This was our first time in Hilton Head. The unit was perfect for our family. Had all the amenities of home and more. It was very clean. The location was great. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Oh, and all it was a great week spent at the beach. We would definitely book this room again, I would just hope that everything was a little bit more clean up upon our arrival. The beds were comfy, had plenty of things in the kitchen that you would need to cook with. The community was nice and quiet. Definitely longer than a seven minute walk to the beach, but you can get your bikes and be there in 10 minutes.
I would’ve given it. Five stars had the room been nice and clean.

We stayed at 21 Cottages for a week during the holidays- this property is beautiful- great location, and spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen- It boasts three bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom making this a very comfortable place to stay with adult couples. The porches have a great view- walkable neighborhood- with beach access - loved it!

The place was so nice! We had a nice welcome and extras to make the stay special. The location was perfect for getting in and out of the neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops. It was very private, also, and a short distance to a very nice beach. The unit was super clean and had everything we could need while we were there.

The place was very clean and accommodating for our part of 3 couples. It is in a safe neighborhood setting and we rented bikes to get back and forth to the beach, about a mile and a half ride each way.

Our children attended Van De Meer tennis camp which was only a mile away, easy to bike or walk to on the shaded bike paths. The cottage was well equipped with plenty of kitchen items for cooking, plenty of towels and bedding etc.... Would love to stay here again! The communication with host to coast the rental agency was efficient, fabulous and friendly too.

Amazing place that was extremely comfortable for my family of six. Each room having its own full bathroom was a huge plus. The back patio overlooked the golf course and waterway, which made for a great hang out spot in between the beach and pool. The private beach access through shipyard was very convenient, and there were plenty of pools nearby to change things up.
I will definitely stay here again when I return to Hilton Head!

The layout of the property was perfect. All 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The decor was welcoming and beachy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful, lush, quiet and peaceful. Unit was close to just about everything to make our weekend a success and lots of fun. Definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Loved how spacious this cottage is and having a bathroom off each bedroom was ideal! The beds and furniture were so comfortable and the place was very clean. There is place to park our bikes right outside the door which made it so convenient to ride the trails to the beach and all around the Island. And our favorite grocery store was less than a mile away! Wonderful stay...thank you!

We had an amazing stay with Host2Coast. The directions and ease of check in/out made our late night arrival time very easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and even better than the pictures . They provided beach items and left a Welcome Gift for us. The well thought out details gave the hospitality of a hotel with the privacy of an AirBnb. Highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Hilton Head.

First time to Hilton Head. Property was spotless! It had everything you could need. Perfect size for 2 adults and 3 older teens. Enjoyed the bike trails. You could really park your car and bike to the beach, shopping, dinner. A little far to walk for our liking. We rented bikes and also rented beach chairs at Coligny to avoid hauling them. Would definitely recommend this property.

The home is obviously not right on the beach, so you need to plan for a short bike ride - but there's plenty of great bike paths (or you can drive). We stayed 7 days at 21 The Cottages in June. The unit was absolutely spotless and the Host2Coast staff was excellent. The welcome packet was a nice touch. The team thought of just about everything you would need and their online portal had great information and suggestions. The unit itself was just as described. The location was convenient to shopping and the beach, approximately 1 mile walk from the unit. The Shipyards community is guarded 24 hrs and felt very safe and secure. The Cottages area was laid back, private and felt secluded. Parking was plentiful. The AC worked very well and we experienced several 95 degree days. Getting passes to the Shipyard community at Host2Coast after hours was easy and accessing the unit was seamless at check-in. The access points are digital key pads so no physical keys involved (super convenient for all guests). We would definitely stay at this unit again!

Perfect retreat! Loved this 3bd/3ba cottage. It was clean, well furnished and centrally located. The back porch was a great place to welcome the morning or/& watch the sun set.

We had a wonderful time at 21 The Cottages. The unit met our needs adequately. We watched squirrels, a small alligator, turtles and birds around the lagoon most days. Having a bathroom/shower for each bedroom worked very nicely for our group. And, the washer/dryer meant we didn't have to lug dirty laundry home. The unit and HHI delivered a relaxing and fun week for us and we are thankful!

This home away from home gave us everything we needed and more to enjoy our time on Hilton Head Island. The communications with the host were excellent and everything was exactly as we expected. They even provided a nice welcoming package with some necessities and information regarding the Island. There was a slight interruption in the cable service and the management company addressed it immediately with a quick resolve. I was very impressed with their response time.. The three large bedrooms were in fact “Large” and provided plenty of space for all to comfortably stay. Each bedroom had its own spacious full bathroom, and the master included a spa tub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location could not be beat as we were so close to the golf course and the beach. Bike trails everywhere and we really enjoyed the evening walks! This home was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There are 2 porches to sit outside and enjoy the quiet of the evening. We will return here again and again and hope it will be available when we want to visit. We are in the process of booking again for next year. Thank You for your hospitality!!!

We stayed one week in 21 The Cottages in June. The cottage is impeccably clean. The cleaning team pays attention to small details. Not a hair found in any drawers or under the bed. The furniture is beginning to show a little use/age but nothing distracting or problematic. We liked the focus on renewable products and environment-friendly approach. Check-in to get Shipyards pass was easy, and the unit door operates on digital key pad so no physical keys required at any point. The Host2Coast team was excellent and stayed in communication from beginning to end. The welcome packets and information online was fantastic. Parking at this unit was plentiful with only a few units sharing the cove where the property is located. It felt private and secluded. The Cottages is about 1 mile walk to the public beach and shops. If you like walking it's an easy walk. The Shipyards property is private and secure with 24 hour guarded entry points. We always felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay at this cottage again!

This 3 BR cottage worked perfectly for our adult family of 4, 2 working from home during our stay. Even with 5G, video conferencing worked better from the ground level rooms. The cottage was very well appointed with beach equipment and towels, cleaning aids for laundry and kitchen, and a great selection of pots, pans, and small appliances including a blender. We couldn't get the larger coffee pot to work, but there was a small pot which we used plus a K cup machine. We also took advantage of the grill located off the back porch. We discovered 2 small alligators and several turtles which liked to hang out in the lagoon out back. We rented bicycles which were delivered to the property, and explored the many bike trails, both within Shipyard, and out onto the public access trails to visit restaurants and other areas of the island. Hilton Head is very bike friendly and biking was our favorite activity since it was a bit cold still for swimming. As others have mentioned, checking in was a bit of a challenge just because if you arrive after 5:00 you need to first go to the office to get the Shipyard gate pass. Host to Coast gave pretty good directions, but the office is still tucked away in a strip office park; just a bit tricky. If you are unfamiliar with Hilton Head, which we were as first time visitors, the island has several main gated communities and the Cottages are located within Shipyard. Thanks Host 2 Coast for the welcome pack as well! We will definitely be returning.
