The rental experience was great. We had no issues booking or while we were on vacation. The condo was in a perfect location, just a short 2-3 minute drive to the beach access. We were close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head island!

Host2coast were great. The office is tucked away and a little hard to find upon arrival. Other than that we felt well looked after and they were responsive to anything we needed. They have a personal touch we liked. Property has a lot going for it such as location, but does need a flooring upgrade. Kitchen has enough implements and master bath is nice too. It is a lower unit and you can hear folks walking above. Wasn’t a real issue for us but should be noted.

We had so much fun biking to the beach, playing cards, cooking and watching Netflix. Very comfortable unit with a beautiful golf course view. We loved the pool as well. There was one minor issue with the master closet door, which was quickly fixed once we called management. Highly recommend this property.Date of arrival - July 30, 2022

We had a wonderful week! The villa is comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the surroundings and thoroughly enjoyed the table out back with all the birds and anoles and gorgeous trees. The magnolia tree was in bloom and smelled so nice. The master shower was fantastic! Comfortable beds. Cozy villa., yet plenty of room for the five of us. We have been coming to HHI for over 30 years, and this is the first time we stayed in Evian. It is beautiful! Host2Coast is great and provided all the extras that made the villa and our vacation even more enjoyable. Would definitely rent again!Date of arrival - June 2, 2022

We hesitated renting the place because there were no reviews. However, it has the features we needed: one level home with a few steps into the entry way and a huge walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The communication with the Host was easy because all the information was on the App the Host sent to us. Also, the Host left us a welcoming gift bag as wells a welcoming card and messages on the App. The home is very clean and stocked with supplies that are environmentally friendly which we appreciated. Our suggestions: replace pots/pans and fix the water pressure in the spared bathroom. we want to thank you, the Host, for a very pleasant stay at the rental.

This property is in Shipyard. Convenient to pope ave and 278 but so quiet within the property. Beautiful bike paths throughout and easy bike ride to beach access at the Sonesta. Shipyard seems like a secret gem on HH to escape the crowds. The property itself is a bit quirky as described in other reviews but it is very comfortable, new appliances, easy parking and the outside bistro table is wonderful for morning coffee watching the golfers. It is a first floor unit with another unit above. Property managers were excellent.

Hard to compare since it was our first time to Hilton Head and it was a challenge to decide where to stay. But we were happy with the location of this rental. The Shipyards is a beautiful area and it was a pleasant 12 minute walk to the beach. We rented bikes and were able to explore most of the island. <br/><br/>The interior of the rental is identical to the pictures on-line. Furnishings and bedding are very comfortable and in very good shape. Kitchen looks to be well stocked for cooking though we only used the kitchen for breakfasts. Coffee mugs were looking a little dated and stained. Bathrooms were fine, master one had lots of room and shower was updated. <br/><br/>We had one very minor issue with figuring how to lock the back patio door and it was dealt with very quickly by host2coast. Also lovely welcome package on arrival. Pick up of gate pass and entry into rental was very easy. <br/><br/>Only criticism of the rental would be the same issues that a previous review stated. The flooring seems to be incorrectly installed in some places, the floor is bouncy when you walk on it, the kitchen cabinets are old and have been painted in what looks like a short term fix and the backsplash tiling is also not a great job. It is all cosmetic and even though I agree with the previous reviewer it is not a major issue. I think that painting the master bathroom, walk in closet, doors/trim and new doorknobs (some are almost falling off) would be a great final touch. <br/><br/>Overall we had a comfortable stay, we would rent from host2coast again and look forward to returning to Hilton Head.

Host2Coast immediately attended to those issues and resolved them. This place is great and way better than the pictures in my opinion. It is in a perfect location surrounded by many food places and the beach. It was very peaceful and Bill’s communication was great as well. The house was very clean & I definitely recommend staying here.

This is a perfect area if you want a quiet and safe visit to the beach! A bike ride to the beach is 10 minutes and by car, probably 3 minutes or less!! Very clean and spacious. The Roku TVs were a plus! Definitely the best bang for the buck! We will be back! Thanks, Bill!

Great place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. It fit our family of 5 well, seemed bigger in person than the pictures let on. Close to the beach, we used the beach pass and took the 3-minute drive. Great location for everything HH has to offer. Close to Harbour Town and Coligny. Bill was a great host, good communication.

Bill’s villa is spacious and clean. The complex in which the villa is located is quiet and peaceful - perfect for a family relaxing on vacation. The access to the beach is super (2-3 min car ride, 10 min easy walk). And access to the island and all its activities is also super simple. We will for sure keep Bill’s villa in mind the next time we are on the island.

This is a great location in Hilton Head Island. This villa is beautiful and clean. Because of the space it was really relaxing for my family because we could spread out after a long day at the beach and cook instead of always going out! Highly Recommended!
