fresh flower to the view, and all the small things in between. Plenty of space in this condo within Sea Pines resort. The pantries have various spices and baking items but there were no items in the refrigerator (such as ketchup, mustard, etc) - but that’s ok with us. Plenty of pots, pans, plates and silverware stocked throughout kitchen. There is a drip coffee machine and a Keurig style coffee machine (I thoroughly deep cleaned because it looked a bit dirty, in my opinion). There was a new bar of soap but the body wash seemed to have been “left overs” from prior guests. There was no shampoo provided. Dishwasher and laundry packets are provided. Plenty of beach towels and a nice selection of beach toys (wagon, buckets, boogie boards, balls). The master bed is rather firm.
Within a 5 min walk to the Calibogue Sound (which is just like the beach ?) and you can walk to Salty Dog’s Cafe in less than 10 minutes. Sea Pines has plenty of amenities too - you’re less than about 8 minutes to tennis courts, 15 minutes to the Lighthouse (by car) and varying distances to golf courses. You can have your bike delivered to the condo — you can truly bike almost all places in the resort. The nearest star bucks is about 15 mins away outside the resort.
We will definitely keep this location on our list of options for HHI.

The host really thought of everything when it comes to this condo. Bottles of wine available for guests, full kitchen and coffee bar, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs a wagon and all the beach toys kids could need we’re also available. This was a great condo. Everything was as described. The walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, secluded area away from traffic and busy areas. Twin beds were much more comfortable than the king bed which was pretty firm. Hosts had thought of everything... beach chairs, beach toys, shade, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to ride to the beach! Also close enough to walk to the Salty Dog restaurant. Very clean place and was well stocked. There is extra beach chairs and sand toys in the dining room closet and extra beach towels in the large bathroom closet if you need extras.

This was perfect for our family. It was the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve ever seen. Couldn’t beat eating on the patio with views of the lighthouse and so many birds. 2 min walk to the beach and so nice there was a beach wagon along with toys and chairs to use. Our daughter loved the stuffed animals in the living room and getting ice cream from Salty Dog (5 min walk). Can’t wait to go back!
