Our visit to Hilton Head was absolutely perfect, and the accommodation at your condo was ideal for our family of six. One of the highlights for us was being on the ground level, which made coming and going so much easier—especially with all of our beach gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the two Adirondack chairs on the back porch; it was a delightful way to start each day. Inside the condo, the amenities were exactly what we needed to get through the week comfortably. The sleeping arrangements were great for our kids, who particularly loved the bunk bed and twin bed combo. The nicely sized laundry room also provided some extra space for our youngest to take naps without being disturbed. Overall, we highly recommend this place and look forward to being back soon!

Again, Host2coast sets the standard for rental companies. Welcome kit in the unit was very appreciated. The unit was clean and a great South Beach location. We experienced a problem getting any of the 3 TVs to work properly. An after hours service call was answered within minutes. The service rep had to configure several settings that prevented the TVs from working. Secondly, was our unit door lock was not working. We followed the printed instructions exactly, and a service call rep showed us what the instructions should have said. He had no explanation why the instructions were provided that had no relationship to our door lock mechanism. Anyway, it was fixed. Although, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the villa to do things we planned to do since we were unable to lock the door while we were away.

This villa is the perfect vacation spot. Great location with the sound and South Beach just steps away. The villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The view from the patio is so peaceful and beautiful. The management company was very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely rent this again.

The property was great and the location was excellent if you love Sea Pines! We rented bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and were all set for riding on the beach and bike paths and going to the beach every day. One negative comment I will say is that the beach closest to the property (actually a lot of Sea Pines beach) was covered with smelly dead jelly fish and straw like seaweed, (bad timing to visit?). We made the best of it by visiting Hilton Head’s public beaches which were far nicer than the Sea Pines Beach (at this time). We biked the Sea Pines beach in the morning, which was good and beautiful, maneuvering around the jelly fish and then in the afternoon on Sea Pines’ excellent bike paths.

We lived our stay at this condo! This is our 6th time to HHI and this condo is high on our favorites list! A great location close to the beach and walking distance to The Salty Dog where you can enjoy food, ice cream and music. Very comfortable place with cozy accents and very nicely decorated, we loved the smart TVs as well! Would stay here again!

Only steps to food and drinks at The Salty Dog and across the street from beach at Calibogue Sound....and THE SUNSETS! The unit has everything you need with an awesome view of South Beach Marina. I especially enjoyed the comfy chair in front of the window - perfect spot for reading even on a rainy day.

We have come to Hilton Head 6 times now and this was by far our favorite condo. It is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home at the beach. Excellent and short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Awesome smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms (they include hand soaps!!). Everything is very comfortable and I loved the walk in closet with washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to add a floor length mirror :) overall we had a wonderful stay!!!

Great stay in a perfect location. Short walking distance to Salty Dog and The Wreck restaurants and the Marina, as well as the south/west side beach. The only thing not perfect, worth noting, were the extremely small single beds in the 2d room. They are only really suitable for children. My daughter is 5’ 3” and her feet hung off the end. Upgrading those beds would make this place PERFECT!

We were playing at a USTA tennis tournament based in South Beach. The property is located with in a 5 minute walk of the courts. An added plus is that it is also located within a 5 minute walk of the beach. Would not recommend unit for people who do not do stairs well, but we had no problems. Unit had everything you needed to make meals in, and was close enough to Sea Pines to eat out at your choice of many good restaurants.

We played at a tennis tournament based out of South Beach. It was a 5 minute walk to the courts, and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are in our 70's and fairly good shape, so the stairs were not an issue for us, but could be for people who do not handle stairs well. Property was clean, has a nice layout, and was very comfortable. Property manager was very good to work with as well. We would stay there again if in a similar situation.

Our family of 3 adults spent 2 weeks over Christmas at this lovely location. This is our second Christmas on Hilton Head and plan to return again and again. We are all able to be very active in Sea Pines with Pickleball, bike riding, beach walking and exploring the area.

Being on the ground floor was so convenient. We spent mornings on the patio over looking the marina and watching the sunrise. Evenings are beautiful and a close walk to restaurants. The description said that this unit has been recently remodeled and the owners did a wonderful job. The living room was very comfortable with plenty of seating and the bedrooms are cozy. We needed nothing-there are beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, etc. Easy to deal with management company was great-easy check in & out. Looking forward to our next visit to 1801 Bluff!

This is a comfortable, spacious, updated villa in a wonderful location a short walk to the Atlantic coast beach (more surf) and a shorter walk to the bay beach just across the street. An added perk is that the marina front deck of one of the Salty Dog restaurants is a short walk across the back yard. During the off season, this restaurant deck is not in use so my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening as music from a local musician wafted across the marina. The manager was very responsive and granted early access when we arrived earlier than anticipated. We will definitely be back to 1801 Bluff Villas!!!!

This included buying a brand new toaster when we found out that our unit didn't have one. They sent a new one to us inside of an hour!!!
