The house in the 14th green was magnificent for our group. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here and dealing with Host 2 coast was a pleasure!

The photos of the home on 18 Turnberry did not do it justice - it was simply incredible and perfect for our families. The layout allowed for the kids and adults to have their separate spaces and the main floor gave us all the living space we could ask for. The kitchen was very well appointed and island range kept the “chefs” engaged with the rest of the house at meal times. And the multitude of refrigerators made for easy storage of all our f&b items. Having a billiards area on the main floor also kept everyone hanging out together at all times of the day. The location is very quiet and with minimal traffic (aside from the crew on the golf course)! That said - it was still easy to get to the beach club, Harbour Town, and South Beach by car or bike. The house is definitely at the top of our list next time we’re in Sea Pines.

The location and floor plan of this home was perfect for our large family's annual summer vacation at the beach, and the homeowners seem to have thought about all that is needed for a fun time. It is a very private spot with p golf course views, and the private pool was fun for everyone. The management company is the best we have ever experienced! They are easy to communicate with, very responsive and seem to truly care about their guests. Getting to the beach club takes a bit of planning but is convenient enough and once you are there is beautiful.

Beautiful house, super clean, nice amenities, pool very clean, host very responsive.. we had a minor issue and the fixed within 5 hours.. location was great… easy drive to the beach shuttle… my only wish was that they had more skylights at the pool .. don’t expect to be able to get a tan there.. but did have sun areas.. would stay again.. we were a party of 8

House is exactly how it looks in photos and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. We went in november so the pool was as a bit chilly so we opted in to pay for the heated pool/spa and that was so worth it. It heated up fast.

Management company was great! Had trouble with spa heat. Easy check in check out. Had problems with MBR on first floors shower either being scalding or cold. We just used a different shower. Also upstairs Master bath fan is not working. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you could ever need.

Lovely BIG house on the 14th green! You can encourage the golfers or watch the concentration for each stroke. Nicely appointed kitchen, plenty of places for board games, extra pool towels, even a convenient office! We had very responsive help for a WiFi connection problem and got it solved quickly. Thank you so much for an amazing property!!!! My entire family - 13 of us, ranging from 71 all the way down to 2 years old - totally enjoyed our stay!! The house is so spacious and the layout was perfect! Four kids were in the bunk rooms, away from the other bedrooms, which made for a perfect setup for them to enjoy and the little one, was in the other bunk room all by himself which was great for his afternoon naps! But above all - the pool was the winner !!! The kids loved to get up and go directly in the pool or come back from a day out in the heat and jump in and play! One day I think they spent 5 hours it in!!! We already talked about future vacations at the house so we hope to be repeat vacationers again soon!!! Thanks for everything! The staff was great to work with, they answered all our questions in a timely fashion and made for an easy check in and out. One thing to note - I had asked about a Pak and Play and high chair which we were going to rent but decided not to afterall - when we got to the house, both were there already! So just wanted you to know that the house does have both available for those asking in the future. Only thing missing were the beach towels - but no issue - we brought our own so we managed just fine. Everything was top notch - thanks for making our family vacation very memorable by providing the best type of property for our needs!!! Hopefully see you again in the near future!!!!

We spent 7 days at this rental. We loved the privacy of the home, our individual spaces, and large community spaces, and the pool. Host 2 coast was very responsive to my calls. The home does need some attention-dishwasher tips and is not secured, pool heater broke last 2 days We were there, no pizza cutter in kitchen, master bath shower head screw came out,etc. Overall we had a great stay. But would recommend the owners do some repairs. Did see 2 roaches in the home during our stay as well.

Our family consisted of 9 people total staying in the home. The home has so much to offer for everybody. We had 3 small grandchildren with us so the swimming pool and whirlpool were their domain when we were not exploring Hilton Head Island. For the Adults, there is so much room to go find a quiet place to read, relax or conduct business remotely. As other reviewer have said, being on the 14th green of Harbour Town Golf Links, it is fun to sit on the patio and watch the golfers do their thing. My sons and I watched for hours during the week just relaxing with no cares in the world!There are numerous bedrooms with their own private baths, all beautiful. The one suggestion I would have is to have a pull down handheld unit in each of the bathrooms. There are no removable handheld units in any of the bath/shower areas.The kitchen is HUGE with pretty much everything you need included. I think there are like 4 refrigerators in the house so plenty of room for a huge group to store food and drinks. A couple of weeks before you arrive, you can download their app on your phone which provides details of your arrival, departure, door access code and other pertinent information. That was a really nice feature to have.I could go on and on bragging about 18 Turnberry Lane but short and sweet this property is amazing for a large group. We had so much fun staying here and the location is fabulous! I can't recommend it enough and we will definitely be coming back again! The house and accommodations were great. Easy bike ride to the beach or Harbor Town. The only downside this year was an early setup to the Heritage Golf tourney that closed down the main access road to the house. This was the second time that we had rented this property.

Our family had a great time staying at 18 Turnberry Lane. The home fit our family perfectly and with 2 small children they loved the bunk room and made it their play room as well. We certainly enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck area and looking across the beautiful golf course. We had a few minor issues with the home and following our return trip home I called the management company and gave them the information they would need to make some repairs. They were very appreciative for the info. Our reservation and planning process was very easy and simple. We rented bikes and rode those to so many places and that was very convenient. We had great food all week, many things for the children to do, caught fish (whiting, sting rays, 2 sharks while on a 1/2 day charter in the Intercoastal Waterway and also a great time in the pool at the home. All in all a great family vacation in this home.

Home worked great for our family with each having their own rooms and bathrooms. The little ones enjoyed the bunk room and having so much room to play inside and out. We also enjoyed the heated pool in the evenings and the home made great memories of all the family being together. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching all the golfers come through. Don't forget to bring the bug spray-you definitely need that at Hilton Head Island.

18 Turnberry Lane is beautiful! Our first time in Hilton Head was amazing with our large family. This house is a gem and you won't regret booking! Located in Sea Pines and overlooking the 14th green of Harbour Town Links, we loved watching golf on the par 3 hole and walking the course before the first tee times. Our family had more than enough room in this sprawling house. We took advantage of bike rentals and used the expansive trails in Sea Pines for biking and walking. The house is a little less than 2 miles to the beach, but easy to get to and from via car or bike. The covered pool and spa were great. The only issue we had is that we missed the information regarding that the pool and spa are heated separately. Also, there was no thermometer in the pool either to show what the current temperature was. This would be a nice addition to add. The house could use minor improvements on appliances however this should not deter booking! The house and Host2Coast were wonderful!

The house is lovely and well appointed, and we would stay there again. You might choose to add towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bath, and also repair the fan in that bath. Could use more light in the upstairs closet. Also a hand rail for the spa steps could be useful.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home for the week - plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of seating for eating/dinners and relaxing. The large kitchen was stocked well and made it easy to prepare meals at home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and with it being covered we didn’t have to worry about sunscreen etc. Property mgmt was extremely responsive - would definitely stay here again!

The house is wonderful. We rented bikes and it was easy to bike to the beach, plantation ruins, and explore the neighborhood. The driveway ends in a golfing waterway so the grandchildren (ages2-10) could watch egrets, and alligators. There were also deer and armadillos in the yard. The children’s bunk room was a special retreat for sleeping, playing and watching television. The spacious kitchen made meal prep easy and there was ample space for food and drink storage inside the house and in the pool kitchen. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom and the bedrooms were spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family and I loved staying in this home. It's a perfect layout for several adults/couples and some kids. We stayed in mostly and enjoyed the pool, the pool table (!!) and watching all the gofers at the difficult 14th hole of the golf course. It is difficult for a large group here to walk to the beach as the trails are used by a lot of bikers making it dangerous, so unless it was just one or two of us going we had to take a car. The management company is very responsive when we had issues. Overall a terrific experience.

The house is stocked with everything you need plenty dishes, glassware, 2 refrigerators, and large ice maker. We all enjoyed watching the golfers on the beautiful course. We very much enjoyed staying here! The layout of the home was spacious in the common areas. The office space was tucked away from the main areas to allow privacy but still with large windows and a great golf course view. The bedrooms being in separate sections allowed us to spread out as needed. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We appreciated that the pool was covered and screened in, great protection from the sun and mosquitoes for the little ones in our group! The property managers were extremely helpful and courteous. We discovered that we had left some dresses in a closet and on calling back, we were able to have them retrieved and sent back to us! We accessed the beach one day through the beach club, which has some parking and also reachable by bikes or the beach trolley. Another day, we dropped off our crew at beach path #23 and the driver then went back to the house and biked over to join the group.

This house was absolutely awesome. Very clean and well equipped. The pool and spa are beautiful and big. Bedrooms are big and they each have their own bathroom with showers. Plenty of couches and seating. Seating outside to see the golf course. We had ten people in the house with no problems. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We had 3 generations thoroughly enjoy this beautiful home! There was more than enough space for the 10 of us with wonderful spacious common areas. All 4 families had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were very happy with the cleanliness inside and only had to sweep porches due to a recent storm. The kitchen lacked nothing and we cooked most nights. We noticed the ice maker wasn’t working the first day and a representative called us before I even had a chance to call them. Couldn’t get it fixed so they provided bagged ice which was really nice. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun and a nice size. We also enjoyed watching the golfers at the 14th hole. Definitely recommend this house!

Perfect house for two families. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. The house is well designed with several sitting rooms overlooking the 14th green, leaving you plenty of space to spread out. There is even a beautiful view from the office area upstairs . The kids really enjoyed having their own sleeping and living room area. It was a nice escape for them after a day at the beach, which was a beautiful and shady bike ride away. You can also drive and park your car to the Sea Pines Beach Club if you go early enough. We also enjoyed grilling and swimming in the enclosed pool area during the late afternoons, Bug Free !! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated having some staples already in the pantry when we arrived. Our most favorite part of the trip was probably the nighlty bike rides to Harbour Town for ice cream, playground, shopping, and watching Gregg Russell - only a quick 5 minute bike ride away . Overall, the house exceeded our expectations, is nicely decorated and was very clean upon arrival. We loved having all that space for two families and will definitely be back !

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this property! Mark and Susan were very helpful and ready to assist whenever we needed it - even on Christmas Eve! The home was very spacious and perfect for our large group to enjoy the Holiday week. The kitchen is well equipped to make anything you please, which was great for all of our meals. We enjoyed the large pool and spa. The location is serene and beautiful and easily accessible to explore the entire island. We certainly will be back the next time we visit Hilton Head!

We stayed a week in 18 Turnberry Lane, Sea Pines. Thehouse was incredible! There were four couples, three of whom had never meteach other and the house afforded many opportunities to spread out and evenmore importantly to come together. Sunrises in the morning sun room, eveningconversations by the fireplace and comfortable rooms to retire to each night! The kitchen was very well appointed and we didn't lack any utensil! Thebeverage island was really nice to have a separate space to gather everyone.We all enjoyed the views from the patio while overlooking the 14th hole.Everyone enjoyed it so much, we are going to try to come back again, withanother couple next year. The service was great, the house upon arrival wasbeautiful. Mark met us at the door and gave us a tour on how the spa worked. Every contact we had with Host2coast was extremely positive. We all lookforward to doing it again!

We stayed 7 days in April 2023 and had an incredible vacation with our family. Our family consisted of 9 people total staying in the home. The home has so much to offer for everybody. We had 3 small grandchildren with us so the swimming pool and whirlpool were their domain when we were not exploring Hilton Head Island. For the Adults, there is so much room to go find a quiet place to read, relax or conduct business remotely. <br/><br/>As other reviewer have said, being on the 14th green of Harbour Town Golf Links, it is fun to sit on the patio and watch the golfers do their thing. My sons and I watched for hours during the week just relaxing with no cares in the world!<br/><br/>There are numerous bedrooms with their own private baths, all beautiful. The one suggestion I would have is to have a pull down handheld unit in each of the bathrooms. There are no removable handheld units in any of the bath/shower areas.<br/><br/>The kitchen is HUGE with pretty much everything you need included. I think there are like 4 refrigerators in the house so plenty of room for a huge group to store food and drinks. <br/><br/>A couple of weeks before you arrive, you can download their app on your phone which provides details of your arrival, departure, door access code and other pertinent information. That was a really nice feature to have.<br/><br/>I could go on and on bragging about 18 Turnberry Lane but short and sweet this property is amazing for a large group. We had so much fun staying here and the location is fabulous! I can't recommend it enough and we will definitely be coming back again! Thank you Host2coast for a wonderful experience at this property!

The house is wonderful. We rented bikes and it was easy to bike to the beach, plantation ruins, and explore the neighborhood. The driveway ends in a golfing waterway so the grandchildren (ages2-10) could watch egrets, and alligators. There were also deer and armadillos in the yard. The children's bunk room was a special retreat for sleeping, playing and watching television. The spacious kitchen made meal prep easy and there was ample space for food and drink storage inside the house and in the pool kitchen.
