We enjoyed our week here and would happily choose it again. Shipyard is such a pretty and walkable area. The backyard/patio views were peaceful and perfect for coffee and evening unwinding. The beach is a 15 min walk or 7 min bike ride. The home was perfect for our group of 4!

This place is very convenient and nice for a quick beach stay! The beach is within walking distance and good for morning walks and bike rides, the grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the house. The inside is very accommodating with washer and dryer, provided towels, and plates etc.. it’s nicely maintained the only things I could say is the floor upstairs is very creaky and there were mysterious bugs here and there. Overall good stay.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! We loved the Airbnb and Host2Coast did a great job with preparing the place for our stay. It's also in a safe community, easy to get to the beach or tennis courts, and very serene/peaceful surroundings. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away and there are lots of restaurants within a short drive. There is laundry/drier in the unit which was a great convenience to have. There are two bathrooms each with a shower- for showers, bring your own shampoo/conditioner as it is not provided. My senior dog loved being in nature and exploring the nearby beach (10-15 minute walk with access from the community) which is also dog friendly! We had a great time and would definitely book this one again!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! We loved the Airbnb and Host2Coast did a great job with preparing the place for our stay. Our stay at 1904 Shipmaster was nothing short of exceptional. This unit was beautifully remodeled and very nice! The kitchen was very well stocked. The local host provided beach towels and a nice little welcome goody bag. King Bed was very comfortable. Nicely appointed unit. I would rent this unit again.

Super quiet retreat still close to everything. The house looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. When we found there was no propane in the tanks the hosts showed up with two full tanks in less than 30 minutes. We both walked and drove down to the beach without a problem but also saw frequent shuttles. The beach access was really nice and family friendly. Pool was very clean and the tennis court was a very short walk.

The listing accurately reflected the accommodation. The setting is peaceful with excellent views of the lagoon with surrounding wildlife and water fowl. The accommodation was clean and well apportioned with kitchen, bath and living items. The condo was clean when we arrived and all linens felt crisp and clean. A gate pass was provided for access to the plantation. Check in and check out were a breeze. The air conditioning worked well. We were always comfortable. I would recommend Host2Coast as a rental agency as I was pleased with the listing, accommodation and service. Treat yourself to this wonderful retreat in Hilton Head.

My husband and I loved the location of this property. It was within a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to CVS. The property looks like it was recently renovated and was very clean. It came fully stocked with anything you might need. The only issue we had was the fire alarm kept going off if you turned on anything with heat, toaster, air fryer, oven. We just opened the doors if we used anything.

From the moment we booked the property, we immediately received all the information we needed. I especially liked the customer portal, where everything about the property, arrival instructions, things to do, dining options, golfing suggestions, etc were posted.The property itself had everything we needed. The host was very attentive about starter kits, such as toilet paper, kitchen towel, detergent, soap, spices, cooking oil, etc We even received a little goodie bag, which was such a nice touch! There were plenty of towels as well. The kitchen was well equipped, there were games and all the TV stations you could ask for.The neighborhood was pleasant, the golf course near by, the beach a 15 minute stroll.Overall, we would stay here again.Thank you for making our stay easy and pleasant!!!

This was our first stay in Shipyard...which was kind-of significant for us...after visiting HHI for over 30 years. : ) We were a bit apprehensive. But as we arrived, we realized it was just like every other Plantation - quiet, beautiful, well-maintained - and I would argue perhaps a bit more removed from the hustle and bustle of the sometimes-busy Island life. We felt very much at home, immediately. One important note - for anyone else who might be familiar with Sea Pines or Palmetto (both very nice areas where we have also stayed numerous times in the past) - entering and exiting Shipyard was such a seamless experience. Every time we arrived and exited, we said to one another: "Where are the traffic back-ups? Where are the crazy drivers trying to squeeze in at the last moment?" It was so nice and calm...and the gate personnel were so friendly to us and our puppies...with their heads out the windows. But now...about the unit: it was clean, the condo was surrounded on both sides by other guests (I believe both had dogs, as well) but we never heard or saw, really, any of them. Everyone is very respectful of the quiet environment back there. The main bedroom was nice and large, the bathroom was great, and the bedroom at the far end of the hallway was great for storing all of our suitcases and such. The kitchen island was massive - perfect for all our groceries and fast-grab items, and the stackable washer and dryer saw some serious use, with the beach nearby. The unit is a serene walk to the beach - we took the path to the Sonesta Hotel and the beach access there...and for all dog lovers, they allow pups through the hotel and at the outdoor restaurant. We dined there several nights, after handing out at the beach - at that location...semi-isolated (in October)...there was hardly anyone on the beach. One minor issue - the internet went down - was resolved quickly when the management delivered a mobile hotspot...and then had the issues resolved two days later. (it happens) We would gladly stay here again! The humans and puppies thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Great location. Short bike ride to beaches, stores and restaurants. Beautiful interior well maintained and very spacious for family of five. Highly recommend 1904 Shipmaster. The unit was very attractive and clean. The interior has a very tasteful coastal vibe and is comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of room for a family of five to relax and hangout. Having 2 and half bathrooms was great. Appreciated the laundry room, stocked kitchen with dishwasher and the provided towels, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Beds were comfortable and there were TVs in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Also, really liked that beach chairs and boogie boards were provided for our use. It's a safe area in a gated community. Because of Tropical Storm Debby weather was not able to use the pool. You will need a code to use tennis court and for entry gate when leaving property on bike path. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time and brought our labradoodle as well. When we arrived we were greeted with a care package. We had one slight issue but was addressed right away by Ryan- who was accessible and helpful. Location was great, pool was a very short walk and backyard was a great view.

Beautiful accomodations with everything you could want from an Airbnb. Very clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Fully stocked with essentials. Also, a 5 minute bike ride to the private beach. Only one thing that could be better. The air conditioning downstairs was great, but once you went upstairs, it was a lot warmer. AC seemed to be working through the vents but not enough to cool the upstairs. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The condo was really nice. Great kitchen and bathrooms. We brought our dog with us and we had a great time at this condo. There was a gate in front so less chance of the dog running out accidentally. The details were all there with great dishes and quality sheets and bedding. It was a wonderful stay.
