The Villa was in excellent shape, great location, perfect for a couple or small family. The booking, checking, and checkout process was seamless and smooth. Our one problem was trying to figure out how to use the TVs ( our lack of tech skills). However, we called and someone came over right away and gave us a quick lesson and we were good for the rest of the stay. Would book again without hesitation.

This unit was described accurately, nicely furnished, well equipped, and very clean. It did not lack for anything; amenities were great, location was very good, and we did not have a need to contact the manager during our monthly stay, as everything was in good repair. The welcome gifts were a nice touch and I would definitely recommend and rent this unit again.

The service provided from host2cost was great: communication, check in and everything else was smooth.<br/>The home was in perfect condition: extraordinary clean for a rental and offered everything we needed (towel, kitchen stuff, etc.)<br/>The house was nicely decorated and made us feel home.<br/>7 minutes by bike to the beach and located on home 6 of the golf course, where you could enjoy your meals or drinks on the patio.<br/><br/>Will come back again

We are super satisfied with our stay at this property. Everything was super clean and super well kept. You can tell the condo was taken care of. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas and a lot of children's toys for the beach which was not listed as features. Great quality laundry and drier with enough supplies for washing and plenty of towels. Especially the overall cleanliness made us enjoy our stay. Nice touches with a small welcome surprise and even fresh flowers when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The property was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed having multiple options with TV at night…cable and multiple apps within the Roku platform. It's a short bike ride or car ride to the beach. We enjoyed watching the alligators in the lagoon at breakfast on the patio each morning. Can't wait to get back!!

Very nice decor, very well equiped for all our needs. Wasn't ready to leave. Only complaint was the people above us with young children constantly running. They overflowed the tub, water came through the lights. Tried to reach tenants above, but no answer. Host2coast worked timmediately to remedy the situation.

We just got back from renting this condo. On arrival, the condo was very clean. The host2coast bag, towels, and koozies were a nice touch. We were exhausted on night one and the bedding was amazing. High quality and so comfortable. Our kids are 10, 7, 3 and 4 months. We setup the pack n play in the large master bedroom closet and the kids shared the other room and it was perfect for my kids. Honestly, the best thing was probably the beach pass that we used and came in handy! One thing to note is that they have rental chairs and umbrellas at the shipyard plantation beach so you don't need to buy any! We made the mistake of buying them and then realized you could rent them. Also, down by the beach walkway, there is a pond that had over 50 turtles. It might have been the highlight of the trip! The turtles literally swim right up to the little dock they have. I think they are used to being fed. Also, the little kids really loved waking up everyday and going out to the patio at the condo to look for gators in the back pond. I was nervous at first, but the gators never bothered us and we never ventured outside the patio. Lots of birds and wildlife to see as well. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!

The photos of this condo do not do it justice! It's beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and has AMAZING lagoon & golf course views. It's in a beautifully serene setting. The unit was very well stocked -- any kitchen item you might need all while being uncluttered and welcoming. We vacation frequently in Hilton Head as this might be our favorite rental yet.

This property was everything as advertised! This was a last minute long weekend rental for us, and we were so lucky to have been able to stay at this property. Rode bikes to the beach daily; had the pool literally to ourselves; and stayed at a quiet tucked away clean, fully supplied and lovely unit. Really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife throughout Shipyard plantation as well. Highly recommend!

This unit is well equipped with everything you could think of. Great views of golf and lagoon out back. Close to everything and quiet. Really nice place for us. The bedroom layout worked well for us and our daughter, son in law and infant grandson. The porch and grill area were great as we cooked all our meals at the property. Great open kitchen area. Took advantage of the quick access to bike trails and beach that are close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location right on the sixth hole of the golf course. The back patio provides cover from the sun and a great grill to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of kitchen accessories were provided as well as a great Roku TV system. The first floor location is great because no stairs are involved like previous units we’ve rented in Evian. We look forward to a return visit soon!

We loved our stay at Evian, nice property, close to Pool and tennis. We are a family of 5 with 3 little girls and this place was spacious enough for them to play, sleep etc. It was our 7th time coming to Hilton Head and we stayed in different neighborhoods before. Shipyard is very nice and conveniently located mid island, close to shops and restaurants etc. We would book this villa again!

We thought 182 was extremely nice, well equipped, convenient to tennis Courts where we spent most of our time. It was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful. Evian 182 was probably one of the cleanest if not cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in at Shipyard. It was furnished well and had a beautiful view of the lagoon and golf course. The beach locker was a great plus to have so we didn’t have to haul our beach stuff daily. We have been staying inside of Shipyard for over 14 years and this is by far one of our favorites. It was also nice to have liquid hand soap...minor, yes, but a nice touch! Hopefully we can stay in it again if it’s not booked. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We have stayed in a lot of places in our 30+ years visiting Hilton Head but Evian 182 felt like home the minute we walked through the door. This villa's location on the 6th fairway/green of the Brigatine Golf Course is so peaceful and quiet that you actually forget you are just minutes away from the hustle and bustle that is Hilton Head. We spent time on the patio morning, afternoon and evening and we also took full advantage of both the pool and the beach. The pictures on VRBO are a very accurate representation of what this great property has to offer. We would definitely stay here again if it would be available next time we visit. Location + comfort!! We really enjoyed our week in the Evian Villa. The villa is tastefully furnished and has everything you'd need for a vacation. The location was perfect for us and the Evian community is really charming. Mark is a gracious host and his local property manager is always reachable by phone or text. Well HHI vacation 2018 is in the books. We had a wonderful vacation with family friends. We loved the Location of this Evian Villa. It was so close to the beach. The pics on vrbo are accurate and it’s a lovely villa. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for large group of people. Lots of space to sit and entertain including the patio. The remodeled bathrooms were beautiful. And we saw lots of gators that rested on the banks in the back yard of the villa. The restaurants nearby were amazing. Thanks for putting together the book of recommendations on the desk. We loved the college kids in the shuttle golf cart. We parked every day at the overflow parking next to Port a Call side street. Kept our vehicle from getting dinged. They were prompt and friendly and made it enjoyable. And the best thing of all .... the beach locker ROCKED!!! We could leave our stuff in there every day was fabulous. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return in 2019. Mark thanks so much for being prompt answering questions for me.

My husband and I have stayed at various villas at Evian over the years. This villa was probably our favorite. Bathrooms had been remodeled and everything was clean and well maintained. We always do some cooking when we travel and found that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We would definitely stay here again. The only trouble we had was with the keyless entry. The code was easy to program, but the door itself was a little tricky.

Our family of 5 stayed at Mark and Liz’s condo during our July vacation to HHI. The location in Shipyard was perfect and the condo was comfortable and lovely. Mark was great to deal with, and his on island property manager responded quickly when we had a concern with the unit. Definitely rent bikes when you are here! The Shipyard, as well as all over the island, are so bike friendly and it’s easier to get to the beach by bike than having to find a spot to park (although, Mark provides a beach pass for parking at the Shipyard Beach Club lot which is busy on weekends but a bit quieter during the week.) The unit comes with a beach locker at the Beach Club that has chairs and an umbrella, but we also rented chairs and an umbrella one day already set up at the beach. If you are going to do any ride shares to go out at night, be sure to call Uber and NOT Lyft! Lyft does not have a contract to enter the gated community and will not be let in to pick you up, but Uber does, so call them. When we return to HHI, we would definitely stay at Mark and Liz’s place again!

The cleaning prior to our visit was not as it has been in past years. I'm not sure that it was the cleaning persons fault however. My wife found that several of the cups had lipstick on the rims - not very inviting. The "jury rigged" wiring for the microwave and the Keurig coffeemaker caused the circuit to blow each time they were being used or attempting to be used at the same time. The first time that it happened I could not find the breaker panel.

We just returned from a wonderful week at 182 Evian Way in Shipyard. The condo was in a great location with all the comforts of home. The unit was tastefully decorated, very clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable, including the beds! We also enjoyed the renovated kitchen and bathrooms. This was both our first Hilton Head trip and first time renting a condo via VRBO. We had a fantastic time. The villa is perfect - very quiet and peaceful and so comfortable. Everything we needed was included. Really felt like home. Beautifully remodeled. Beds are great. All the comforts of home are here. Location is convenient to everything. Quick drive to the beach and parking is easy. The fact that Shipyard has two gates makes getting around a breeze. Evian pool was great and a 3 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. Evian itself is like a postcard with all the Spanish moss. So much prettier than some of the other areas of Shipyard. One of our favorite things aside from the pool and beach was the Pirates of Hilton Head cruise - if you have a child with you it's a must do. Our 5 year old loved it. We ate at many great restaurants but some of our favorites were Poseidon (early bird was a fantastic value), Up the Creek (off the beaten path but excellent) and Giuseppe's in Shelter Cove. We feel so lucky that we found such a great property on our first visit to the island. We're already planning our trip for Summer 2016 and plan on staying in this same villa again.

If we could rate this property higher than "excellent," we would. It was clean, well maintained, quiet, peaceful, and simply beautiful. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and we really enjoyed watching all the wildlife that live in and around the lagoon. Nicest of all was the feeling of coming "home" after a long day of activities. For cooking in, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are 2 grills on the patio; one gas and one charcoal (great for s'mores)! Just down the road from the property are several well-maintained tennis courts and a lovely swimming pool. The beach is less than a mile away; just a few minutes by bike. At Hilton Head, you can be as busy or as laid back as you want to be. Through Outside Hilton Head, you can enjoy kayaking (ask for Marcus) or a guided boat tour (ask for Grant). Parasailing with H2O Sports was great fun! If anyone in your family likes horses, do not miss Lawton Stables. They have an adorable small animal farm and pony rides for the little ones and a leisurely hour-long trail ride through Sea Pines Forest Preserve that was very interesting and informative. You will not find a more responsive owner than Mark. We are somewhat new to the VRBO experience, and we had a lot of questions. Mark always went the extra mile to answer any questions we had in a kind and timely manner. He is also very organized. Everything he said he would do, he did, and every step in the process went smoothly from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends, and we definitely plan on coming back! Terri

The Evian Villas in Shipyard have a very unique and relaxing feel about them and this villa in particular is well situated to make the most of all the surrounding facilities. The corner unit with the patio looking out over the lagoon and golf course is so peaceful and private - yet so close with easy access to the tennis courts, the pool, and only a short bike ride or drive (or walk) to the beach. The villa is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed - as nice as the pictures are, they don't do full justice to how nice the unit actually looks. Shipyard is like a sanctuary in the middle of the HHI hub - close to restaurants and stores and groceries but at the same time, "away from it all" with miles of pleasant bike trails and nicely landscaped grounds. We can't say enough good about how well the arrangements worked out for our stay here. For some reason, the large flat screen TV in the main room wasn't recognizing any channels when we arrived - by the time we got back from Publix that first day, Mark had arranged for a new TV to be installed, set up, and working perfectly! We'd timed our week to coincide with the tennis French Open and being able to enjoy the matches (when we weren't outside!) on a large flat screen TV - visible from the kitchen and dining room as well as the main living area was perfect. We really thank him for helping make one of the few weeks we're able to get away so enjoyable and fully recommend renting this villa in paradise.

We, wife and I, both greatly enjoyed our 3 weeks in January in the Evian Villa. The Unit appeared to have been very recently upgraded, new furniture, kitchen counters, bathroom, etc, etc. just beautiful. Everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the unit.The view from the patio over the lagoon and over to the golf course is wonderful - it was fun critiquing the players golf swings and putting. We also enjoyed watching the many water birds flying by and in the lagoon - herons, ibis, egrets, cormorants. We did not play the Shipyard course and understand that it's great - but we played on (3) other courses with friends that were terriffic also. Evian and Shipyard are simply beautiful - the Palmetto palms , and all other shrubbery and trees, with Spanish moss hanging down, is wonderful the Camelia and Hibiscus bushes were starting to bloom right outside our front door.The owners were wonderful when they very quickly had a minor electrical problem repaired - did not cause any interuption of our stay.We naturally went out to lunch and dinner alot and really liked "Frankie Bones", Black Marlin" and "Skull Creek Boathouse". We love Evian, Shipyard and HHI and plan to return as often as possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa. Everything was nice and clean. It was close to everything. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The photos actually look like the villa! Usually the photos are not as up to date as these pictures were. We rented bikes from where you suggested and they were great. It was a wonderful villa and had everything you would want or need on a vacation. It was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!!

Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home. There were six people in our family and we had plenty of room. The home is well furnished, updated, clean and private. The location is great, there is plenty of activities for families to do and many great restaurants. Pool and tennis courts are walking distance. The beach is not to far you will need to drive or ride a bike but, it never stopped us we were at the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon and grilling on the patio for dinner. It was just a perfect vacation and the weather was great. Again we thank you and hope to turn in the future.

We absolutely loved our Hilton Head vacation!! This was our first time and will not be our last! This unit in Evian was just perfect for our family of five! Plenty of space to spread out. TV's in all bedrooms and the second bedroom slept three--which sold us. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked! I loved eating out on the back porch each morning! We did see several alligators during out stay! The condo was located close to the pool and tennis courts. We rented bikes for the week, which I would highly recommend! We would ride our bikes to the beach club each day and my husband would drive our beach gear up and drop it off. Not a long ride at all and the bikes were easy to ride! The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions! We loved the whole shipyard area and will definitely come back. We are even looking at buying our own condo! Enjoy!!

We have been coming to HH Island for about 20 years, stayed at several places from Port Royal, to Palmetto Dunes, to Shipyard, Harbor Town and Forest Beach. We have a 1 week condo in Shipyard, but wanted to add an additional week. The past two years we stayed directly on the beach in Palmetto in a very expensive condo. This year we decided to try the Evian Villa and we can't state enough how much more beautiful this place was than our beachfront property the last two years. The area, the amenities, everything. The Palmetto place (Hampton) was "on the beach". This meant that from our 4th floor balcony we could see the beach off in the distance. It was a long walk, on the property, through the garage, past the pool, down the boardwalk, to actually get to the beach. While we could not see the beach from Evian, we did have private parking to drive our car a lot closer than the "beach front" property. And, the patio on the lagoon, overlooking the golf course, was far more enjoyable than the "high rise beach view". The condo itself was far superior to any we have rented on HH. The rooms were extremely well decorated, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (thanks for the Keurig coffee maker) with everything you could possibly need, the flat screen tv's in the rooms were great, the wireless internet did not let us down. The privacy and intimacy of the setting was very relaxing and romantic. We already want to book again next year. The owners were great in setting everything up and our arrival, checkout, getting car passes, etc. all was flawless. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone else looking for all the fun and excitement of Hilton Head, yet set in a private, cozy, charming and perfect setting.

My sister and I had a beautiful time staying at your Villa. We had such a nice time we extended our stay 2 more days! I have been spending vacations twice a year at HHI for many years, however, this is the first time I stayed at Shipyard and we loved it. I can't wait to come again this fall. Your Villa was just as I expected...nicely decorated, clean and with all the convenience of being home plus more. The location (Shipyard) was conveniently located to everything. It was extra special to be able to walk practically outside your door to play tennis and to go to the pool. I am looking forward to staying at your Villa in the fall! Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It's very clean and private. It looks very nice in the photos, but it's even more beautiful in person. It was perfect for our stay, and it's conveniently located close to the beach and area activities. We played tennis almost every morning in the nearby tennis courts. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the back patio while watching all the wild life in and around the lagoon. Our favorite restaurants are Skull Creek Boat House and The Carolina Cafe! We appreciated having the beach pass ready and available upon our arrival and the %20 off bike rental. You can ride the bikes anywhere. The owner is very helpful with any questions or concerns. We definitely recommend staying here. We will be back next year!

This Villa is lovely. Set in the back of Shipyard Resort, it is very private. The setting is beautiful as you sit on the back porch overlooking a vast lagoon. The interior is very tastefully decorated and there is plenty of room for the whole family. There are many areas to take walks among the beautiful pines. We absolutely loved our time there and highly recommend it.

This is a well-appointed villa and very tastefullly decorated. The view from the patio is not only interesting for the avid golfer but if you like wildlife, it is fantastic. The walk-in shower in the master bathroom which includes a large seat is something all women will appreciate. The large counter and makeup area is a real plus in the master bathroom. The living room has great seating which includes two recliners that make watching the large flat screen tv comfortable. The kitchen is great to do any cooking in and I loved that we had a grill available on the patio. This was wonderful experience and we can't wait to return in 2012.

Rental is in a great location, close to beach, golf, and restaurants. Master bathroom shower had mold growing in it, but felt like it just needed to be cleaned. The rest of the condo was fantastic.

The property was incredibly clean and provided a lot more supplies than we usually see! Kitchen and bathrooms all came supplied with Method soap and dishsoap. And we loved getting to try Drops dishwasher and laundry pods. Looking into starting to use them at home, they were great! Storm Elsa came thru the day before we arrived and created a mess on the island but our place was still ready by our 4:00 check in. Only complaints was communication thru the app didn't seem to work and I never did get any of the emails before our arrival that they said we would (and I did look thru my junk folder for them as well). Thankfully the app did have all the check-in details we needed, so we didn't worry about it. The TV's were confusing and we tried to email thru the app to learn how to work them but nobody ever got back to us. App is a great idea, just not sure it's fully working as it should. Hope to be back and maybe try another property to see other parts of the island.

This property was everything as advertised! This was a last minute long weekend rental for us, and we were so lucky to have been able to stay at this property. Rode bikes to the beach daily; had the pool literally to ourselves; and stayed at a quiet tucked away clean, fully supplied and lovely unit. Really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife throughout Shipyard plantation as well. Highly recommend!

This is a great location right on the sixth hole of the golf course. The back patio provides cover from the sun and a great grill to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of kitchen accessories were provided as well as a great Roku TV system. The first floor location is great because no stairs are involved like previous units we&#x2019;ve rented in Evian. We look forward to a return visit soon!

We had a great week staying at 182 Evian! Beautiful first floor condo right on the lagoon. Lovely, serene views and a peaceful community. We loved that there is a recliner in the living room and the plantation shutters throughout the condo. All of the beach accessories and the games were so nice. The photos of this condo do not do it justice! It's beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and has AMAZING lagoon & golf course views. It's in a beautifully serene setting. The unit was very well stocked -- any kitchen item you might need all while being uncluttered and welcoming. We vacation frequently in Hilton Head as this might be our favorite rental yet.

This was our second stay at 182 Evian and we saw improvements from our visit just a couple months ago. New dressers and end tables and a nice bench at the end of the bed in the master bedroom and the screens had all been replaced on the porch door. We look forward to another visit in the future. This unit is well equipped with everything you could think of. Great views of golf and lagoon out back. Close to everything and quiet. Would definitely stay here again! appreciated the beach pass and welcome bag. Thank you! One quick little maintenance item is that the hall bathroom shower doesn't drain well - but I'm sure that's a quick fix!
