For your added convenience, there is a laundry closet should you need to freshen up your beachwear. This 1st-floor villa also has a lovely private patio perfect for enjoying outdoor dining, morning coffee, or snacks.
South Beach Marina is nearby for shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Also, available with this home is access to the Harbour Town Pool! The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame and Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

To keep it short and sweet, it was a fantastic trip to HHI and my first time staying in Sea Pines.My only complaint is the and this has nothing to do with the property/owner but the community pool could use some work and some cleaning. The villa was great and they have thought of everything for you. We will definitely be back next year!!! The location is great.

This was perfect for our family. It was the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve ever seen. Couldn’t beat eating on the patio with views of the lighthouse and so many birds. 2 min walk to the beach and so nice there was a beach wagon along with toys and chairs to use. Our daughter loved the stuffed animals in the living room and getting ice cream from Salty Dog (5 min walk). Can’t wait to go back!

We were visiting Hilton Head for the first time, from California, to attend a Sea Pines wedding. The villa at 1753 was perfect for our needs; close to the wedding events, lovely view, and very quiet. While we largely used the kitchen for morning coffee, it was quite well stocked. And having already spent some days in Savannah, it was nice to have the washer/dryer for our use. I highly recommend this villa.

Condo was great. Great location. King bed was a bit firm, so we ended up sleeping in the twin size beds. Owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant, beach toys, towels, chairs,shade and cooler were all provided. I would suggest perhaps reuseable ice packs for the cooler to keep drinks cold. We don't have anything negative to say at all. It was great.

This was a great condo. Everything was as described. The walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, secluded area away from traffic and busy areas. Twin beds were much more comfortable than the king bed which was pretty firm. Hosts had thought of everything... beach chairs, beach toys, shade, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The host really thought of everything when it comes to this condo. Bottles of wine available for guests, full kitchen and coffee bar, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs a wagon and all the beach toys kids could need we’re also available.
