The unit was great. Location is fantastic: walking distance to Salty Dog Cafe so a short walk to any meal we did not feel like cooking. Weather was 70's all week. Rented bikes=a must if you can ride; helps with convenience and exercise.

This was a great rental for a long weekend. The kitchen was sufficient but not for a lot of cooking, just the basics. The property was clean and decorated but out dated. Being a third floor walk up and having the AC locked at 70 as the lowest temperature was trying in the hot Hilton head weather. We enjoyed our stay as a place to sleep and have breakfast. The property managers were amazing to work with!

Wonderful villa! Spacious, clean, excellent location, everything we wanted in a quiet, relaxing family vacation. Room temp was awesome! Scorching hot outside, cool inside! Beds are temperpedic - love it or hate it (as all temperpedics)...personally I loved it. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great for those saving money and eating in. Balcony views were fantastic. We will absolutely stay here again. Few things to note - not as a complaint, just to be aware: 1. The only thing truly included with the villa is the pool and beach club. Expect to have to use trolly as parking is never available for villa guests. Everything else is extra (fitness center is $16 per day per person, tennis courts are $30 per hour, etc) 2. Master bath shower is NOT made for taller/larger people. The shower head is tall, but there was zero space for a 6’ tall person to bend over to shave, no ledge for foot, etc. So prepare to use the second bathroom if you are tall or large. 3. The location is fantastic! But it’s at “lands end”, so prepare to drive 15-20 minutes to get to the sea pines gate and do things on the rest of the island. This did not bother us at all. We loved the drive. But if you want short trips to coligny or north end etc, you won’t get that here. 4. This is on the top floor with no elevators. Be prepared to walk steps for groceries, loading and unloading car, etc. All that said, again, we absolutely loved it. If you are ok with what i just noted, you will be very happy with this place as your vacation “home”. We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Our family had an amazing experience at this Sea Pines villa. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. There was more than enough room and storage for our family of 4. Everything was well maintained and very clean. The balcony provided a great view of the lighthouse and boats and the girls loved the bunkbeds. The location provided easy walking access to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. Just make sure you note that the closest beach access is actually on the inlet. If you want open ocean waters it just a quick bike ride down the road or a trolly ride to the beach club. A big thank you to the owners and Relax Rentals for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and location. Everything was spotless (and I'm a neat freak) and fresh. Being steps away from the ocean AND pool were fabulous. The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect relaxing spot for our family of four. Will definitely be back!

The unit was very comfortably furnished with excellent views and plenty of towels! Management company was quick to bring over a drip coffee maker when we realized there was just a Keurig. Enjoyed the single floor living very much. Super convenient to marina and shops. The cabinet full of games was a nice touch.

The decor was beautiful and the ample beds were a bonus for our teens! The TV was nice and big and the living room sofa very comfy. The porch had a great view with great adirondacks. Had an issue w toilet and was resolved right away. Highly recommend this condo. Great vacay!

This place is in perfect location and very nicely decorated. We would stay again due to location and view. A few minor things that could be improved. The master tv had volume that continuously went real loud to silent making it not useable. The master bathroom is very tiny and difficult for even small people to move around in it. I should also add that there is one full time resident who makes it her mission to find cars without parking passes to tow. My son caught her with a step stool looking in our window to check pass. We had one of course. The parking lot was not full at all either and it was relatively quiet all week. Just sad someone is out to ruin someone’s day. The rest of neighbors were lovely and could not be nicer!

We enjoyed our time at this condo and worked well for us. Positives included: proximity to beach, view from balcony Points of note: slow draining shower (notified maintenance so I'm sure this will be fixed quickly), mattresses are very firm, channel guide for TV would be great (perhaps there was one but we didn't see it) Also, fact that you have to wash the Relax Rentals bath towels but not other towels is a bit annoying

Beautiful condo at wonderful location. Just a walk across the parking lot to the Salty Dog Complex, and in the other direction, the Beach. Loved the view that greeted us each day as we opened the blinds. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only problem was the clerk at the Sea Pines entry, regarding passes. But Lucy Atherton was so very helpful and quick to handle this issue. Would recommend and definitely return!

The floors were not clean and we had hair clogging the drain in the master shower upon move in. Rug in family room needs cleaning Small 5 cup coffee pot. Otherwise was a great place to stay.

Great beach access, right across the street. We enjoyed the community pool also, very close. The condo was perfect for 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. Great view from the balcony just like the listing said. Amazing sunsets on the beach too. Great area to ride bikes. You are all the way at “the toe” in Sea Pines, so walking/bike riding to shopping/dining options takes awhile. You have to use your car a lot more. Loved being next to Salty Dog Cafe

The property is beautiful and very clean! Temperature was perfect during a very hot week! Communication was excellent as well. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed access to the south beach pool. As noted in other reviews, the nearest beach is on an inlet and the water gets deep quickly. Having young kids, we chose to bike to beaches closer to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This was completely fine with us, but something to consider. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location in South Beach. Wonderful view of the Harbor Town lighthouse, a short walk across the street to the beach on Claiboque Sound, a short walk to the Salty Dog and shops! The property was clean and well-maintained and decorated for a beachy vibe. We had everything we needed. Will definitely look for this property first for our next HH vacation.

Perfect place! Beautifully updated and sparkling clean, probably one of the best kept places we've stayed! Wonderful location in South Beach, right next to Salty Dog - we walked over to dinner 2 nights of our stay. Beach is a quick walk across the street on the sound - great part of the beach/ocean for family and kids. Great place and we hope to stay again very soon!
