Everything was clean and beautiful. Loved the little extras like the beach towels, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The welcome gift of a tote bag, water and cookies was also a nice surprise. The staff was super helpful and easy to get a hold of.

I would recommend this property to anyone who asked. The views are breathtaking. Beach access is very close; you’re in your beach chairs with just a few steps. The décor is very comfortable, and this unit had anything you might need. This until also has tons of room. Each bedroom is separated so each guest has their own privacy. The security in this unit is top notch. Host2Coast was also an amazing rental company to work with. We loved the welcome gifts, very thoughtful. We look forward to our next stay.

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1971. In that time we have been at HHI 30 - 35 times, always in Sea Pines. In early days my parents were the renters. Since 1995, my husband and I have been the renters. We have rented from my companies including directly from the owners. Your company has been the best. I did rent this property from VRBO, but then dealt with you. We appreciate the amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. When the TV did not work, you sent someone within an hour, who fixed the problem. We had rented the same property several years ago through another company. The property is just what we wanted and it works well for my husband and myself. We are in our 80s now and we want a great view of the ocean and beach in a very convenient location. We usually do not come to HHI every year, but next time we come, we will want this property and we like dealing with you.

This is the 3rd year we've gone to HHI at SeaPines for the RBC, our second year on Turtle Lane and we've already booked 203 for our trip next year! The villa was wonderful and truthfully represented as seen online. The location was perfect for us and everyone in our group from the 17year old to the 84 year old and everyone in between. The communication from host2coast was terrific and the welcome gift an added plus! We cannot wait to come back.

We loved this condo. It was so much bigger in person than it appeared in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise and gave us a feeling of spaciousness that we didn't expect. Not surprised based on previous reviews, but the place was great. Accurate description online. Well stocked kitchen. Clean throughout. Great communication from management. Awesome location. Easy walk to beach. No complaints here, just glad we found it and enjoyed a week here!

Short walk to the beach... Common living space was of nice size. AC worked fine, although the front bedroom (away from beach) was always a bit warm unless freezing the rest of the place. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Loved our stay at Turtle Lane. Location is terrific and the porch overlooking the beach was beautiful. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We had one plumbing issue but host2coast was very quick to help us take care of it. Easy check-in and we used the grocery service to have some things waiting for us in the refrigerator — very helpful! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We love Turtle Lane and this was our first time oceanfront. Unit #203 is a great option. Nicely updated and well appointed. We only had four of us, so the beds were good, but it would be nice if one room had two twin beds. Thank you for a very enjoyable visit!!

A great beachfront condo. We found it exactly as advertised - 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en suite baths, plus another full bath adjacent to the third BR). Very clean and well-maintained. Really nice patio overlooking the beach for breakfast and happy hour. The location is convenient to golf, shopping and other amenities. Our only minor issues: 1. The directions for finding the condo, while accurate, were not immediately clear. The email could be rewritten to make it more prominent that the condo is in the Sea House West building; otherwise it’s easy to get confused by the numbering system in nearby buildings. 2. Access to the building is controlled by key card and there’s only one. With 3 couples who were not always together, we had to, in essence, hide the key under the mat so that everyone could come and go as they pleased. A second key card would have been great.

Very nice villa located on ocean in Sea Pines. A couple of complaints. The pictures showed twin beds in one bedroom but it had a king bed in it. There is no handicap access from the outside parking. The building has stairs leading to lobby and no ramp. We were not given access to parking garage that had ramps to the elevator.. A member of our group uses a walker or wheelchair and this made accessing the building difficult.

Roomy condo that easily fit our family of four. Great location for the beach as it is just south of the busy section of beach in front of Sea Pines Beach Club and Marriott. Nice view to North from patio and kitchen but trees block your view to the South. No complaints and would stay here again.

We have absolutely enjoyed our time spent here during our visit to HHI. The property is wonderful and was perfect for our family of five. Loved the ease of getting to the beach, the quick bike ride to harbor town, the proximity to salty dog and that the beach club restaurant was a short walk away! The best part of this property for us was definitely the beautiful views of the ocean from your own private balcony! I would highly recommend this property!

The condo was fantastic. It was spacious, well-furnished, and the bathrooms were all nicely updated. The star was the balcony, which was spacious, always shaded, and managed to be simultaneous breezy and shielded from the sometimes high winds on the beach. The beach view was phenomenal, and the beach in front of the condo excellent and not overly crowded. The pool was also excellent, usually shaded, and not too crowded when we used it. We will look to stay here again next summer!

My husband and I rented this condo from May 4 to May 11, 2019. It was too bid for just the two of us, but we wanted to be ocean front. The condo is comfortable in every way - beds, balcony, bathrooms, living room. The only thing lacking when we were there was the glassware. It was okay for the two of us, but 6 people, which the condo accommodates, would find the amount of glassware a problem.
