231 Evian exceeded my expectations. The photos really do not do this space justice. Beautiful open floor plan, thoughtfully decorated. Bright, clean, completely updated. Comfortable and such an easy space to vacation in. 231 has everything you can think of. Beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, washer dryer. You don’t need anything else. Awesome upper level private balcony with comfortable loungers, (nice substantial cushions) was my place to enjoy in the morning for a cup of coffee, then for a late afternoon nap after the beach. Very peaceful and quiet, and fun to watch the golfers approach and putt on the 7th hole. Easy to drive, walk, or bike to the beach. (Only .5 mile) close to great restaurants, bars, shopping-and of course, surrounded by golf courses right in Shipyard. This is truly such a great updated and modern space. We will be back!

231 Evian exceeded my expectations. The pictures really do not do it justice. Beautifully updated and tastefully decorated, open floor plan. Easy living! Clean, comfortable, it has all that you need. Very close to beach-drive, walk or ride your bikes. Beach towels provided as well as chairs and umbrellas. Washer/dryer in unit as well. Private upstairs balcony with comfortable loungers was my favorite place to enjoy my morning coffee, or a late afternoon nap after the beach. Location is also very convenient to bars, restaurants, grocery, etc!

231 Evian exceeded my expectations. The pictures really do not do it justice! This unit is updated, open and tastefully decorated. Great end-unit with a view of the golf course (7th hole). Nice, big second level balcony with very comfortable lounge chairs. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee, or take an afternoon nap after the beach. Very peaceful and quiet outdoor space. Located very close to the beach (0.5 mile). It was easy to drive, bike, or walk there. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas were also included. The only thing we needed to rent were bikes-which I highly recommend doing. Great location not only in Shipyard, but in HHI. Close to restaurants, bars & shopping. I highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

We had a fabulous week-long stay - the home exceeded our expectations. Spent hours at coligny beach which is easily walkable from this unit or you can drive and park using the Shipyard pass. It's also close to many restaurants and activities and golf courses. Super helpful hosts. We would return again!

We loved our stay at 231 Evian. The place was very clean and had so many extras like beach towels and chairs. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The walk to the pool was very close and the beach was a quick bike ride. We would definitely come back!!!

Our stay was wonderful. This unit is extremely clean and current. Good beds and lots of linens. Great kitchen and dining area. Biked everywhere. Had trouble getting cable channels which was the only set back and bbq listed but not available on second floor unit. We could overlook these issues as the unit was very comfortable. Had a great holiday.

The space is very well designed. It has enough seating and space for 4 people. Plus 2 visitors for a few hours. Everything works, and there&#x2019;s so many little details that we appreciated - some cooking ingredients, cleaning supplies, kitchen and bathroom items. It even had beach things to use. Parking is convenient. We stayed for 7 nights. Very close to the beach.

We had a nice time overall, and while the floors of the property were dirty when we arrived on July 15th, we very much appreciated the fact that a cleaning crew was sent to clean the floors in less than 24 hours. They did however miss the empty pop tart wrapper we found in one of the bedrooms. Pop tarts should be banned, but until then the property rules should be updated to include "no eating in the bedrooms!"<br/>Overall, the property was nice for a weeklong beach vacation. It was very well equipped and had all the amenities a family would need for a beach vacation. I think if we were to return to Hilton Head Island, we would like something closer to the beach and more walkable to shops and restaurants.

It had everything we needed for our family of 4.Things to note: we are parents with two older "kids" - 21 and 17. So, stairs were not a problem and neither was space or layout. We also eat in most meals so the well-stocked kitchen was a huge pro for us. We greatly appreciated all the supplies provided: the beach equipment, the extra detergent and trash bags, etc. Everything was new, clean and worked perfectly. Layout was great for us - enough room for all and with the deck we each managed to steal away for moments of privacy as needed. Short walk or bike ride to closest beach though we loved loading up the car and driving to Burke's Beach as it's a personal favorite. Finally, we felt the property management did a fantastic job.

The kitchen was stocked and all cleaning products were provided, including laundry detergent. We were so happy with the furniture and bedding, and the bathrooms were very nice. There was a private beach club that we had access to, and anything we needed for the beach was in the condo, like towels, coolers, chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and the grounds are peaceful. It was a wonderful way to spend our time in Hilton Head!

The owner spared no expense refurbishing this unit, right down to bedding, accent lighting in the kitchen and complimentary Tommy Bahama toiletries. We had a lovely family vacation at Hilton Head. This condo is located less than a 15 minute walk to the beach club and a little over a mile walk to the Pope Ave entrance and Coligny Beach Park. We rented bikes and bikes everywhere, including restaurants and shopping. The condo is in an older complex but is also well maintained, including the pool and tennis courts. Host2Coast manages the property and are very professional, attentive and accessible. The unit was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This rental was as wonderful as it looked in the pictures! Everything was super clean and new. Seeing the gifts for us on the counter was very nice - some snacks and a tote bag. The rental had everything from kitchen items, laundry pods to everything you need for the beach including towels. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Grounds around the complex were peaceful and relaxing. Having the private beach club near the Sonesta resort was very nice! We truly enjoyed our stay there!

Everything was exactly as described, but better! There was nothing negative to say about this place or host. Everything you could possibly need is available to use and the location was perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We have stayed in HH several times and this honestly was our favorite place. Clean, well decorated, quiet, and extremely well equipped is the best way to describe such a wonderful place!! Absolutely beautiful villa in Shipyard!! Completely updated, immaculate and well appointed. It had everything you need for the perfect vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon to put everything in for the short walk to the beach! The owner Melissa was wonderful! She was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had and gave us info and suggestions for the area. This villa is truly a small piece of paradise! I have been traveling to Hilton Head Island since I was a child and have stayed in many different locations on the island, but this location within Shipyard Plantation was just so beautiful and unique! It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in; and I am quite discerning when it comes to cleanliness. It is located within a gated community, and is nestled amongst breathtaking trees adorned with Spanish moss, and alongside palm trees, beautiful flowers, and ponds. This is a lovely villa that is well-equipped and very relaxing. The villa is decorated with quality furniture, has island-inspired bed linens, and kitchenware that is in great condition. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is adjacent to a paved path that can take you to the beach via walking or riding bikes! The path is completely flat and paved, and is mostly shaded, so it is a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed and agility. There are bike racks located directly in front of the villa, so it would be very convenient to rent bikes and take the short path to the beach that way; many of our neighbors rode their bikes to the beach and said it was a very relaxing ride! Additionally, a beach parking pass is included with the rental, which enables you to take the less than 5 minute drive to the beach and park with ease at the Shipyard Beach Club. Melissa, the owner, is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and very organized. She was a joy to work with and made the entire stay enjoyable. This villa is truly an amazing find, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a paradise-like setting within the Shipyard plantation! Also, here are some of our families can’t miss activities; catch a Shannon Tanner show in Shelter Cove, get some of the best ice cream in the world from Hilton Head Ice Cream, or have supper at Ruin Thai or Java Burrito:)

If you’re looking for a paradise this is it. The house is immaculate with everything you’ll need , even a stocked coffee bar. Our only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer. Melissa was an excellent host. Easy to communicate with, sharing restaurant ideas (the Crazy Crab was our favorite) and touring tips. She also had beach chairs/toys to use which was great since we didn’t bring ours. We also loved the golf club community atmosphere with the ponds and wildlife to look at. The short drive to the beach was no trouble at all, and the beach was awesome. We even saw some stingrays and a pod of dolphins swim by while we were there ! We definitely will be coming back.
