We had the best time at our stay! The condo was cozy and clean, and came stocked with some soap and other products that we needed around the place. We also very much appreciated having the extra beach towels to take out and use, since we stayed wet basically our whole time there. We had 9 of us there altogether, and there was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The management staff was incredibly responsive and helpful for all our needs. We had some trouble with the doors locking and they came right out and fixed our issue. The condo had everything we could need including towels and kitchen supplies. It was also very spacious. Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. The proximity to Coligny plaza was also great! We would absolutely consider another stay here!

Great location. Path leads straight out to the beach where you can walk or run miles in either direction. On the street side, you can hop on a roadside path and walk or bike to a grocery store, many little shops and restaurants, or the big pirate ship playground. The Airbnb itself was clean and comfortable. The rooftop area was wonderful with plenty of space to enjoy. Grill was working just fine. We enjoyed driving into Sea Pines to walk in the preserve.

We had a great vacation! Just enough space for multiple families to rent. Pool was heated in October. We hope to be back next yr! We had to rent our own chairs and beach toys, really the only downfall renting here. Other than that, nice place.

There were very few negatives! Just the gas grill! Not usable and had no gas!

We had 11 people and there was room for everyone. The large rooftop deck gave us additional room for meals and social time. The pool was steps away and the beach walk was simple and fast. Host 2 Coast gave us lovely gifts upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The beach towels in the unit are thick and plush. You won't need to bring your own. All interactions we had with management prior and during the stay were professional and prompt. Maintenance was quick to respond to a clogged drain and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this unit and will plan to come back ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and seemed more spacious than on the picture. We were two families and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything needed (including a powerful blender). We appreciated the towels, the extra pods for the dishwasher, the filter for the coffee machine, and all the many glasses and plates. The rooftop was very enjoyable as well.
The only drawback was the limited wifi. It only worked in the main living area (didn’t work in the bedrooms nor the rooftop).

Large rental in a great location. Pool was warm and beach was walking distance. Lots of linens/bedding, cooking utensils/appliances and even some beach chairs/toys in the closet. Great place for our multi-family vacation. There was a welcome bag with free water, popcorn and cookies. Host2coast co. Provided a free beach tote bag to use and keep. Carpet did need cleaning in one bedroom and windows were not sound proof at all- road traffic and some loud neighbors kept us up a couple times.

The roof top was awesome! Host2Cost was great, we had internet issues (kids were complaining) and they got it fixed immediately. We had stayed at 31 Forest Drive last year so knew that it was in a very good location and offered the amenities that we wanted. Great place. Our only complaints: the dryer was leaving grease spots on some of our clothes on occasion, and the ladder to one of the bunk beds had a bent hook so we just didn't use it. I would HIGHLY recommend 20 Ocean Club to anyone with a large family or a group of friends they won't be disappointed. We will be going back!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location - casual, fun Coligny beach area where we walked and biked and sometimes drove in minutes to great restaurants for breakfast and dinner, enjoyed a quaint coffee shop, picked up needed items at grocery stores, and even played some mini golf:) Our condo was most importantly on the beach. You walk out your door and there it was! I loved the security of gated entry. The whole area was family friendly and safe. The condo was super clean, spacious and filled with every amenity. Even chairs for the beach! The hosts were so helpful. We rented bikes from peddlingpelican and they were delivered and picked up. So worth it. Best restaurants were Holy Tequila and Nectar Farm and Kitchen. It was so relaxing and our favorite stay!!

This property was rated 5 stars which is why we chose it. It definitely did not meet our expectation of a 5 star rental. The location was 5 star. The pool was great and in general the decor was pleasing and it was comfortable. There was plenty of towels and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. What we were disappointed with was the dirty stairs and worn and dirty carpet we were meet with at the front door,(although we pointed this out early on and again when we insisted on someone come see it was never resolved) the dirty broadloom in the bedrooms and the outdoor carpet on the upper patio. Also the bed sheets need to be refreshed. The water filter on the fridge door needs to be replaced. And locks on cabinets and cupboards were quite an eyesore, I&#x2019;m sure there is a better way to keep the owners things locked up rather than with chains and locks on the outside. I would recommend this property if these items were addressed.

This really is a great property and I&#039;m proud to say I own it. I&#039;m proud of my wife for finding it after we owned in Folley Field for years. I&#039;m also very appreciative that Host2Coast is our management company. They do a great job and treat my property like their own. So good, in fact, that I can&#039;t get here enough to enjoy it because it&#039;s always rented. But my two week stay I&#039;m in the process of right now with my family has been amazing.

Nicely appointed, lots of beds, rooftop patio, pool, close to beach and lots of beach items. Bike to Coligny Plaza. Front and rear entries are on second floor which could be a problem for some.<br/>Could use more pots and pans, sliding door difficult to open and close.<br/>As long as unit stays reasonably priced we will be coming back.

Very clean, well decorated. This place had everything that you need. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were top notch, could use a few more pans. Every bedroom was also well stocked with blankets and pillows. The owners thought of just about everything. The master bedroom was awesome. Water pressure could be a little bit better. Incredible place to spend the week. We had a fantastic week.

The unit was beautiful and clean. It looked very updated. It was nice to have beach towels provided along with a beach type bag and coozies! The kitchen was well stocked with all types of bowls, trays, pitchers, blender, and included both plastic and ceramic dishes and every type of glass and cup! We had 8 in our party and their was more than enough room! We loved the rooftop patio and used it everyday! The location was perfect being on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

I stayed at this beautiful property for almost 2 weeks, while my home underwent renovations. We had an amazing stay! The villa is a very short walk from the beach as well as walking distance to the shopping center and restaurants. I have 4 small kids and the property was well equipped with everything imaginable to entertain my little ones. The villa was also very clean and spacious. Our favorite moments were spent eating dinner and relaxing in the hammock. We will definitely visit this beautiful property again.

The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed to make our Spring Break stay exceptional! The units proximity to the beach was perfect and easy for the younger kids to walk each day! The upper deck was a central gathering place every night for dinner and we loved having the grill there as well! The location of the condo to restaurants and Coligney was great and it gave us lots of options for shopping, eating and bike rides each day! We would definitely recommend this unit and can’t wait to return!

This beautiful condo had everything we hoped for. Short walk to the beach past the pool and through the condos. Close to shops and restaurants if you want to walk instead of drive. Comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The rooftop deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or relax with family. We highly recommend this as your place to stay in Hilton Head.

Condo was as described. Very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs AND an umbrella. Condo is in a development that would be considered beach front, so it's an easy walk to the beach. This particular condo faced the street side, which could be heard from the front 2 rooms. Not overbearing, but definitely present. Condo is also an easy walk to Coligny square - where there are restaurants, shops & a grocery. This was nice for an early morning coffee or late afternoon happy hour. Condo was well stocked - washing detergent... dish detergent.. paper towels. just enough to get us by which I appreciated. All linens were fresh and clean. For the price, I wouldn't hesitate to rent.

The hospitality & cleanliness can’t be beat! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving by the ocean. The condo was spacious (we had 11 in our group), beautiful, clean, & a great location. Thanks again for having us!

We couldn't of found a better rental than this. Beautiful, spacious, and well stocked, we had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.The rooftop deck was amazing as was the heated pool. We will definitely stay here again.

The rental was awesome. We had 10 people staying and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The roof top was awesome! Host2Cost was great, we had internet issues (kids were complaining) and they got it fixed immediately. We had stayed at 31 Forest Drive last year so knew that it was in a very good location and offered the amenities that we wanted. Great place. Our only complaints: the dryer was leaving grease spots on some of our clothes on occasion, and the ladder to one of the bunk beds had a bent hook so we just didn't use it. I would HIGHLY recommend 20 Ocean Club to anyone with a large family or a group of friends they won't be disappointed. We will be going back!

My family had a lovely stay at 20 Ocean Club. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had 11 people and there was room for everyone. The large rooftop deck gave us additional room for meals and social time. The pool was steps away and the beach walk was simple and fast. Host 2 Coast gave us lovely gifts upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The beach towels in the unit are thick and plush. You won't need to bring your own. All interactions we had with management prior and during the stay were professional and prompt. Maintenance was quick to respond to a clogged drain and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this unit and will plan to come back ourselves.
