SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Completed in Spring of 2020, every aspect of the home is top of the line. Upon entry you step into a spacious and welcoming foyer with views straight through to the outside. The open plan features a marvelous living and dining area opening to a kitchen that is the envy of even the finest chef! The kids' bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, private bath with a shower and tub combo, double vanity and two walk in closets. The fifth bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bedroom and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Not only do you experience the utmost elegance and comfort here, but you are also in one of the most sought-after locations on all of Hilton Head Island. SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza on North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun. You won't have to get into your car your entire vacation if you chose not to.
