It is all about proximity in South Beach, you are less than five minutes walking to the beach with no crowds, a local dolphin pod and gorgeous sunsets over the Calibogue Sound. Rinse off on your way back at the new shower station located in the center of the complex near the bike storage racks.
Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, this property has been designed with comfortable living in mind. With all new flooring, furniture, wall treatments and lighting, you will notice designer finishes in every room creating a luxurious and relaxing space. The open concept and vaulted ceilings give the great room a spacious feel when hanging with the family, enjoying a movie or game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has ample storage, granite counters and is well stocked for preparing meals at home. The dining room seats four comfortably, with extra room at the breakfast bar. 1816 Bluff Villa suited our group of three adults well. The unit is updated and decorated nicely. My wife and mother-in-law took pictures of the main living areas for future decorating ideas. It was a peaceful and relaxing condo and location. We enjoyed the direct access to the Sea Pines walking paths and beaches. The property description was accurate. The unit was clean. The property management group was professional and responsive.

We had an amazing week in South Beach! This villa was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location to great food, music and the beach. We’re regulars of South Beach so we just felt at home. I will say, this villa was very kid friendly between board games, children’s books and a high chair. The attention to detail is fantastic. Would highly recommend for a small 4 person family. Thanks again for making us feel at home and for the family memories!

I have visited HHI for over 30 years and this was my favorite property yet! We especially enjoyed the proximity to South Beach Marina and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the beach access was ideal and we liked the privacy. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great location within easy walking distance to South Beach Marina and the beach. Condo was nicely decorated and the welcome package provided was a nice touch. The beds were all very comfortable and the condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Also loved the standing desk in the primary bedroom. Good value.

My mother in law died suddenly and was being buried in Hilton Head Island so I had to find accommodations. My daughter had two requirements, a residence near a beach and she found this gem. Been going to HHI for decades, staying in Sea Pines, but never in the South Beach area.
