No expense has been spared in the renovation and decor of this stunning five-bedroom five-bath luxury villa that comfortably hosts a party of 12!
Completed in Spring of 2020, every aspect of the home is top of the line. Upon entry you step into a spacious and welcoming foyer with views straight through to the outside. The open plan features a marvelous living and dining area opening to a kitchen that is the envy of even the finest chef! This provides the perfect setting for hosting family and friends for an evening of delicious dining, cocktails, movie or game night, or just sitting back to relax and enjoy conversation.
The living room features two couches, two swivel chairs and a large flat screen tv. Sliding doors provide access to a large balcony with comfortable outdoor living space, ideal for a morning coffee with the paper or a relaxing getaway with a book. The large kitchen has six bar stools around an enormous island. The appliances are all top of the line and include an oven with convection oven/microwave above, five-burner range, large refrigerator and gorgeous honed granite counter tops.
The primary bedroom is located just off the living room and features a king bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, office space/dressing area, and gorgeous private bath with marble floors, double vanity and a large shower. The second king bedroom is located at the front of the property just off the foyer. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The three additional bedrooms are down a hall on the other side of the condo. The third bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, small private balcony and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and closet. The kids' bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, private bath with a shower and tub combo, double vanity and two walk in closets. The fifth bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bedroom and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Not only do you experience the utmost elegance and comfort here, but you are also in one of the most sought-after locations on all of Hilton Head Island. SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza on North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun. You won't have to get into your car your entire vacation if you chose not to.
Here you are just steps from the pools and the soft white sands of the beach. Sit and gaze at the stars at night, watching them cast diamond-like twinkles on the water. Lie back and soak up the sun, build sandcastles, enjoy beach volleyball, or ride your bike along the shore. Don't miss out on some great food and drinks at Pool Bar Jim's! Jim is a local legend, having been here since the 70's. He has traveled the world collecting his favorite drink recipes and has brought them all back here to serve us the best poolside cocktails/mock-tails/kids frozen drinks. You'll find the food is great, too. Outdoor pool is heated in March and April. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

Absolutely perfect property. The rooms and common area are spacious, it's located directly across from all of the Coligny Beach shops, and the access to the beach is fantastic. We had our family of five in addition to two sets of grandparents and we never felt cramped or in need of anything the condo didn't provide The proximity to all the local restaurants meant that we could walk to dinner every night and the beach every morning. We're already planning on booking our stay for next year!

The condo’s interior was lovely and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the living room had amble seating. Being so close to Coligny plaza was great for walkable access to restaurants and shops. It does not face the ocean so the views are disappointing. But that’s really the only negative.

Beautifully decorated spacious condo that is located near coligny plaza so lots to do within walking distance. It has a large balcony for sitting outside but it faces a parking lot not the ocean or grounds of the property. It is on the first floor which is nice. Hilton Head Island is beautiful!

We rented a five bedroom condo that had more than enough space to fit our group. The unit was stocked with some essentials to get us going and with the Piggly Wiggly a short walk away, we took care of the rest. Directly across the street from Coligny Plaza which has everything you need for a great trip. Fantastic Beach The management company could not have been better with a special shoutout to Faith who booked our trip and kept us informed all the way up to the time we entered the unit. We only had nine people but the unit could easily hold more and the bunk room is perfect for kids. If only the weather had cooperated a little better. Will definitely rent through host2coast again!!!

5 stars across the board on this rental. The condo was very clean, extremely spacious, had everything you could possibly need in a week (towels, utensils, dishes, coffee makers, full kitchen, 6 bathrooms!) This condo is stunning and the layout made all of our guests feel like we each had our own special space. No one had to take the "bad" room - there were none! The building is beachfront and the Coligny Plaza is right across the street offering many shops, restaurants with live music, playgrounds for kids, and even a Piggly Wiggly! We had everything we needed in walking distance. The beach was amazing for kids. The adults in our party of course loved Pool Bar Jim's which is located in between the pools onsite. Great drinks AND great food. We would 100% come back to this same location again. It was a wonderful!

2100 was newly updated, tons of space for our large family. Bathrooms were all very nice and common areas were great for family time. Close to Coligny shopping, restaurants and bars. Quick walk to both pools and the beach. Had some issues with coffee maker and internet and management responded and fixed the problem quickly.

In terms of value, this is the place to stay in Hilton Head. Especially if you have a large family. The (2) swimming pools bordering the ocean beach, the Bar and Restaurant service made us want to stay at the resort for our entire trip. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect combo of a private home experience with the option of the “resort†vibe. Loved the community pool with adjacent bar. Food was delicious (the blackened grouper sandwich) along with the frozen adult beverages. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded or commercialized! The house offers all the comforts of home and more. Plenty of space for a large group, with privacy for couples. We will definitely be making this trip and house a yearly tradition!
