I always look at 5 star reviews with skepticism. Are they a real review? I promise that this is a authentic 5 star review not because everything was wonderful, it is a 5 star review because everything WAS NOT wonderful. The five star review is because of the way Host2coast dealt with an unfortunate situation. When we arrived at our three-bedroom condo for check in, the temperature in the condo was very warm. This was noted by us and also the gentleman who was there when we checked in. The company listened to our concern and sent out a repair HVAC company that evening. The HVAC repair person worked until 11 PM to try to get the air conditioner working. When the fix was not sufficient to be able to air condition the condo adequately, a brand new air conditioner was installed seamlessly the following day. We were able to enjoy our family vacation in absolute comfort thanks to their quick and decisive action vs trying to put a Band-Aid on. This is the second time that we have rented this same condo but this year we had to add another condo since our family is growing. The location is superb and the condo very comfortable Thank you very much and we hope to be back again soon with renting another couple condos.

We had a wonderful stay. The management staff was incredibly responsive and helpful for all our needs. We had some trouble with the doors locking and they came right out and fixed our issue. The condo had everything we could need including towels and kitchen supplies. It was also very spacious. Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. The proximity to Coligny plaza was also great! We would absolutely consider another stay here!

We had a great vacation! Just enough space for multiple families to rent. Pool was heated in October. We hope to be back next yr! We had to rent our own chairs and beach toys, really the only downfall renting here. Other than that, nice place.

My family had a lovely stay at 20 Ocean Club. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had 11 people and there was room for everyone. The large rooftop deck gave us additional room for meals and social time. The pool was steps away and the beach walk was simple and fast. Host 2 Coast gave us lovely gifts upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The beach towels in the unit are thick and plush. You won't need to bring your own. All interactions we had with management prior and during the stay were professional and prompt. Maintenance was quick to respond to a clogged drain and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this unit and will plan to come back ourselves.

The rental was awesome. We had 10 people staying and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The roof top was awesome! Host2Cost was great, we had internet issues (kids were complaining) and they got it fixed immediately. We had stayed at 31 Forest Drive last year so knew that it was in a very good location and offered the amenities that we wanted. Great place. Our only complaints: the dryer was leaving grease spots on some of our clothes on occasion, and the ladder to one of the bunk beds had a bent hook so we just didn't use it. I would HIGHLY recommend 20 Ocean Club to anyone with a large family or a group of friends they won't be disappointed. We will be going back!

Perfect location - casual, fun Coligny beach area where we walked and biked and sometimes drove in minutes to great restaurants for breakfast and dinner, enjoyed a quaint coffee shop, picked up needed items at grocery stores, and even played some mini golf:) Our condo was most importantly on the beach. You walk out your door and there it was! I loved the security of gated entry. The whole area was family friendly and safe. The condo was super clean, spacious and filled with every amenity. Even chairs for the beach! The hosts were so helpful. We rented bikes from peddlingpelican and they were delivered and picked up. So worth it. Best restaurants were Holy Tequila and Nectar Farm and Kitchen. It was so relaxing and our favorite stay!!

This really is a great property and I'm proud to say I own it. I'm proud of my wife for finding it after we owned in Folley Field for years. I'm also very appreciative that Host2Coast is our management company. They do a great job and treat my property like their own. So good, in fact, that I can't get here enough to enjoy it because it's always rented. But my two week stay I'm in the process of right now with my family has been amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size, cleanliness, and how close the unit was to the beach! The unit was decorated very nicely and had 2 closets filled with beach chairs and toys. The beach towels supplied were also a great addition. Would definitely stay in this unit and complex again. Even spoke with a property owner who told us of all of the great upgrades that were in progress.

The unit was beautiful and clean. It looked very updated. It was nice to have beach towels provided along with a beach type bag and coozies! The kitchen was well stocked with all types of bowls, trays, pitchers, blender, and included both plastic and ceramic dishes and every type of glass and cup! We had 8 in our party and their was more than enough room! We loved the rooftop patio and used it everyday! The location was perfect being on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed to make our Spring Break stay exceptional! The units proximity to the beach was perfect and easy for the younger kids to walk each day! The upper deck was a central gathering place every night for dinner and we loved having the grill there as well! The location of the condo to restaurants and Coligney was great and it gave us lots of options for shopping, eating and bike rides each day! We would definitely recommend this unit and can’t wait to return!

I stayed at this beautiful property for almost 2 weeks, while my home underwent renovations. We had an amazing stay! The villa is a very short walk from the beach as well as walking distance to the shopping center and restaurants. I have 4 small kids and the property was well equipped with everything imaginable to entertain my little ones. The villa was also very clean and spacious. Our favorite moments were spent eating dinner and relaxing in the hammock. We will definitely visit this beautiful property again.

We couldn't of found a better rental than this. Beautiful, spacious, and well stocked, we had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.The rooftop deck was amazing as was the heated pool. We will definitely stay here again.

This beautiful condo had everything we hoped for. Short walk to the beach past the pool and through the condos. Close to shops and restaurants if you want to walk instead of drive. Comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The rooftop deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or relax with family. We highly recommend this as your place to stay in Hilton Head.

Condo was as described. Very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs AND an umbrella. Condo is in a development that would be considered beach front, so it's an easy walk to the beach. This particular condo faced the street side, which could be heard from the front 2 rooms. Not overbearing, but definitely present. Condo is also an easy walk to Coligny square - where there are restaurants, shops & a grocery. This was nice for an early morning coffee or late afternoon happy hour. Condo was well stocked - washing detergent... dish detergent.. paper towels. just enough to get us by which I appreciated. All linens were fresh and clean. For the price, I wouldn't hesitate to rent.

This is a very nice beach front condo at this price point. It was spacious, well appointed, and perfect location to everything in Forest Beach. The complex itself is quaint and everyone was lovely. It is currently going through a facelift (paint, lighting and security gate) that will make it fantastic. The rental agency was extremely easy to work with and most importantly really responsive. First they help me facilitate changing my dates and then allowed for a later checkout as I was traveling with 3 young children. We will be back.

The hospitality & cleanliness can’t be beat! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving by the ocean. The condo was spacious (we had 11 in our group), beautiful, clean, & a great location. Thanks again for having us!
