Miles of sandy beaches, fantastic amenities, and fun for all ages – it is waiting for you at 20 Hilton Head Beach Club, a delightful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villa in the heart of Forest Beach, and only 2 blocks to the beach – an easy 5-minute walk (see route below). There are 4 beach chairs and a beach cart to make the walk comfortable for you.
South Forest Beach offers visitors a quiet place to enjoy their vacation while having close access to beachside barefoot cafes, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park – a favorite of kids and adults alike and just a 2-minute walk – plus shopping, dining and live entertainment options just a 10-minute stroll away at Coligny. Plus, the Famous Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim's are both just a short walk from the villa!!
Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 6, this guest-friendly villa has a primary en suite with king bed, guest en suite with 1 queen and a set of twin bunks, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a picnic basket to enjoy at the beach to a delectable meal enjoyed in your dining area or outside on the patio with views of the wooded area. The morning coffee will be a breeze with a single-pod and full pot coffee maker. Outside, you can throw some steaks or shrimp on the Weber gas grill and have a feast for all!
This Villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine!
The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.
Adventure awaits on Hilton Head Island, so plan to stay long enough to enjoy more than the beach. Golf, tennis, pickleball, water sports, cruises, bike trails, lounging by the pool, day trips to Savannah (the most-haunted city in the U.S.) or Charleston, the list is endless. Parking Note: There is one designated parking space right in front of the villa's front door (20 is painted on the pavement in the space) - And several first come, first served guest parking spaces. There is a 2-vehicle limit at Hilton Head Beach Club. 2 parking passes will be inside your villa upon arrival and must be displayed on your dashboard of your car at all times. Please leave the parking passes in the villa upon departure. The regime will charge $25 for any pass that is not returned inside the villa.
BR1 - King bed with private bath; BR2 - 1 Queen bed, 1 set twin bunks and private bath; 1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room near 1/2 bath.
Wi-Fi and 65" TV in Living room and 50" TV in BR-1.
Beach Route: In between unit 22 and 23 there is a pathway thru the trees into the adjacent parking lot behind the villa, down Deallyon and thru the Seaside VIllas Public access. 5-minute walk!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and decorated top notch with “beachy feels”. Every amenity was perfectly thought out- plenty of linens, kitchenware, beach accessories, you name it. Less than a ten minute walk to the beach (including toting two toddlers with us), make sure to use the little “hidden” walkway on side of building for an easier short cut. Beach chairs, umbrellas/canopies, kids beach toys, and beach cart already there, and plenty of beach towels were provided. The pool is just a walk across the parking lot and was so nice and clean. Short walk to Coligny plaza with shops and restuarants. I can’t say enough good things about this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4 (but would also be good for two extras), and we hope to able to return again in the future!

We had a wonderful time- the condo was stocked with so much including beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrellas which was so helpful! Great location and easy to get to the beaches! Quiet and clean with responsive staff.

The place was clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable, and as great size for two couples with two kids. Location was very convenient for walking to the beach or the park with young kids. Would be easy to bike to many places for food too. The part of the beach within walking distance was very nice and the least crowded part we could see. The park close by was one of the coolest ones we’ve ever been to! The owners had great communication and I knew who to contact if we had trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

20 Hilton Head Beach Club is a very nice Condo to stay at. It was very clean, updated and cozy for my wife and I. It was convenient to many island attractions with close access to the beach for walks or bike riding.<br/><br/>It was very clean, well described, and maintained. The property management company was very communicative and made our stay enjoyable. We were very close to restaurants, shopping and bike/walking paths. The adjoining condo owners and neighbors were very polite and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and will come back again,

The rental was roomy and had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We were able to drive a few minutes away and do fishing and dolphin tours and eat out. However we could just rest and relax and make our own meals on the rental property. It was a lovely place. We would go back!

We enjoyed our stay at 20 Hilton Head Beach Club. The condo was nicely decorated and had all of the tools needed for cooking and storing our meals. We used the beach cart and chairs and appreciated that they were provided. They also provided six very nice beach towels that we used at the beach and the pool. The pool was conveniently located. The condo was very clean when we arrived and there were clear instructions provided for a/c and departure prep. Host2Coast was great for us. There was always a friendly voice on the phone when we called with questions. They responded promptly and efficiently to minor issues. For example, the door lock stopped working. Someone came in just a few minutes and installed a new battery. We would recommend this property and management company to future visitors!

We have 3 kids - 5, 9, 10. This condo was the perfect size for our crew and had everything we needed! The host provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry deteregent for the entire week - something most places ive stayed at do not! The beach equipment was amazing. We used the chairs and cart daily to haul all the things while our kids rode their bikes to the beach each day. Location is great...short walk to beach, short walk to park, bike ride access to just about everywhere we needed to go! Highly recommend taking your kiddos on the pirate adventure! Favorite restaurants were Hudsons, The Sandbar, and The Bank (unique dining, a bit confusing...everyone cleaned their plates though!). ONLY feedback for improvement i can give is that the master bed needs replaced and showers were a bit small - elbows met walls a few times! Overall great stay and we have already recommended it to others!
