Wonderful accommodations! The house was so quaint and beautiful. It had everything we needed and it was just a short bike ride to and from the beach. It was nice and quiet in the Evian neighborhood. What a wonderful trip to 247 evian very clean and fully stocked condo. Very nice very open condo enjoyed looking out at the golfers and the lagoon and waking up and seeing the deer every morning. Had a problem with cable and called maintenance and they arrive in 10 min. Will be back

My husband and I fell in love with this beachy feeling villa. We loved our morning 5 minute walk to the beach with our labradoodle and then off for a bike ride. The villa is perfect for a family or couple and is located in a quiet tropical area with palm trees and beautiful egrets which can be seen in the lagoon from our deck. Deer, turtles, owls, squirrels, and alligators are also fun to see. This villa also faces the 9th hole of the golf course. It was fun watching the golfers tee off. We would definitely love to come back .

The property was very clean and had no issues. From the outside, things are a little worn but it is the beach. The pool was really close and there were hardly any people there. The beach was not too far. Short drive but very accessible. Shipyard is always nice and clean!

We actually extended our stay while staying because we loved it so much! Condo is great, location is great, access to private beach is awesome! Small note, the kitchen is not very well appointed and we cooked almost every night. Overall absolutely loved our stay and would do it again!

Reviewer Comments: This lovely 2nd floor villa overlooks the 9th tee of the Brigantine golf course and is a 10-minute walk to the beach and within easy driving distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. The villa was spacious and we loved the beach-themed decor and updated interior. If you have mobility issues or very young children, you might find the villa's 14 stairs to be a bit challenging. We also enjoyed the quiet Evian neighborhood within Shipyard, friendly neighbors and well-maintained bike/walking paths. Host2Coast's customer service was amazing! We had made a suggestion by e-mail about including a clothes drying rack for future renters and, much to our surprise, 1-1/2 hours later they knocked on our door with a brand new clothes drying rack. There were a few housekeeping issues that they also immediately offered to resolve by sending out a cleaning person. They always answered our e-mails promptly and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we talked to them on the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Host2coast and we will definitely rent through them again. We had a great stay at 247 Evian and look forward to returning again!

The property was exactly as listed. Great location within Shipyard Plantation. Short bike ride, easy walk to the beach and community pool. You can bike to Coligny Beach area, restaurants, shops easily too. Host2Coast was great to work with. They were very prompt in answering questions with anything we needed. Wonderful communication pre-stay to make sure we had all the check in information we needed. When we arrived there was a nice welcome note and gift. Beach towels are provided, which is a big plus. No real issues, but two of the wine glasses rims came completely off like the glass had been cut, and one other one had a chipped rim, just FYI. One of the kitchen pots handle came off. Nothing to worry about and we did not report it during the stay because it did not need immediate attention. We would definitely recommend this villa and Host2Coast. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you for a great vacation!

No carpet for flooring so that is a big plus. Nicely decorated. A little welcome gift was just the right touch. The coffee maker was missing the basket part and Mark came over right away with a brand new coffeemaker. It has a great view of the golf course and all rooms had lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. Being right next to the little creek... we could watch turtles and in the evening we could hear the crawdads sing. The location is the best for being quiet and yet a short bike ride to the beach, short walk to the pool and tennis courts. King bed and pillows were very comfy. We will be back and hope to stay here again.

Host2Coast was an excellent company to work with. Always open line of communication and the property was in excellent condition. They supply a full size dish soap and pump hand soap in each bathroom, may sound trivial to some, but it’s the little things that make me happy when “moving” into a place. Our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us, letting us store our food in the refrigerator along with a few other things before check-in time. Beach towels and beach bag were an added bonus!

Our unit in Evian was everything we could have hoped for - bright and spotless upon arrival...spacious and just about as quiet as any rental we have ever experienced in Hilton Head in all the years we have visited - and that's saying something - we've been traveling here for over 30 years. The check-in procedure was seamless - everything was texted to us ahead of time - all we needed to do was arrive and walk in to the condo. Perhaps many travelers don't worry about this subject - but this unit was dog friendly...which is one of the most important aspects of a rental for us. There was no indication that dogs had stayed here - the unit had been so well-cleaned - and our two small pups are very well-behaved - we go out of our way to ensure that we respect the property for the owners and future guests. We've used host2coast before specifically for all the reasons listed above, and we will continue to seek our their listings because of how well we have been treated in the past. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Crawdads singing in the early evening.<br/>Complimentary gift was a nice touch.<br/>When we needed a new code for the tennis courts or a missing part for the coffemaker someone was in touch immediately and issue was taken care of quickly.<br/>Easy bike ride to the beach and short walk to the pool. <br/>

Unit is nice and updated. Evian in Shipyard is our favorite. Unit was not clean upon arrival, and we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean unit ourselves. Brent at Host2Coast was great in addressing issue and providing compensation for failure of cleaning service. Would definitely stay here again if cleaned properly beforehand.

Our stay was very relaxing. We decided to drive vs bike or walk to the beach for the convenience of all our beach gear. There seems to be an ant issue in the garden area. This was the nicest condo we've stayed in and we've stayed in many beachfront places. Clean, spacious, and a great view of the 9th tee. It was an easy ride to the beach by car or bike and you could walk it if needed. Lots of wildlife including deer, frogs, birds, and a special friend that swims up most evenings.
