The place inside was renovated very nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had trouble with the gas grill and ended up not grilling like we planned. Hilton Head is beautiful so you can’t go wrong with the Sea Pines location. The outside of the house definitely needs work. The deck was old and had chips and rotted wood on the steps. Overall it was a great stay and we had a great time.

This was our first booking since we downloaded Airbnb. We were able to have a family vacation together in this beautiful place, the home was gorgeous we loved every second of it. Property was spacious, well stocked with kitchen tools, appliances, dishes, etc. Deck was spacious and large umbrella was a nice feature. Location was ideal, end of a cul-de-sac, lot was covered with large live oaks, draped in Spanish moss, easy 5 minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Harbour Towne.

This location was wonderful and had the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Very large space with plenty of room for everyone. Biking to the beach was a smooth ride even with children. We rarely left Sea Pines during the week. House has been renovated and the extra refrigerator is a HUGE plus with 8 people and a week of groceries. The supplied beach towels were a nice touch as well. Would look to stay here or any of Host2Coast’s properties again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. This was our first time going to Hilton Head Island. I was very impressed by the furniture and decorations in the house. The beds were very comfortable for all our guests. I would recommend bringing your own sheets, because I thought their bed linens were a little rough. The water pressure in the showers wasn't great. The master bed & bath were gorgeous. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need with a nice walk in pantry. They had a 2nd refrigerator just off the laundry room. I will say that the parking situation was a inconvenient, for a house that sleeps 12 comfortably, you only had parking for 2 cars. I highly recommend renting bikes through the Sea Pines website. They did bike delivery and pick up, and provided you with a lock for your bike. We chose to drive our car for beach access instead of waiting on the trolley, which made our beach day a chore due to parking at the club. Overall I would recommend this house for your stay.

We loved the size and configuration, the quiet location and the casual decor of the house. We enjoyed being able to bike everywhere in Sea Pines - the S P Beach Club, Salty Dog and South Beach, and Harbor Town. We would definitely book this property again and recommend to others. The Host-to-Coast Mgmt team had it very clean and well equipped for check-in. Minor suggestion: clean carpet on stairs, and dining room chairs, and power-wash deck and outdoor furniture.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at 20 Columbine. The house was very clean, mostly comfortable (we can be picky about beds and pillows!), and well-stocked. The location is great for getting around Sea Pines. We understand bikes are easily rented, but that's one amenity that would be nice to have in the future, readily-available bikes.

January is our favorite time of the year in Hilton head. While it’s not “lay on the beach” hot, it is much warmer than it is at home. But the best part is it’s not crowded and you can get into any restaurant with very short or no notice. This year was even better because of the house we rented at 20 Columbine Ln. in Sea Pines. The house had a very unique multilevel design that we enjoyed. It was large and airy. The many large windows seem to bring the outside indoors. The way the house was sited on the lot and the shape of the lot gave more privacy than would’ve been expected. We enjoyed sitting by the creek watching the birds and turtles in the afternoon. It was an altogether wonderful vacation.

It sounds like you had a delightful time in Hilton Head! January is indeed the perfect time to enjoy the island without the crowds. We loved the house. Location is perfect. Weather kept us from spending too much time outside, but the yard is beautiful. We had some trouble getting our passes to Sea Pines from the lock box, but they were immediately responsive to texts and calls. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is AMAZING! It matches the pictures perfectly! It's so peaceful and quiet here and a 1 minute bike ride to the tennis courts, basketball court, and swimming pool. We rented bikes from the Peddling Pelican (HIGHLY RECOMMEND as it's a very short walk from the house to pick them up!!) and thoroughly loved riding bikes around Sea Pines. It's a HUGE subdivision and takes about 10 minutes to get out! We found a nice and quiet entrance to the beach and no one was ever close to us so the kids could play ball without bothering anyone. We could also ride bikes up and down the beach as the high tide keeps the sand compacted. We enjoyed some good food and loved putt putting at Legendary and make sure to visit The Bank! It's a fun place with games and AMAZING fish tacos! Lots of different food to order!! We had an amazing time in Hilton Head! Watch out for the alligators! :)

This house was perfect! The customer service from Host2Coast was great. Check in and out were very easy. The house has everything that you need. It’s a very short walk to the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The backyard is shaded and perfect for evening dinners. The house is a short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club where you can park for beach access everyday starting at 3:00. We also walked to the beach under the shaded trees. It’s about a 25 to 35 minute walk. Overall, the house is so close to shopping and multiple restaurants. Our stay was perfect (even with the occasional rain showers). We’ll be back soon!

We had an awesome stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host put a lot of thought into making sure we had everything we needed and then some. Our only issue was that the wi-fi was wonky at times and made streaming hard. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in many Sea Pine homes over the years and 20 Columbine is among the nicest and I would certainly enjoy an opportunity to return. It is a great mid-neighborhood location to enjoy all Sea Pines has to offer by bicycle. The home is freshly decorated and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. The rental management is friendly and easy to work with too.

Such a beautiful house! It felt like everyone had their own privacy with how spread out rooms were. The house is amazingly stocked! We enjoyed it and Sea Pines so much!
Just know it’s hard for more than 2 cars to park so if future guest need more spaces keep this in mind!
